safety summit with representatives from all around the world. what's the goal, madison? >> deliberate and set ai safety measures on how to better detect deep fakes and prevent impersian nation. the summit features officials from u.s. allies like canada, singapore, uk and more all meeting in the u.s. hub for ai innovation: san francisco. it's the first meeting of it is kind since world leaders agreed earlier to build a network of safety institutions to advance research and test out this tech. biden signed a sweeping ai executive last year and this year formed new ai safety institute. trump promised to repeal joe biden's dangerous executive order that hinders ai innovation and imposes rale cal left wing ideas on the development technologies. he doesn't like the executive order he's not been clear on what he plans to do with ai safety institute.

lifetime appointments. yes, it's the biden administration and yes, democrat haves the senate majority, but trump said the confirmations need to stop. republicans are doing whatever to slow down the confirmation vote and the problem is not all members were showing up this week. yesterday a biden-appointed jumped was confirmed because -- was approved because ted cruz and mike braun were absent for the vote. they made it back but missed the earlier vote. chuck schumer a democrat is expecting republican roadblocks over the next several weeks, but is confident that democrats can continue with confirmations. president biden has roughly 220 judges confirmed though he's nominated more than 260. stuart, getting another 40 confirmed in the next two months is unlikely and the one problem for democrats if they need a tie breaking vote, it's vice president kamala harris. she's in hawaii on vacation and we're told she could be on a flight back to washington on air

the attitude of the federal government. the american people said we want a government that is smaller, more efficient, and serves us, not one that's big and weaponnized against us. president trump ran on that ssage and a host of other things, but that was a central element. they want a government that doesn't infringe on first amendment free speech rights and president trump is nominating the people for the key posts because he wants folks in there that will shake it up like mr. musk and mr. ramaswamy and a host of other people he's put forward as cabinet secretaries. stuart: one more. deal with this. pollster nate silva wants biden to resign now. he says "there's no particular reason to assume biden is competent to be president". if biden steps down, kamala harris becomes president. that's one way of getting a female into the oval office. i don't think it's going to happen, do you? >> i doubt if it happens and

stuart: isn't that wonderfully entertaining and chris ruffo with us this morning. he's been pointing out problems in the public education system for years. trump picked linda mcmahon to lead the department. how can she move forward with school choice in the state s? >> the best plan for department of education is to abolish the department and provide block grants of that $200 billion+ annual budget back to states and then states like florida and tennessee and texas and others that have school choice programs: arizona, can take that money and put it directly into the pockets of parents that want to opt out and send their kids to private school, religious school, even homeschool. that's the best way to give parents options. what's happening at the view is that many elites in america want to control where your kids go to school. that's the wrong way and funneled wantal principle of the school is liberty. parents should have freedom and

support to send their kids to the school that's the best choice for them: stuart: abolish the entire education department in washington dc. would that require legislation? >> i believe it would. in theory, you could impound dollars that are traveling through the department of education. you could reduce it is size as measure of efficiency all through the executive, but in order to actually abolishing or defund, you'd need that simple majority in congress and it can be done. department of education is second least popular agency behind only irs and so if the president wants to do something broadly popular, they should go after those 87,000 additional irs agents and then the department of education. stuart: you were one of the first people to call out dei and critical race theory. voters just rejected those woke ideologies in the last election. that would be my opinion. i don't think voters utterly rejected those ideas but with

stuart: nvidia is now down and back to $144 a share. earl whyer this morning, it was at $152 so a bit of a selloff going on right now. however, joining us now tech analyst beth kindig joining us. how much money is going to be spent on ai and data centers? talking about $100 billion; is that accurate? >> yes, stuart. by the time we end this year, it'll be $240 bi big tech. when the ceo is asked about digestion, he first used $1 trillion being spent before there's a pause and we're only one quarter of the way there and have a long, long runway.

stuart: changing ai? >> absolutely. it'll change every industry for automation and big tech is nicole not spending in order to be the first. they're spending to make sure they're not the last. this is about extension. stuart: what's the demand like for blackwell chips down the road? >> stuart, my firm tracked in fine detail everything nvidia put out for six years and the demand is un-precedented for next year. 2023 and 2024 combined is what 2025 will exceed. so to count fio that, blackwell sold out and tracking 40% pricing four. that's ahead of and yous given in one quarter. stuart: reading between the lines, beth, and you're suggesting that stock goes much higher than it is now.
