swatting, the trump transition team calling the threats on american and vowing to stay focused on uniting the nation. we have congressman byron donalds and congresswoman claudia tenney but first our own hillary vaughn has the latest for us from d.c. hillary? reporter: hi david. over a dozen of trump's cabinet nominees and appointees were targeted with swatting and bomb threats, terrifying them, and their family members. the trump transition saying of the news, "last night and this morning, several of president trump's cabinet appointees were targeted in violent unamerican threats to their lives and those who live with them. these attacks ranged from bomb threats to swatting." sources telling those targeted are pete hegseth, elise stefanik, and lee zeldin saying a pipe bomb threat targeting me and my family at my home was

sent in with a pro palestinian theme message and tom homan, says he and his family have also suffered death threats. >> i'm not going to be intimidated by these people. they aren't going to silence me. i'm going to do this job. i'm going to do this job because it's your national security, so you're not going to shut me up. i'm not going away. reporter: the fbi says they are aware of these bomb threats and swatting incidents and are working to get to the bet om of it. the biden white house also says prpresident biden has been bried on "the situation" and they are monitoring the situation closely from nantucket. david: hillary vaughn from d.c., thank you very much. for the very latest on these threats, to president-elect trump's cabinet picks we turn to florida congressman byron donalds and new york congresswoman claudia tenney.
4:03 pm
byron, we just heard tom homan is a tough cookie, we all know that. you can't intimidate him any way, anyhow, but you know, some of those folks that are being targeted have young children at home. this says a lot about our culture and he's putting the blame on all of the hate talk coming from the democrats during the campaign. do you? >> look, i don't want to assign blame but i will tell you that i do agree with tom homan in the sense that we're not intimidated by this. not just tom homan but claudia and my colleague, elise stefanik, her and her family and her team aren't intimidated by this. we were given a mandate by the voters, donald trump was given that mandate and we're going to get the job done for the american people. now, if it is attributable to these radicals on the left, you're going to be held accountable rest assured of that because the american people number one are sick of the crazy divisions in our country politically, but number two, they are also crazy of
4:04 pm
the terrible policies that have been happening here domestically and have been happening across the globe. so president trump's team is going to get the job done. they are going to follow the lead of the next commander-in-chief, donald j. trump. he's not intimidated and neither are they. david: congresswoman it puts a fine point on the weakest link in our national security and that's the department of homeland security. they are in charge of the border. they have done a horrible job with the border. of course a lot of the blame goes to mayorkas, the secretary of that department, but there's a lot of blame to go around from this administration, and then of course, they are also in charge of secret service and we saw what happened in butler, pennsylvania when they dropped the ball. they admitted they dropped the ball on that one. kristi noem is donald trump's pick to head up the department of homeland security. she's got a job ahead of her. >> absolutely, and look at mayorkas deserves as much of the blame so that's why we voted to impeach him for the house but
4:05 pm
the mishandling of the entire homeland security situation, which is a huge agency that covers issues and look, remember, lee zeldin also our former colleague, his house was bombed i think there was some kind of bomb in his house. he wasn't there thankfully but he ran for governor, and nearly got there and i wish he had but we've got to stand up to these people. this is what terrorism looks like. domestic terrorism. a lot of the hysteria on the left does get people in cited and we also remember have all of these illegal immigrants in our country right now who are threatened by the incoming president trump administration, because we will stand up for law and order. we will see equal justice under the law. we will see the epidemic forcement of our borders. we will see kristi noem team up with tom homan to make sure that our country is safe and that we're secure and people who are illegal immigrants who are here committing crimes, they are going to be deported and that's what tom homan is talking about
4:06 pm
and this is getting people with a free ride for the last four years, whether it's them or proxies that are giving them the resources to do this , or they are just lone wolfs we don't know but people will be held accountable now. it's time we go back to law and order and i'm excited about the administration getting down to business and putting really great people on the team. david: well you talk about the illegal migrants particularly those who have committed crimes. they know that they are on notice, but congressman donalds, we also have i ran. we know that they attempted to kill donald trump using proxies here in the united states. we know that he was the last candidate that they wanted to become president or president-elect. do you think that they had a hand in this and do you trust those in authority now to do the job and hunting down who is responsible? >> to the question of about iran's involvement? i don't not answer to that so i don't want to speculate.
4:07 pm
to the people in our law enforcement agencies, i mean, forget the political brass for a moment. we know that the political brass and a lot of these agencies has been corrupted but there are good men and women who are patriots who serve this country everyday and we trust that they are going to get the job done and protecting obviously not just president trump and his family but all of his appointees and their families. as a nation, the time is now for us to come together, get past the petty politics, get past the divisions in our country and move forward and it starts with actually enforcing our laws. it starts with actually upholding what our institutions are supposed to be doing, not the rogue political missions of the radical left. we get back to that, our country will come together. we will have more cohesion as americans. that's the ultimate goal. david: congresswoman there is somes called a bully pulpit which is owned and supported to be owned by the commander-in-chief. there have been, yes, words from
4:08 pm
the white house about they are trying to track down exactly whose responsible and concerns, but we just don't have a bully pulpit right now. that's one of the jobs of the president is to pull americans together in times of crisis, like this , and it again leads to the question, whose in charge? >> look, everybody knows that joe biden is not competent to be the president of the united states. but when you get back to who is in our country right now. i have the northern borders one of the reasons i co-founded the northern borders security caucus in upstate new york across our border. 85% of the people on the terror watch list come across our border, the northern border. they are coming into new york because our laws are lax, weak, they are against everything that the 9/11 commission came up with. they violate federal law. i've been talking with tom homan about this , arizona versus new york actually, you know the democrats and the biden administration are suing governor abbott down in texas claiming he's violating federal
4:09 pm
law and we control the border but you come to new york and they are saying oh, no, new york law. the green light law, not allowing the law enforcement to work together. giving illegal immigrants licenses and special status, and creating sanctuary cities and which created and caused the death of laken riley. needlessly, this innocent young girl was let go by the new york police department. this is why it is so important to put people who actually stand up for the rule of law. this isn't about some right wing left wing. this is about the rule of law, our great constitution that was handed down to us that is about human rights but it's also about freedom and security, and we need to take that back so every american feels that they are getting equal justice under the law and people commit crimes are held accountable. it's just simple common sense stuff. david: and to your point about the northern border, that's why canada was included in what donald trump said is coming in terms of terrorists, if mexico and canada don't get on
4:10 pm
the ball. just in the past year we've had more illegal entries in the north of the border than in the previous two years combined so it is an explosion of the northern border as well as the southern border and a lot of those are bad. i want to pullback while i have your talk a little bit about the economy. congressman first to you. the job of cutting back the role of the government in our lives, of course doge is one of the first groups that we'll hear from in terms of how to do it. we're already getting stuff from them. most recently they just came out with a report that actually came from a gao analysis of the fraud and waste in medicare and medicaid alone comes to over $100 billion a year. now, i'm sure the left is going to say oh, they are going to be cutting back on medicare and medicaid, which they said they weren't going to do. no, no, no, this is just fraud and waste and this comes from those watching over these organizations. that comes by the way over a 10 year period to $1.6 trillion.
4:11 pm
that alone is pretty close to elon musk claim that he could cut 2 trillion over 10 years. >> you're absolutely correct. our federal budget is littered with nothing with a bunch of waste, a bunch of fraudulent impeachments and everybody in washington knows it but quite frankly you have half of washington that doesn't want to do anything about it. it's much easier to just continue the spending and move on while everybody gives great speeches. we're at $36 trillion indebt. we simply can't do that anymore. you couple the waste and the fraud abuses in our budget with the litany of studies we do for stuff that really has no pertinenec to the lives of person people today and then also procurement issues all through the federal government where we make payments for items we do not receive or we receive in massive delays. you have massive amounts of federal buildings still empty,
4:12 pm
because employees have not come back to work. i mean we're at almost three-years past covid. they have not come back to work. these buildings are empty. we pay the light bill. we pay the rents on these buildings. and they remain empty. there was an entire avenue where you can get the $2 trillion over a decade that needs to be cut out of our budget and then when you do that, you can actually restore pro-growth policies that donald trump wants to bring in. the time is now to take care of government efficiency. we have a mandate from the voters of america. donald trump has that and we're going to act. david: by the way one more for you claudia and we'll get into specifics of tax policy later in the show but our state and i call you claudia because we are both residents of the state and have to pay taxes to it. >> semper fi. david: we are in a fiscal mess. we have a $14 billion deficit last i noticed. we have a top income tax rate of 11%. byron and we'll use first names
4:13 pm
in this last question. you've got a wonderful state, a fiscal miracle of sorts. you have no state income tax and you have a surplus of over $7 billion. claudia, is there some way that we can get you and byron together to talk to the people of new york to convince them that we need to use the florida model instead of the model we're now using? >> well, david, i've been saying this for a long time and i've been on the show a number of types with byron -- david: oh, my gosh. >> easy, easy. that's unacceptable. >> sorry, sorry. look, we could, byron and i could do a tail of two states. everything you should be doing is being done in florida. everything you shouldn't be doing is being done in new york state and, you know, byron was in the legislative in florida. i was in the legislature in new york. let's look at something here. 10 years ago new york state spent $60 billion on medicaid, at the time. we were the largest spender of
4:14 pm
medicaid per capita than even more than california and texas combined the two most populated states. today we're spending over 113 billion. there is a bombshell report that came out by the empire policy center showing that there are over 3 million people of the 8 million people on medicaid right now or the essential plan, which is medicaid-like program, who are not eligible. they aren't, but they are on this getting full benefits paid for by new york state. that's what the state income tax is in florida? david: zero. >> who pays the highest taxes in the country? new york. david: a quick question are you up for a tour of new york, your old state? >> listen, i would do anything i could to help my former state, but you are absolutely correct. at the top, florida, we do it right, we've been doing it right and we'll continue to do it right. we're going to lead the rest of the country. come look at the florida model. it works and that's why there's a lot of new yorkers who are making florida their home.
4:15 pm
david: bring the florida model back to new york. we would appreciate it right here. great to see you both. have a wonderful thanksgiving. thanks so much for being here. >> thank you so much. david: and coming up we have can the trump legal team convince leticia james to see reason and dr. birx her absurd fraud case so-called against the president and we're asking trump attorney and advisor coming up next. no middleman. no folks in suits telling us to raise prices for the heck of it. just quality tools you can trust... at prices you'll love. that's how we like to do business any way. whatever you do, do it for less at harbor freight. get ready: our biggest deals of the year drop thanksgiving weekend. advil liqui-gels are faster and stronger than tylenol rapid release gels.

included, for only $15 a month. david: well the democrats lawfare attacks on president trump are all falling apart. i love that full screen by the way but can the president's legal team convince new york a.g. letitia james to drop her absurd so-called fraud case. let's ask alina habba, who knows a thing or two about that case, attorney and senior advisor to president trump. happy thanksgiving a day early. so glad you could join us. i say so-called fraud case because of course, you look up the legal definition, at least the federal definition of fraud, and there's a victim. there was no victim here. the banks were happy with the deals they were making. there was no essential fraud in this case, and yet he got a $454 billion fine. i'm just wondering, since there wasn't a party that would get a piece of that money, where does
4:21 pm
that money go? does it go to new york state coffers? does it go to letitia james 202? where does it go? >> yeah, goes to tish james crew. unfortunately, and fortunately for us she didn't really hold water with that 475 million. it was immediately decreased to under 200 million by the appellate division. we've argued in the appellate division and they have been fair to us and kind to us that this case was past the statute of limitations. this was brought by a section 6312 a law that should not apply to private businesses doing business where nobody was harmed and i do believe the appellate division heard our arguments clearly. they reprimanded the attorney general's side for bringing this case for using this law this way, because it would open pandora's box per se and basically tell people, don't come do business in new york which is what we're seeing happening.
4:22 pm
we're waiting on that decision, but more importantly, yes. yesterday we did plead with letitia for nothing more than a little bit of humility and bit of american sense, to drop this case, just like jack smith did the day prior on two suits. the raid in florida as well as the january 6 case in washington. for the good of america. we've seen this over and over again over the last three and a half years and i think it damaged the country and i think that's a big part of frankly why we won. america wants to see that the doj, the a.g., the d. a. is on our side and stop this lawfare and these witch hunts if you are on the other side of politics and our plea with her was listen, do the right thing. we're waiting for the appellate division, but do the right thing yourself. david: then you have the d. a., alvin bragg, and his case, which we have to remind folks it was an uncharged, outdated, misdemeanor that somehow magically became 34 felonies and you had a judge that clearly had
4:23 pm
a bias, not only in the courtroom itself, during the trial, but previous to that he was chastised once for his political contributions. what's up with that? any news on the alvin bragg case? >> sure. d. a. bragg gave their recommendation which was to navigate this after the presidency, after he's done being president, which is insane to me. instead of just saying drop this case. it was past the statute of limitations just like letitia's case. it was passed up by cy vance and passed up by bragg and brought when he ran. the key witnesses were michael cohen and stormy daniels who i believe are not credible and we saw that in a new york court, a jury who was brought information they shouldn't have been brought according to the supreme court because he is privileged and entitled to immunity. the case was flawed from its inception. look, this should be done, everything should be done.
4:24 pm
what's more important in that case is the judge said he gave us leave to file a motion to dismiss so we can file a motion to say look they may want to ain't another four years to put him in jail. we're not doing that. we'll file a motion and these are the reasons according to the supreme court and according to basic law this case should have never been tried. david: there was a wonderful predecessor to alvin bragg named robert morganthaw, in the position for about 30 years and a democrat a life long democrat but he really played by the rules. he dealt with conservative republicans as well as liberal democrats. it's just such a pity to see what's happened but it's even worse to see what happened at the top but the doj, merrick garland on our list of notable characters that are probably crying in their soup right now at the change that's coming, i mean, his role in a lot of these cases was behind the scenes and of course also there's the fani willis case where their team was
4:25 pm
meeting in the white house with his people at doj. he had his number three man at doj come down to argue, to prosecute the alvin bragg case. it was a really dangerous mix here of the politicization of the doj with these lawfare cases. >> that's right. they were 100% election interference and as you said, david when you look at the white house logs and your seeing d. a.'s come visit the white house before they bring complaints against a former president it's unbelievable and unacceptable. america needs restored faith in the legal system. i think pam bondi is a huge step towards that. i've spoken to her and there's going to be a lot of movement towards cleaning this up and also to investigate this. there are issues that have happened over the last three and a half years that are unamerican, unconstitution and and should never happen to any president regardless if republican or democrat and that's the way president trump operate and i operate and pamela will operate.
4:26 pm
it'll be great and make america believe in the legal system again. david: alina habba, always a pleasure. say hi to your parents. i actually knew them before i knew you and they are wonderful people. >> it's true. david: appreciate you being here. >> happy thanksgiving. david: well the left is attacking the trump transition for not involving the fbi in vetting their cabinet picks but why would trump trust the fbi after all of the legal attacks and sabotage they unleashed on him? deroy murdock, monica crowley and joe border borelli will jois coming up next.

level the playing field and do make up for the unfair trade practices of our partners. david: and david, it does seem, you're a better judge of how the world is viewing this because you used to cover the world. it does seem like already, you see people like trudeau kind of bending knee to donald trump. in fact we've got a little sound bite of what he said about the threat of tariffs on canada. roll tape. >> i had a good call with donald trump last night again. we obviously talked about laying out the facts, talking about how the intense and effective connections between our two countries flow back and forth. we talked about some of the challenges that we can work on toking. it was a good call. david: david, i'd call that folding like an old suit. what would you call it? >> [laughter] you know, canada is a friend of the united states and it's

thanksgiving so let's say that for canada and but think what trump is accomplishing. he's got a cabinet, a full slate and they are all okay. he's setup the doge, elon musk committee that's going to reduce the size of government. there's a cheer going around the world on that. number three, the energy commission is setup to create abundance for the world, and on trade, trump is saying no fentanyl. so, canada should recognize that. we want to have legal immigration into the united states and we want to have more trade, but we don't want fentanyl and that should be clear to the world. david: absolutely. >> i think there's going to be squealing from the corporate sector. that's the swamp, you know, the washington swamp is going to be the loudest in saying oh, we're scared of wa what's goingn but the rest of the world is seeing it. hezbollah is declaring peace in lebanon finally after 20 months or something. we've got hamas leaving qatar
4:44 pm
an that's wonderful for the world and we've got markets up and the dollar is strong and i hope that we'll be stable. that's all working powerfully for the united states reverse what biden had done. david: well, judy, talking about the squealers, the squealing ones inside the beltway, from the swamp. they're squealing now about the tax cuts and about how they are going to cost so much money and we heard the same squealing back in 2017 when trump came out with his first series of tax cuts. they were dead wrong. we ended up, they said they were going to cost trillions of dollars. you heard that on the campaign trail from biden and kamala. they were wrong and increased our tax receipts by 48% and now they say the same about his corporate tax cut to 15% but look what happened when we reduced the corporate rate from 39% down to 21%. we ended up with a 91% increase
4:45 pm
in tax revenue and now, they are saying that the new corporate tax cut will cost $200 billion, to which you say what? >> the criticism is so unfounded, and this is another case where the tax cuts generated the highest revenues that the government has collected ever. the problem is that the spending then exceeds that increased level of revenues, and you could connect these two issues, the tariffs. the people are so worried about lost revenues and what that would do to the federal budget. well, look at these tariffs. we have about 3.8 trillion in imported goods. if you put a 20% tariff on that you'd generate $760 billion, and all of the estimates, even the most extreme ones, try to say that we're going to lose revenue under trump. well that amount would more than cover them. so we have to be realistic.
4:46 pm
we have to give these policies a chance and i think we already know from experience that can be very effective and they really empower the private sector and start to rollback government. david: and it's not a chance. it's a chance based on what actually has happened with ronald reagan just a few years ago with the first trump administration. a 91% increase in tax revenues from a massive cut in corporate tax rate and now they are claiming we'll lose money on the next one. >> precisely it always works. david: david, i owe you one. i'm sorry but we have totally run out of time. thank you, both for coming in. david malpass, and judy shelton. >> if you tax more, if you tax more you're going to get less of it and that's what the democrats have been doing so you can flip that around. david: all right tax less and get more. i appreciate that. good to see you both. well joe biden is taking a victory lap after brokering an israeli hezbollah cease-fire

minister netanyahu yesterday talking about the cease-fire, it was very clear that he kept open every option to the israelis that if there's any violation, not just in military action, but if there's any movement and it appears that there is movement toward military action, then all bets are off. the deal is no longer in effect, and israel can go back and do everything they have to do to defend themselves against what has been a relentless series of attacks that dates back all the way to october 8, so this has been just a horrendous attack. i was on the border of lebanon about two months ago and it was just sad to see how many communities are desserted from israeli families who can't live in their homes anymore, because the relentless attacks of rockets and missiles that never stop from hezbollah. david: well i'm glad that hopefully people in northern israel will be able to go home but again, i just don't believe that lebanon is going to be a
