retirement. but we quickly realized we needed a way to supplement our income. our friend sold their policy to help pay their medical bills, and that got me thinking. maybe selling our policy could help with our retirement. i'm skeptical, so i did some research and called coventry direct. they explained life insurance is a valuable asset that can be sold. we learned we could sell all of our policy, or keep part of it with no future payments. who knew? we sold our policy. now we can relax and enjoy our retirement as we had planned. if you have $100,000 or more of life insurance, you may qualify to sell your policy. don't cancel or let your policy lapse without finding out what it's worth. visit coventrydirect.com to find out if your policy qualifies. or call the number on your screen. coventry direct, redefining insurance. >> c1 hello folks and welcome to a special edition of kudlow i'm

david for larry kudlow have you had a wonderful business with the family those are disappearing president biden is jetting off to get another vacation destination in this one in the sunny caribbean and incoming president-elect trump is busy making plans for hermetic changes of policy, getting right in his first day of his second term on january 20th pretty will be talk about that with jackie d and d analyst deangelis and just moment the drug ready trouble is live at the white house very latest on president trump's energy agenda and more grady. >> hey david, there's excess of five oil globally right now and the international energy agency any spaces or plus in 2025 as well and so that combined with president-elect trump's promise, to expand oil and gas production in the united states. grady: it could lead to lower prices for everyday americans be able going to have some its oil and gas and other things, that you won't know what to do with it and you will say please
7:02 pm
president trump stop we have too much the prices are going to low and i will direct every secretary, to cut ten old regulations, every new regulation which i did last t time. time. grady: despite president biden's when agenda the u.s. senate another crude oil production this year and so how does president-elect trump, plan to set that record yet again in 2025, well energy executives hope that he believes drilling regulations and act more tax incentives for oil producers, permit interstate pipeline projects, and reshape programs for grilling on federal lands in offshore areas pretty alaska's governors and trump a day when wishlist several similar items on it. business owners and other industries are optimistic that trump's energy policies will have an impact filing prices across-the-board. trump: we won't have inflation.

>> will have deflation worse the price will gasoline will go down in the price of diesel fuel will go down causing the price of food to go down. grady: president-elect trump is also expected to live the polls on some liquefied natural gas or lng exports the biden administration put in place. promise from president-elect trump is any consent energy policy unilaterally without the help of congress david, any plans to do so through executive actions just as the biden administration to climate and so also will trump on energy production. david: that's on a problem with that is a solution grady think you much and appreciate you joining me now is jackie g deangelis big money show host here on fox this is caroline downey separator national reviewed is great to see you paranoid about getting your first there is been a lot written about you know this sleepy biden administration coming in with a very energetic trump administration but you

cannot emphasize the point enough, that when you think of everything that donald trump already has done to prepare himself to prepare the nation, for the changes we have almost a full cabinet all of these new regulators are coming it in the directors are throwing down the goblin in front of our foreign enemies and allies alike. i am just wondering have americans are the girded it for all of the action that will start on january 20th? caroline: the country in the world works, knows that there is a new sheriff in town any has not even taken the bat yet and he is not even been inaugurated and i just shows how committed and aggressive trump is, to rolling back the damage of the last four years. in fulfilling its mandate the republican trifecta, we saw the new york times report that biden plans to visit the vatican, to see pope francis with whom he exchanges regular visitation phone calls, friendly calls and almost like mental health check
7:05 pm
is because biden i think is had a lot of poignant introspection lately about his shattered legacy, the fact that he was ousted about the democratic machine. he feels very betrayed by that and the make matters worse, once again while trump is stacking a star-studded cabinet in these focusing on border security and deregulation as you are dimension inviting this worsening is record out the door by granting clemency and pardons to notorious fraudsters worst of all his son which is a horrible president. david: let's drill down if you entered excuse the part in energy and the fact is that as grady told us, a lot of this donald trump can do on the first day. just for the stroke of a pen by executive order as biden did before him. although, the xl pipeline of course is one of biden's first canceling that was what biden's first thanks. i'm wondering how easy it will be if possible little to reverse something like that.
7:06 pm
jackie: me tell you a story better oil gas reporter houston from somewhere else. david: only have an hour short story. jackie: hunting when he my world upside down because he signed executive orders in keystone pipeline are only one part of it and the reported he will reduce regulation if he can do that by executive order and you can also say that we will drill on federal land and offshore and he can also give companies the ability to feel like they can invest in this environment whether it is in exporting pipelines distribution or whatever it is ultimately, these copies are bracing for that and they understand that under president trump they will just be able to operate more freely and yes oil prices will come down but that is good for the american consumer in the company's will still profit because we will be back to being number one introduction. david: there is shortage of oil in general the specific it, it feels like diesel for example, we do not have enough diesel
7:07 pm
fuel and that's of course vital for shipping businesses etc., that would be gotten from her friends in north the canadians with the xl pipeline so that is why am so interested in whether or not he will be able to because a lot of these companies that were involved in the xl particular when canadian company feels ripped off they put billions of dollars in the pipes and some of it had to be just sold. jackie: we sold the basically all of the materials were sitting there they were ready to go and about to start doing yet. and of course if at that commotion project like a sitting one he did last time, he has a busy day one coming because he has a lot on his list but he will hit energy. david: caroline, think you can do by himself which biden did by himself is change some of the executive orders and migration from on the borders and strengthening the border after four years of an open border thanks to the biden administration but i had tom moment on any's going to be the borders are. i guess it was on tuesday i got

him to focus on how much it would cost to do all of the deportations that there is a big price tag of this and 86 billion-dollar price tag on that and do you think the president would be able to get that quickly from congress? there is a lot of things that need to be done. caroline: there's overwhelming support for mass deportation programs which is the only legitimate response to immigration this the third of the democrats who back to that by the way, and i'm here based in florida and there are two major companies that operate here that deal with the present system. part of that is the detainment centers that are already gearing up for the deportation efforts because the anticipating that this is serious and this is not lipservice. this is absolutely going to happen and it is the will of the people, the reverse that horrible influx of unborn population this country that is

unvented and has led to serious casualties and my other home, new york city and we saw on the subway, and so i do think that trump will successfully do this in the question is will this in the final weeks, undermine him as a form of sabotage we saw the daily wire report about biden administration auctioning off the remaining border wall materials and they are expensive, totally wasteful. in a trim pessary start the funding flight in congress for this might be a very onerous process and we can only hope that there will be that many obstacles in his way to get the resources he needs. david: and jackie, there's another question if you don't start on the border, in my push into the distance, frighteningly from supply-side point of view of the tax extensions and if they end the year 2015, without a new reconciliation of taxes extensions come up will see a huge rise in taxes but even if we americans have to wait, even if they do get it before the

deadline, december 31st of 2025, still, don't americans need buddy in the pockets sooner from the new tax cuts on things like overtime pay and tips. jackie: thank you and i'm really with larry on this when that they should try to do it all in one package and i should try to do an early like you just brought up the border there a lot of obstacles when you put this all together and it's a lot faster through and on the tax side is interesting is a slim majority in the house coming have some democrats like hacking jeffrey saying that there are places where we can come together because they realize how badly their constituents need the help as well so that's one piece of it. >> let me stop you there because one thing that he has talking about our extending essentially spinning programs the call them tax cuts but when you get extending the child tax credits, which is just an outlay of money to people and has nothing to do with your taxes because most of these people are not paying taxes. >> i also think this how you get a deal done you might have to
7:11 pm
give something up to be able to get something we know how it works and ultimately have a person in charge, who is a master making deals and i think that he will figure out a way to do it in the promised americans that he will do it. thus far the reason they voted for him from the economy. david: caroline also have salt deductions on state and local taxes which were limited capped to $10,000 during the 2017 tax code. and it impress particularly those in some republicans by the way, the states want to extend that at least $220,000, if not higher. is that a deal to be made inside the beltway? caroline: to jackie's point trump is an expert negotiator. and i know that he will come up with something that is compelling probably to both sides look, and once again the mandate of the people which is overwhelming the regulation as well as reducing red tape as well is please don't raise our

taxes and you know i'm just looking and i'm astounded about biden is trying to do, just out the door when the proposals from the irs is in addition to 87000 new agents which is certainly not with the majority of americans voted for them we have this 1099k guidance which is for companies that receive income through e-commerce and credit cards. that is reducing the threshold dramatically. no need to go. there are so many night at the top needs to address assault of course sue and pushing about long because i want to get one more thing in okay and dying to because what kills me as he woud expected from the democrats but the republicans some republicans, are using the same rhetoric that biden did on the tax cuts saying that they cost $2 trillion and they did not cost, we had an increase in revenue of 40 percent we have an extra one and a half trillion dollars from those tax rate cuts is not the cut in revenue of the revenue increase.

jackie: 1000 percent and i think the basically we would go back to that model when we wrote our way out of this pretty will be like it just adds to the building is coming out of somebody's pocket is ultimately that is why the model works and we have seen it in action several times throughout history but also with president trump before. he's going to do it again and 76 million people's that that's what they want. david: you too good already to have minutes of arc time here so i'm in trouble but we need to wrap at it that i wish we could go on in carolina jackie you so much for being here ladies appreciated no missed jackie along with her co- house hundred house tailored right of the big money show weekdays 1:00 p.m. eastern right here on foxbusiness i heard a rumor that we are doing this 6:00 o'clock and coming up but the left is screaming that trump wants to evade panama, really but are they missing the real story of china's takeover of the canal of the refills homeboy to be talking about that with portent chain went kudlow continues.

>> c1 for the biden legacy is all about downward economic revisions and so will we now enter into the era of upward economic revisions in joining me now is ej antoni heritage foundation economist as we deceive and thank you for being here and you know we keep hearing from joe biden, about setting up a great economy to donald trump etc., and nothing exemplifies the combination about policy with lies, that we have seen better than the jobs reports where you continually have these downward revisions and there have been a couple every blue moon, they have an upward revision. but it appears by the way the fed said that the q-tip of the second quarter, is actually a down quarter and we had a serious down quarter jobs now
7:52 pm
because of those revisions, no? ej: david, that's exactly right so originally the bureau of labor statistics estimated that we added over 650,000 jobs during that three-month time and now we get information from the philadelphia federal reserve that indicates know about was actually all a lie and we lost jobs during that quarter so that accounts russian say amounts to downward revision of over 700,000 by the way this is on top of the previous annual benchmark revision from the bureau of labor statistics at that was down 819,000 and i suppose at least i was over the course of a gear and this is course of just three months. is almost as large labor market david is nowhere near as robust or healthy as we been led to believe. david: don't involve the jobs are down the money creation is going up because you continue to have these spending and the treasury has to find it somehow. printing presses are turning,

no? ej: absolutely david, i for a long time there were several years the federal reserve was essentially eating a lot of the money it created sterilized another was it was pain thanks not to let up the money and so once the treasury had spent a, the money that part to the federal reserve. now, that is all starting to unwind itself and the means that you have two and half trillion dollars that are beginning to work their way through the real economy. i will continue to create inflationary pressure in the months and years ahead. and on top of that, the federal reserve started to cut interest rates an unprecedented move and what i think is election interference. to try to get a preferred candidate across the finish line and clearly that did not work but the next president donald trump is still going have to deal with the inflationary impact of this wrongheaded decision. david: by the way the incredible thing about the fed's decision to cut rates i think we have chart we could put up that the
7:54 pm
market was going in exactly the opposite direction by the fed was cutting what know that is the wrong chart. the money supply if you have the chart there and is and going the outcome of that is that fats cuts on the arrow pointing down work at exactly the same time with a ten year treasury yield was going up in another words, the market is betting that we will have more inflation in the fed is betting that we have inflation under control. who has a right that marketer the fed, easy one for you ej. ej: [laughter] with the market hands down this that has not been right anything the same folks who told us inflation was transitory for crying out loud. and you're right, what we saw the fed funds rate go down 100 basis points of the yield on the ten year has gone up 100 basis points. moving in exactly the opposite direction is because of the reason your articulated investors are increasingly anticipating more and more inflation because of the that's

easy money policy simply more cash into the system and there's going to be more inflation, they're going to demand a higher yield so that they can be compensated for those real losses. david: finally covets could be quickly, this is all good reason why we need tax and regulatory cuts, right now to incentivize businesses on the supply side to create more goods and services and that brings inflation down, no? ej: absolutely, inflation is fundamentally too much money chasing too few goods david and the reason why the reagan was able to bring inflation down so fast was only if tight money policy, but also the fact that he grew the economy so quickly. we had 12 percent annualized growth at one point during his presidency and i think the president trump can repeat that economic miracle see what anybody's inside the beltway really believe you can get done the first year quickly five seconds. ej: i think so. david: okay you didn't and thank
