burglaries at the homes of star athletes. have they found who is behind these high profile robberies? lauren: at the south american crime group, they say the group targets these star athletes and conduct surveillance before breaking into their homes and stealing their stuff. it is a physical and technical surveillance to learn where someone will be gone and that is when they go to their home. according to abc the fbi wrote, quote, these homes are targeted for burglary due to the perception they have high end good like designer handbags, jewelry, watches and cash. here are some of the targets we have seen, in the september timberwolves guard mike connolly was robbed. in october two chief stars both had their homes robbed and december 27th, dallas mavericks point guard luca donica's home
