of jobs that look like they are private sector are paid for by tax payers, when government gives a grant to a school or a hospital, and they hire a nurse or a teacher, you are still think are -- financing that job with taxpayer dollars you have to add many private sector jobs for every job this you finance with taxpayer dollars, you reqonly c take a small portion of each persons income and use that money to fund job paid for by tax payers dollars weaker it with con consumer spinning numbers. gdp, a disproportionate amount is government transfers, once again that something that should be counted on government side, of the ledger, you are right, there is a key reason why we have two trillion deficits, as far as we can see, we just go the

>> budget reco reconciliation, we started early with meetings of membership, a lot of new members have n never been through a budget recon is reconciliation, we did an education process, and had great participation, you have to put program a budget, chairman jodey arrington and i started a meeting we are sitting town with -- we had two committees involved last time in 2017, produced a great bill. it was just ways and means and match resources this time we have 8 to 10 committees involved this is a lot of different members and committees that will be working, so we have to do the bask budget first, by february we'll have that, that means march, draw it up on calendar, you will see 8 to 10 committees in congress
