many powerful names in the crypto universe. several of them that attended tell me they were completely caught off guard when they saw this post from the president-elect on their phones that night at the ball. my new official trump meme is here, it's time to celebrate everything we stand for, winning, without trump coin was launched it is a mean coin that is speculative currency. we look at any future the image of trump from the assassination in july, it is issued on the network and traded almost exchanges including coinbase and cracking, we have to talk about value, prices shot up six 100% hours after it was launched. it now trades at $55, that's according to corn market cap. remember it went live for pennies on the dollar. a lot of people were minted millionaires overnight but by sunday night melania according,

that into the new news on co costco. a major strike could be on the horizon for the economy by the end of the month. >> let's start with the costco news, union strikes and will circle back to inflation union strikes are not great for inflation at all and they tend to have short-term influence. we just had a good cpi or inflation. and this is likely to drive inflation in the next report to be elevated which only gives the fed more reason to pause. overall there are key aspects of new policy and the trump administration is discussing that could influence inflation terrorists being the most notable but that's not a given there's a lot of debate on how it may be and is not like we don't have a blueprint from the first of administration and have trump handle the tariff threat.
7:22 am
it is really a bargaining negotiation tactic and there's no reason to think that wouldn't be the case now, we are starting off at the more elevated level and we should be concerned. what we need is the fed to be thoughtful in the fed to pause we hope they do in december but they didn't and that's what we will continue see the markets would like to see rate cuts but we don't think you're coming the way the market thanks. >> we mentioned the l.a. wildfires in the last hour their driving rental prices in the area higher and that's prompting worries in multiple reports about price gouging realtor.com telling fox areas of santa monica salt 34% rise in rental prices from the fourth to the 11th of this month, pasadena rentals 20% over the same time. this is a major problem in a little disheartening to be clear. >> there was already a massive
