so this fair and reciprocal plan is a beautiful thing. reciprocal tariffs is even more beautiful word. liz: which countries are backing down now ready to deal? >> we already had the eu float the idea that they would lower their 10% tariff on autos to ours at 2.5%. i mean, think about that, liz. they have auto tariff that is four times higher, but the thing that is astonishing about why germany sells eight cars to us for every one we sell to them, is the other thing president trump is calling out, which is the value-added tax. why is that important? it's 19% for germany, so if you have a vat, what they do is use it as an export subsidy to sell bmw's u.s. and they use it as a tariff to keep cadillac's

liz: welcome back. this is a curious story. it's really surprising. elon musk says doge uncovered an antiquated ancient basically storage facility the government has been using in a limestone mine in pennsylvania. it dates back to the eisenhower cold war era of the 50s. what are they doing with it? processing federal worker retirement benefit checks. let's take you now to fox news nate foy standing by live in pennsylvania with this odd bizarre story. nate, what is going on here? reporter: hey liz. yeah, this week millions of americans learned a lot more about how the federal employee retirement process works, and the bulk of it happens here in western pennsylvania at a former limestone mine. take a look at this video from our fox news flight team that

shows the entrance to the mine. it's high-tech on the inside and you see the perimeter here. there's armed security, checkpoints, metal detectors, and biometric access markers. meanwhile, 220 feet underground take a look at the working environment. this video is from iron mountain, the company that the u.s. government leases the space from. workers go through each application by hand after receiving documents from whatever federal agency a worker is retiring from, so that they can get their full pension. doge posted on x, "700-plus mine workers operate 230 feet under ground to process roughly 10,000 applications per month which are stored in manila envelopes and cardboard boxes" and the office of personnel management says it processed even less than that last year at just 7,381 claims per month. the agency says, " opm is evaluating methods to enhance
