the trump white house cut off $400 million in federal funding to columbia university saying it broke federal anti-discrimination laws and did not stop anti-semetic threats on campus after hamas 10/7 terror attack. they are moving to cancel foreign nationals visas, anybody who supports hamas or terror groups, the state department is. what do you make of this? >> bravo, thank you, president trump for finally stepping up and recognizing that it is ridiculous for parents, particularly of jewish students, to pay the money it takes to go to columbia and have their children unable to get to class, are being feared for their lives because you've got this anarchists who parade around in their little mask and pretend they are somehow protesting something when they have no idea what they are even talking about. when they get out there and scream from the river to the sea, they probably couldn't name the river or sea they are referencing with no idea what life is like in israel, and it's just embarrassing, but the real embarrassment is that columbia

>> under the final two years of biden, one in every four jobs created in america was a government job. that's a tremendous percentage, but under the first full month of president trump, which we haven't even gotten started yet, an incredible 93% of all job gains were in the private sector so that's just statistic just came out. liz: that was president trump saying about one out of four of biden's jobs in his last two years were government jobs. we have that u.s. job growth a number that didn't come in so great at 15 1,000 for february, and less than expected. up from 143,000 in january. around 10,000 manufacturing jobs, including 9,000 new auto worker jobs, around 10,000 government workers were let go. let's bring in from house ways and means look whose here the one and only congresswoman claudia tenney. congresswoman great to see you. what did you make of the latest job report? >> well look i think it's early before president trump we really start kicking things in. he's done a lot of executive orders but we have a lot to

codify and get past our budget and also have to do the reconciliation bill which keeps the tax cuts permanent and put in place a lot of important things to give our economy a boost and that's what we're trying to do is grow the economy while we're trying to reduce the cost, because remember, president trump under the tax cuts and jobs act brought a record amount of revenues but then in came joe biden and covid and we were spending and now we continue to spend more than we bring in even the historic levels is why enter doge. we need to start spending less and being more responsible and streamlining what we do in government and remember joe biden, a lot of his reports were focused on government jobs that were created not manufacturing and jobs in the private sector. the private sector is what is going to bring us the growth that we need, unleashing american energy, sealing the border making sure we aren't continuing to pay billions and billions of dollars for illegal immigrants, whether it's for food, housing, prison stays you name it, and we're spending money to try to deport them. had they never been brought in,

just a lot that's got to happen in the next several months and you'll see the growth come back. liz: you know, congresswoman, i enjoy being geeky with you, because you're very smart, so let's do the reality check of what's going on. the u.s. government is at a record high 3 million workers. that does not include 3.7 million government independent contractors. so it's about 6.7 million. trump is trying to bring staff levels back to the clinton era. yeah, we know the population grew about 27% but what they are talking about is a standard private sector cutoff about 5%, all-in. and the democrats are not acknowledging the blowout in government contractors. we're going to show the fraction of the overall federal employees at each agency of whose getting laid off. the other thing too is the president is trying as you point out, detoxing, he's trying to detox the u.s. government from government spending, like biden did, and so when you see that, you look at the gdp numbers we're about to show debt

to gdp is astronomical and he's trying to reset it so gdp growth will look a little bit wobbley, but he's getting nearly 2 trillion investments into the u.s. economy and a new one is siemens and honda. what's your take? >> right. i think that's an important point to make. you really have to look at what's government and what isn't, and we do need government workers and we do need people to run certain aspects of our government especially in the security fields and things like that and defense spend, but when it comes to actually there's so many functions that government is doing and remember something also. we have created these specific missions in government and they never go away even when the mission is done the people stay there because they are languishing, getting the pay, the pay increases, the pension, the healthcare, and all that just builds and now we have a massive government so the refocus, and when you see those gdp numbers, is going to be on bringing private sector jobs and private sector growth and that's what we're focused on. liz: interesting claudia tenney

>> it is really interesting, liz, because these are entirely new ideas but making waves given musk's influence. president trump looked into privatizing usps during the first term. now yesterday, or wednesday, while speaking virtually during a tech conference with morgan stanley, musk stated i think logically we should privatize anything that can reasonably be privatized naming the post office and postal service and amtrak as examples according to reuters. now in response amtrak tells fox that business performance is strong. the train service we operate across our nationwide network as mandated by law is on track to reach operational profitability for the first time in history. so while amtrak did achieve record ridership last year losses were still $1.8 billion adjusted to 705 million and operational losses. the postal service even deeper in the red with a $9.5 billion loss in 2024. its budget is complicated by employee retirement costs which

one, when he dropped out of the 2024 race. for the fallout let's welcome to the show legal pro julian epstein the former chief counsel for house judiciary during the clinton impeachment. julian this is quite a story. what's the fallout of this. shouldn't we figure out who controlled biden's auto pen and joe biden's presidency? >> yes, and we should figure out who was making decisions. to speaker johnson's point we knew in august of 2021 less than a year into the biden presidency that he was not playing with a full deck. he didn't know what his generals were advising him with a pullout on afghanistan, and we've seen dozens if not hundreds of example of the president not knowing who foreign leaders were, calling on dead members of congress so yes. this is a scandal. this is something the "wall street journal" documented as early as 2021 and then in a number of other reports. the new york times i guess better late than never did a report after the election showing the staff was very well aware the president wasn't playing with a full deck and

they did everything they could to insulated him from cabinet officials from members of congress and the public with the willing assistance of the news media, and this is a democratic party and a liberal news media who were claiming that they were the protector s of democracy, that trump was the nazi who was going to threaten democracy, yet the biggest threat to democracy, liz, is gaslighting the american people, telling them the commander-in-chief is up for the job when they know that the opposite is true, so this is a scandal. it's a fraud against the voters. it's a fraud against the country, that democratic officials including the leadership of hakeem jefferies and chuck schumer pains me to say this is a democrat that they were all complicit in, and there should be a full accounting at least in a moral sense this was a fraud against the country and whether there's a legal issue here remains to be seen but i think the point is correct that the fact the need to get out on the table on this. liz: people are saying this is on a level of water gate,

this and what happened along with the biden family selling influence and access to government job and the obama white house. what do you make of this? the state attorney general of missouri andrew bailey, he's urging the justice department to investigate whether biden's former aids exploited biden's mental decline to go put in place and enact their far left agenda and policies, and he's saying if that happened then all his executive orders, all of biden's pardons, all of his other actions are unconstitutional, legally void. he also said the proof is this is that many of the executive orders were aggressively farther that left than any previous president even what biden had campaigned on, so when they circled the wagons insulating him, they were covering up. they stopped to your point meeting from one on one with anybody and even in his cabinet, so this is a really bad thing for america. so shouldn't we be looking at all of his orders and who actually pushed them? >> well again, liz. this is a democrat. the missouri attorney general is

liz: welcome back to the big news today homeland security secretary kristi noem announced they have identified the government workers who leaked to the media the locations of upcoming i.c.e. raids to capture illegal aliens. fox news kevin corke joins us live from washington with the details. kevin good to see you. >> good to see you my friend. you're right. officials in d.c. and dhs have identified a couple of people who are believed to have disclosed, liz, dhs operations to the media. that's important. and this apparently happened amid the administration's mass deportation plans. now, the announcement follows a string of high profile i.c.e. operational leaks. we're talking across the country from northern virginia to aurora, colorado. all the way out to los angeles, each drawing very sharp criticism from
