her probation. we have a separate powers issue a double jeopardy issue and it's a mess right now. we are trying to figure it all out. as far as where she is at, we are concerned about her safety. we have her in a location that is very safe and she has people who care about her around her. she is just really just trying to get on with her life. it is proving to be extremely difficult. >> you say you have people around her who care about her is it not a fact she has friends the country's most unpopular person has no friends. does she have friends other than you or her legal team? >> that's the difficult thing to say. the people who have gotten to know her over the past three years have grown to care about her significantly. i have been fortunate to have a very good team with me throughout this journey and

situation where she is trying to get a grasp of all that's happened to her. everyone wants to wush in and wants her to do things but quite frankly this is someone who has a lot of figuring out to do as to what is left of her life. i don't think people should be rushing to make her decisions she is going to make them as she goes along and gets more healthy and comes from a healthier place. that's what i think there's no rush on no timetable on. if it will happen it will happen in its due course. >> does she know the depth of the anger and even hatred that she has generated? >> i don't know. i have never had those types of discussions with her. but i can tell you that i don't think she is all that -- she is concentrating all that much on the coverage. the coverage is important to some people who have decided to

make this their entertainment. not entertainment for her it's her life and that is why i don't think she is paying a great deal of attention to the coverage involving her case. >> how will she serve if it the appellate court agrees with the judge. you worried something like happen to her? will she serve that probation with the casey anthony anti sentiment? oo i have been in touch with the department of probation. if our appeals are exhausted we plan on cooperating fully with them. i know she fully intends on doing that. whatever we end up working out with the department of probation you can be assured she will follow the letter of the law and follow her probation.
