against conrad murray? >> i believe they have the easier case than the defense has. obviously when you have a fz i gos who is put in a confidential situation and you have propofol being administered in a nonhospital setting along with other issues i think they have a better case to present than the defense has to defend against. >> i misspoke it wasn't 2 and a half years it was two and a half months before his demise in june. tend of it what is conrad murray's facing really? >> he's charged with involuntary manslaughter which is unintentional homicide as a result of negligence or reckless act. the defense will have to try to show this was an accident. they are going to try to show -- they have even alleged.
