10:00 pm
tore down a suer and we got nothing for it. america has never accumulated debt like this. >> we are outta here. greta's next. >> see you tomorrow night. >> yes. he has to do this debate. >> why is the g.o.p. presidential candidates all come to see donald trump, with all due respect? >> why wouldn't you? >> i mean, what is it like an audience? >> no, look. i think -- some of this, i want to pick up on something herman cain said a while back. sometimes, we have troget a certain sense of humor in politics. the donald has had the number-1 show in the country. okay? he is a genuine american icon in
10:01 pm
his own right. why wouldn't you want to come and hang out with him? it was a great honor to have newt up here. it's amazing how well he's doing. >> donald trump is a great showman and a great businessman. if we are trying to figure out how to create job, one of the differences between my party and the other party is we go to people who know how to create jobs to figure out how to create jobs. and so, when i was asked whether or not i would be willing to be in that kind of debate, i automatically said yes. >> speaker gingrich may be courting donald trump, but he is blasting house minority leader nancy pelosi, who threatened to dish dirt about gingrich in an ethics report in the 1990s. she told a reporter, one of these days, i will have a conversation about newt gingrich. four of us looked in an undisclosed location for a year,
10:02 pm
1,000 pages of his stuff. gingrich fired back. >> first of all, i want to thank speaker pelosi for what i regard as an early christmas gift. >> what's that? >> if she is suggesting she will use material she developed on te ethics committee, that's a fundamental violation of the rules of the house and i would hope that the members immediately file charges against her the second she does it. i think it tells you how capriciously political that committee was and she was on it, how tainted the outcome was and i think what she said today should explain a great deal about what happened in the ethics process when nancy pelosi was at the heart of it and is prepared to totally abuse the house process. i regard it as a useful education for the american people to see what a tainted political operation nancy pelosi was engagedin and i would hope that the house would immediately condemn her if she uses any material gathered on the egics committee because it would be a
10:03 pm
total violation of the committee. >> a busy day for the g.o.p. frontrunner. how will it impact the race. karl rove is here. boy, what a firestorm between leader peulosey and former speaker gingrich. it looks like she thinks he's the nominee and the obama campaign is focused on governor romney. >> look, she clearly dislikes the former speaker. two former speakers who don't like each other. but speaker gingrich is absolutely right. if nancy pelosi were to take the private hearings of the ethics committee and draw on that material to make political charges against newt, she would be in violation of the house rules and ought to be sanctioned immediately. and it would show the essential political nature of the ethics process and it would ill serve the house and ill serve the country. if she gets her wish and newt gingrich becomes the republican nominee, she would be doing him a great favor and the country a
10:04 pm
great disservice. >> i am not sure -- she hasn't done t. i am not sure how much she is doing sabre rattling in the political game that we spectators think is rough around the edges. >> well, with all due respect, if i say, i think i am going to rob a bank, but i haven't robbed it yet. that means i have the intent to rob the bank. she has announced her intention to violate the rules of the house, the rules that govern the ethics committee and subject herself to being in a place where she could be sanctioned. she may not have robbed the bank, but announcing she is interested in robbing the bank doesn't mean it's okay. >> what i think is more problematic, that want she is messing with his head, but she is saying she is in a position to have confidential inform and boy, there is a lot of stuff there, is the insigneuation. it's a sense that i really know and it's really bad. i think that's the problem. >> well, there is a word for that, it's called sleazy.
10:05 pm
we saw the former speaker do that. and she shouldn't be doing. >> it okay. let's move to another topic, the trump debate. two people huntsman and paul have said no. bachmann's in, santorum's in and gingrich is in. if you were running a campaign for any candidate for this, would you say get in or get out of this debate? >> well, they're all going to get stuck going to it. on hannity earlier, trump in an interview said in essence he's leaning toward somebody. he's not going to say. how can we have any confidence he will be impartial in his questions? and he has announced he may run yet next may tdepends, he said on an earlier program, it depends on whether or not his program is taken back up by nbc. he is not only saying, i am going to make a decision about who i am going to endorse, shortly after this debate and i am leaning one way and i may run
10:06 pm
myself and we expect him to be impartial? could you imagine if ms-nbc was hosting and the moderator said i'm going to endorse one of the republican candidates after this debate. everybody would say, we are not showing up. >> but gwen eiffel had a book coming out on president obama -- and it -- >> absolutely. and all heck broke loose because of t. i am saying, this is even worse. you know i. it was in time magazine. she didn't hide. it but everyone had an opportunity to examine her questions to see whether they were fair. once she performed thion, there were no complaints. but people were upset beforehand. and when -- her book had been in time mag -- magazine. >> let's talk about the questions for a second. is mr. trump going to ask the candidates whether they agree with him that barack obamma was not born in the united states? if they agree with him that we should tax chinese imports,
10:07 pm
setting off a trade war? let's see if the candidates agree with him on that. do the republican candidates agree that we need to tell the saudis, we are not paying the oil price and that do they agree with him that george bush was evil and that nancy reagan was great, unquote. >> i don't know if he's going to be asking questions or not. i don't know if he's going to be moderating or not -- >> he's moderating. >> i mean, whether he's moderating or asking question, i mean. i do think that -- i do think the american people are smart enough to know if it's a loaded question, like do you agree with me on whatever it is. but i -- >> that's not a loaded -- that's not a loaded question. that's him saying, here's my view. what's your view. i mean, look, this is not a newsman. this is not somebody who is going to sit down and prepare
10:08 pm
like a bret baier or some of these anchors. he is an active actor. he is leaning towards endorsing somebody. he could do a lot of damage to somebody and i suspect it won't be to the candidate he is leaning towards. he says himself he is going to run, potentially run for president of the united states starting in may. why have this person moderating a debate? he's associated himself with a first-rate news organization, news max, good group with a terrific magazine, has a wonderful set of programming. but let's not kid ourselves, this is all about donald trump. i think it's odd. everybody's going to -- december 27, so everybody's going to have to bust up their holidays and go down and -- go to iowa and do this debate. i suspect most of the candidates, the rest of the candidates will get stuck going. but i just think it's weird. >> in light of where we are and what we think and the state of afairks let me get back to the original question, if you were
10:09 pm
advising a cant dade at this point, he's going to have this debate on the 27th and have at least three candidates show up, a lot of attention and exposure, probably people watching who ordinarily might not watch. would you advise your candidate to go or not go? >> well, i think, as i said, i said several times, i think they are going to go except the couple who said they are not going to go. i am not sure how dispositive this is going to be. i suspect this will have the smallest viewership this year. it's on ion and doesn't have the fewership of a fox or cnn or c-nbc, so it will be the smallest debate in the psychele and on the 27th of december. people are digesting their turkeys and playing with their new toys. >> all right. the iowa polls certainly show a different picture. look, a bleak picture for ron paul or bachmann and santorum. do you think that the american
10:10 pm
media, the pundits are underestimating ron paul, congressman bachmann and senator rick santorum for this iowa caucus? >> well, they could be underestimating santorrum and bachmann who do have the advantage. santorum has visited every county in iowa and been a constant present and developed a lot of personal relationships. and bachmann, born in an adjoining state. they could be. look, ron paul is going to be well organized. his people will come out rain, shine, snow or not. we saw this four years ago. key example of missouri. ron paul ran a distant fifth. and the primary was won by mccain. yet the delegates were elected by not the primary, but they were committed by the primary, but the delegates were elected in congressional and state conventions and the ron paul people came within a handful of votes of sweeping.
10:11 pm
they would have been ogobligated to vote for mccn for a certain number of delegates. this is a calks, not a primary. there will be a quarter of people who turn out in a midterm gubernatorial primary will turn out and vote in the caucuses and the organization and the passion of his libertarian flock will matter. iowa's a state with a strong isolation of stranglehold for a hundred years. >> ordinarily, i don't think that endorsements are that potent. they give you -- people pay attention to them because you get media attention and maybe a little money bounce. but i don't think they are that potent. but i was struck that governor sununu, a governor romneyer surigate -- let me tell you what he said about speaker gingrich, he's untrustworthy and
10:12 pm
unprincipled. how will that play out in the state of new hampshire where he was the governor? >> yeah. well, it depends, you know, when you get an endorsement from somebody, it helps with most of their friends and hurts you with all of their enemies. so the question is how many people, you know, follow in what category for governor sununu. but his statement was based upon not just i like newt -- or i like mitt or i dislike newt. but he was very specific and he touched a vein. you saw senator coburn who served with newt had some questions about t. but that's on the edges. there is a newt mania in iowa. and the des moines register poll showed he's the frontrunner there. if the election were today, he would come in first. the one problem he faces is that it may raise expectations too high for him in iowa and, you know, he has to temper the expectations because he opened his first headquarter there is, you know, organization does
10:13 pm
matter in a state like that. you can't simply win on momentum alone. you can't certainly stretch your vote to as big as it ought tofnlt you need the incremental support that is generated by county and precinct organizations and people saying to their friends and neighbor, i'm helping newt, will you help me too? where he is in the polls may not end up being where he is. he will still likely run to first inf he is anywhere near where he is today, but having an organization helps you stretch that number high and not having an organization causes that number to fall a little bit. >> well, he has a new ad out, running with a white picket fence and stars and stripes. he doesn't take a wack at the president or his competitors for the republican nomination. i am curious, looking back, i don't remember him taking a strike at any of his colleagues, republican colleagues, who are also seeking the nomination. he has had a duct with
10:14 pm
congresswoman bachmann. has he been aggressr aggressive toward his colleagues at all? >> not unreasonably so. but he did take a look at governor romney last week, after saying he was not going to do so. he did take a wack in an interview, saying he was more conservative than romney and we should not nominate somebody whose views were prone to change and undependable. that's a pretty explicit wack. that's not unfair. that's want unreasonable. it is within the bounds of fairness. you know, i suspect we will see tougher language on the part of all the candidates towards each other. that's not necessarily a bad thing. didn't hurt the democrats to have a very tough contest within a certain bounds that lasted all the way to june in 2008. >> it's interesting that governor romney's taken, at least now in tonight, he said something abouto president obama and his vacation, so his attention's on president obam a. let's listen to that sound bite.
10:15 pm
>> going off for 17 dma's hawaii. he'll be playing a lot of golf. he told congress that they needed to stay in session and pass his -- his tax break for the payroll tax and that they shouldn't leave for vacation until they did that. yet, he's going for 17 days in the golf -- for the golf and the sun. i think a president who is hands on does not mean a better grip on the golf club. >> it's interesting, governor rom no's going after the president. that's the first. is that a fair criticism? he's going to hawaii for a christmas vacation, 17 days? >> i thought it was a good line there, particularly, the hands-on president doesn't mean getting a better golf grip. 17 days does seem a little excessive. i don't begrudge the president having a vacation during the holidays. but you would think he would be able to stick around until the 21st or the 22nd and
10:16 pm
head off and then come back the second or third. but the interesting thing is that i think that governor romney is right. we don't have a budget yet. we have -- we have this battle over the payroll tax and the president is saying, you guys stick at it and get it done. when you do, fedex it out to me in hawaii and i will stop in between golf matches and sign it. i mean, if it's important, stick around and get it done, mr. president. >> isn't it in part, it's a p.r. mistake? we see him too often playing golf on the vacations, presidents do work, they do get briefed every day. but what comes out of this white house is the impression that there isn't any work on the vacation, when there is for these presidents. >> yeah. yeah. no, look -- remember we had a couple of bad experiences on this. he was off on vacation when we had the underwear bomber. he was in martha's vineyard this summer when the job -- when the economy looked like it was in --
10:17 pm
deteriorating. and he said out of nowhere, i'm going to have a second jobs bill, that announcement was made at martha's vineyard and i am sure there is no preparation on the hill and i suspect there were people at the omb and the council of economic advisers who said, what? what jobs plan are we laying out isn't president has a tendency on vacation not to be on top of it as much as he should. the underwear bomber, we had several days before we heard from the president on that. >> karl, thank you. >> thank, greta. >> straight ahead, a warning, health officials say that health care is in critical condition. very disturbing news. and senator grassley says that the justice department is being deceitful. that's a polite way of saying, lying. he's here to tell all. the crowd goes wild, a football celebration turns wild as fans rush the field. it's all caught on camra. stick around to see this video.

alarming news about your healthcare and your money. the former medicare and medicaid chief said up to one-third of federal house spending is waste, and it gets worse. he said much of the spending
10:22 pm
doesn't help patients at all. last year president obama apointed him to lead. he re signed last week. senior editor rick klein joins us. we should explain why he re signed. he was a recess appointment. >> that's right. he wasn't going to get the job permanently because of things he said in the past that the republicans didn't like. >> and maybe a third of the money that taxpayer dollars are spending is wasteful. that's not surprising, wow, the government wastes money on healthcare, it's like being shocked gambling in and losing money. >> but was there any way that he was seriously doing any sort of rationening? what was the problem on that? >> there was no evidence to suggest that. he said basically either you have some form of rationening that's smart or some form that isn't smart so we have to
10:23 pm
confront it. what he meant by rationening is we make choice necessary the healthcare system. either the government or others making choices. but what a hot potato it was, republicans globed on to the vote and made him ungone firmable in the senate. but he's thoughtful about these things. he's studied this in academia and in the private sector and he's a pediatrician himself. he looked at the whole system top to bottom in of and is frustrate bid the waste. >> 20, 30% is quarter no benefit to the patient is astounding. >> it is. there's always waste in government but that's a striking number. if that's true we are talking about $150 billion to maybe $200 billion of taxpayer money being wasted. it's the largest federal program there is. >> now they take your blood pressure and throw away the cuff and use another cuff for the
10:24 pm
next person. >> that's right. and electronic records are a big issue that still we don't have anything on that. >> why don't we have that? every time you go to the doctor, you have to tell them the different medicines or whatever you are doing or you have your tonsils out. >> there's no great secret. there's no incentive built into the system for doctors and the hospital 20 cut coast when they know the federal tax payer will foot the bill. no coordination, no tests that you don't need, and no plan around medical care. this is the kind things that president obama was hoping to try to solve in part with his healthcare law. bringing problems we know we have in the healthcare system. >> they fight over dr. donald dirkwick. but anybody seems to be scanneddized by the problem we have and that we waste all this money every year. you think that would be the focus of their attention, not on what this guy said or didn't
10:25 pm
say. >> everyone knows these things are bad and we know lots of politicians like to run against their friends waste, fraud and abuse but it's harder to identify it. in the healthcare system people are used to getting all the tests they want. doctors practice medicine in a way that forecloses other options and they want to overtest. >> over testing, that's one of the problems, but there are other less controversial things. i mean, there are certain things, the electronic records. that is not something that the republicans or democrats are fighting about. a patient might want a bunch of extra tests. >> that's right. >> but that one i can't see complaining about. >> but the big savings and waste he's talking about is procedures that aren't necessary. that's when you get starting with questions about rationening and who makes the decisions and it gets difficult. >> i think those politicians that are doctors would agree there are tests that are unnecessary. >> but who decides? is it the insurance company, the government? in the case of medicare and medicaid it's the government
10:26 pm
making the final decision. >> thank you. >> thanks, greta. >> and wisconsin governor scott walker is certainly blistering hot and it got hotter. a local teacher has a target on her back. how did a high school teacher end up in the line of political fire? governor scott walker goes on the record next. and also ready for this one? who do charlie sheen and elizabeth taylor have in common? can you guess? can you guess? rick klein is guessing. this was the gulf's best tourism season in years. all because so many people wanted to visit us... in louisiana. they came to see us in florida... nice try, they came to hang out with us in alabama... once folks heard mississippi had the welcome gn out, they couldn't wait to get here. this year wagreat but next year's a be even better.

>> threatening a teacher. it's getting wild in wisconsin as the democratic party rushes to recall governor scott walker. a high school teacher who appears in a pro walker ad said she's being threatened and harassed. >> i'm not big on recalls and i think in my opinion, and i'm only speaking from the i, it feels like sour grapes. we didn't get our way so we want to change the outcome. the person i'm going to stand behind and that's going to get my vote is the man or the woman who says what they mean and mean what they say and it's not about being popular, it's not about getting the votes. this is what is right. scott walker said from the beginning i'm going to do what is right for wisconsin, and he did. he did. >> now christie said there is even an online campaign to get her fired. law enforcement said there's been dangerous behavior from both sides of the recall effort. governor scott walker joins us. good evening, sir. >> good evening, greta.
10:31 pm
>> governor, do you have anything or would anyone within your close circle have anything to do with this add or did the teacher come up with the ad herself? >> actually it's our campaign that did the ad but this teacher literally sat down in front of a camera like i am right now and just talked. she just talked what was on her heart. we have another teacher starting with a similar ad today and we will have workers in the private sector and parents and grandparents. but she just said what was on her mind. it's amaze to go see how outrageous it is. that's what happens when you see so much influence coming in from outside of wisconsin. that's not the way we do it in wisconsin. we don't attack people because it's a difference of opinion. people came out to my home and attacked -- not attacked but harassed not only my family but my neighbors. they have been point to go people on facebook and pointing to folks on my kids' face back site and they have said outrageous things about my
10:32 pm
family again today. it's one thing to form a debate or another to distract or distort it. and nobody, whether they are for or against me, including those who oppose our recall, nobody should be doing things that cross the line like that. >> explain something to me. when you ran for office you had a certain platform. when you got into office did you carry out that platform so that it was no particular surprise to the voters or did you change and thus all of a sudden everyone gotten raged and said walker went much farther than he of told us? or explain how that worked. >> no. in fact, i talked very explicitly about the fact that i was going to balance the budget, one of the largest deficits we had of had, and do it without raising taxes, do it without cutting core services. in fact a billion dollars more was added to the budget for medicaid for needy families and children and seniors and put resources more effectively like
10:33 pm
in the classroom to help the kids. we did those things. other states raised tackings, laid off employees and did other things that damaged their states, we avoided that. >> i guess about 300,000 have already signed the recall petition. they need 500 and some by mid-january. but why those 300,000 weren't mad when you were running for office and saying those things you were going to do? what is it that set everybody off? i don't think what you did was a huge surprise. >> no. in fact many of the groups part of the recall movement, and afc wisconsin being one of those units, said don't vote for this guy because he will make changes to collective bargaining. they were warning that. the first recall scott walker website was put up november, 2010. this has been plotted out all along the way and they have used the hype and attention to move forward on it. this is about having a new
10:34 pm
election. in our state you don't need a reason. in our case we will be given an opportunity to to re affirm that positive message to the voters in the next election. >> a couple quick questions. one, have you endorsed yet or do you intend to endorse soon for president? >> i have not and manically because they recall. i want to stay focused on the recall and getting my state work again and tackling that. i know each of the mainly candidates, i know governor romney and speaker gingrich. i think the world of both of them. i think they would be an exceptionally better choice than the occupant in the white house today. both of them need to focus on getting this country working again by getting government out of the way. >> two questions. how about those packers and the badgers, and now we have a badge who are is a heisman trophy candidate. >> absolutely. there's two pretty compelling ones in the race there. you can't beat the green bay packers. my good friend, chris christie, they won in new jersey last night but they looked pretty unstoppable.
10:35 pm
i like it that aaron rogers takes it one game at a time. >> and the badgers, are they going touraine the rose bowl against oregon come january 1st or not? that's an easy one. >> absolutely. i mean the ducks are a good team but the bottom line is they are going to win it when you have both ball and wilson, two heisman trophy type candidates out there. it's unbelievable. i would kidded my friend john caseic the other day, he askedda the game went, and i said watch saturday and i said we beat them for the big ten championship. >> got to go. thanks, governor. >> bye now. have a good one. >> now to the violence that broke out after a big college football game. tonight oklahoma state university said there could be big changes coming there. saturday night thousands are celebrating fans stormed the field in oklahoma. the mob of fans jumped from the stands and tore down the goal posts. as soon as the oklahoma state cowboys beat the oklahoma sooners. some were trampled as they tried to get out of the stadium. when it was all over, 13 people hurt, 2 critically.
10:36 pm
oklahoma state officials say they will continue beefing up security or slapping fines on unruly fans in the future. and coming up, is the justice department sloppy or outright 20 pages. boom! the other office devices? they don't get me. they're all like, "hey, brother, doesn't it bother you that no one notices you?" and i'm like, "doesn't it bother you you're not reliable?" and they say, "shut up!" and i'm like, "you shut up." in business, it's all about reliability. >> there weren't any accusation necessary that letter either and they kind of want to make out that i was accusing them of a lot of things. all i wanted wags information. in fact most of this year all we've wanted from the justice department is just information. >> they responded on february 4th. >> yeah. >> and then during the course of several months that followed there's a lot of controversy going back and forth, back and forth about information they provided you or didn't. now you received a letter dated december 2nd in which they say they will withdraw the february 4th letter. what happened? >> well, in the meantime, even within a couple weeks after the february 4th response we got to them, we sent them some information that indicated very clearly that their letter had misinformation in it and they wrote us back the same letter saying there wasn't really anything to it. then in october we had a hearing that involved the assistant attorney general. he came in -- is that lanny brewer? >> yes. he came in and said, yeah, there was misinformation in that

letter. >> so now james kohl, deputy attorney general, sends a letter saying they gave you misinformation on february 4th. why did that happen and what's the reaction now? >> well, okay. what happened was basically they did not want to admit that there was an operation like fast and furious going on, and they would say at that time they didn't know that. but we got plenty of evidence that they did know it. we had not only evidence that people in the alcohol, tobacco and firearms knew it, but we know that people within the justice department knew it. >> let me ask you, did they not want you to know it for legitimate investigative reasons or were they being deceitful? >> well, it looks like now they are being deceitful from this standpoint that we knew that they knew about it. they sent us a letter and said that none of this was true. they sent us basically two letters that none of it was true and finally it was nine months before the hearing that -- before our judiciary committee
10:44 pm
that they admitted that that letter of february 4th contained false information. >> why did they send you this letter, do you think? by this i mean the december 2nd letter saying the february 4th letter had a bunch of inaccuracies in it. >> we, they wanted to finally cover themselves. basically what they are saying is something, idiocy, that we are drawing the letter. thisler is on my websites and is probably on 100 websites around town. you can't withdraw a letter. how would they think if i said to them we are going to withdraw our support or a nomination for somebody we supported a year ago. you can't do that. this is in the public domain . and the reason for doing it i think they -- if we bring it up again, they want to be able to say, well, that letter is no longer in the public domain. but it is in the public domain. you can't do away with letters that were written. >> what distresses me the letter of december 2nd is that
10:45 pm
when they say that the february 4th letter is inaccurate when they were supposedly providing you information in sons to your january 27th letter, at pest they are sloppy because they didn't fully investigate, at worst ey are deceitful, and in the meantime lots of money and time is spent trying to sort this out. >> well, without a doubt. because it gets back to the one word that i have been using for the several months you interviewed me on this subject, from february 4th on until at least october, and to some extent now, stonewalling. although i have to say that they did give us friday 2,000 more pages of documents and information. but why -- that's what we asked for back on february. why would it take them so long to deliver what we said, and maybe not even everything that we said we are entitled to? >> is that sloppy and overworked and they are busy with other matters or are they trying to stone wall for political and deceitful? go back to that. >> they are stonewalling because this is a politically difficult
10:46 pm
situation for them. just understand what fast and furious is. it's saying to licensed gun dealers, federally licensed gun dealers that we in the justice department up here in washington want you to illegally sell guns to straw purchasers so we can follow them across the border. we're a government based upon the rule of law. and we have our own justice department advising people to violate the law. that's what -- it doesn't meet the common sense test. >> who should have authority on making a decision on how much congress should have and shouldn't have on this? in this december 2nd letter is says that there was significant concern about how much information properly should be shared with congress. should you be making the decision about how much information you get about this operation or should someone at the justice department? >> i should unless it involves national security or privacy. because the public's business ought to be public. when you've got a program like
10:47 pm
fast and furious that's a violation of law, but it's being promote the by the federal government, and brian terry ends up being murdered and some of these guns are at the scene of the murder, that's the epitome of the public's business. and the terry family ought to even be informed and they aren't being informed. >> this started at least january 27th. we are almost coming up on a year, trying to get information out of the justice department. it costs a tremendous amount. money, wasted energy. we've got a lot of other things for the united states senate to be involved in. is there anything that should be done or can be done, the president or the attorney general to get the information and get to the bottom instead of this drip, drip, drip, drip, drip? >> i suppose if you ask them this question this very day they will say that's what we did last friday. >> that's a year out. that's almost a year out. >> well, then it'sen excusable that they didn't give us this information back in february, i guess is the easy answer to your question. but they were embarrassed. they were stonewalling.
10:48 pm
and to some extent they still may be stonewalling. but our goals have stayed the same. number one, we want to find out who approved fast and furious, get that person fired. number two, the brian terry family is entitled to all the information the government knows about their son being murdered, and number three, we want to make sure a stupid program like this is not repeated. >> can't you just ask the attorney general under oath who authorized this, who is the top guy or top person who authorized it? tell us now and we will move on. >> i asked tough questions like this before the judiciary committee and you always have somebody covering up for somebody else. >> that's horrible. >> it is horrible. maybe this thursday, the 28th. >> holder is coming before the judiciary committee and the house of representatives, maybe those questions will be asked again. >> why don't you just send them a letter and say you are going to be here thursday, december 8th. we are going to ask you one specific question. you have four days to find out. who is the top person when authorized this? come with that information. >> i will have to get a
