money in their pockets and in their checking account every month so they can buy food for their family, to provide for them without having to rely on the government. that's the kind of policy i want to see. >> and there's a lot of-- 4%. >> this administration uses food stamps as a form of economic stimulus. they glorify it. they don't paint the picture that it's a crutch. make it seem like a long-term thing. and politically want it to be the long-term thing. and if you're getting food stamp you think he's the food stamp president. and there are people out there genuinely looking for work who need food stamps. >> and i'll wager you this. go out and see if you can get on food stamps and fraudulently get on food stamps. >> there's no way to test the system third rail. to dana's point the longer berths are allowed the longer people stay on unemployment. it's a plain fact that people
