brand new reports the american soldier accused of killing 16 afghan soldiers could be moved to a prison in the united states today. we are hearing from his lawyer for the first time. he says his client may have been suffering from post traumatic stress disorder after seeing another soldier get hurt. >> we have been informed at this small base he was at somebody was gravely injured the day before the alleged incident. gravely injured which affected all of the sell dorrs. >> browne has represented a number of well-known clients including ted bundy and the barefoot bandit. the soldier was reluctant to go to afghanistan after having been injured twice before during deployments to iraq. >> he is accused of leaking thousands and thousands of pages of classified information about the wars in iraq and afghanistan to wikileaks. but private first class bradley manning's lawyers say the charges against him should be

dismissed. the lawyers say the government failed to give them documents on the case. manning is facing 22 charges including aiding the enemy. he could be sentenced to life behind bars for that. in a traffic stop leading to a major drug bust in california, check this out, the sheriff's deputy says the woman had 10 pounds of methand two kilos in a hidden compartment inside the car. she faces position and transportation of controlled substances. former democratic presidential candidate john edwards is shaking up his legal team today. they are allowing him to hire his ex mistress' lawyer the one who got their sex tape destroyed. he goes on trial next month accused of illegally using campaign funds to cover up his affair with rielle hunter. when hunter takes the stand she will have to be questioned by other members of his legal team. she has been given immunity from any criminal charges stemming from that case. disorder in the court.

a suspect bolts out of his sentencing hearing not even stopping even after he gets tased by the bailiff. he runned through a security checkpoint out of the courthouse with wires hanging from his body. police caught up with him after he jump nude a woman's car and told her to step on it while her 2-year-old son was right there in the back seat. he's getting hit with additional charges this morning. those are your headlines at 5:30. who else is talking this morning? the president of afghanistan hamid karzai making a really surprising demand u.s. pull back troops and return to u.s. bases. this is a big blow to our strategy there. >> last night on bill o'reilly riley th they talked to colonel ralph peters the afghan war and is it worth fighting any more? >> bottom line, if the afghans won't fight for their own country. >> and they won't. >> right. how long will we have to do it. oh two more years three more

information. >> this is a browser a lot of us use. google have said they are not tracking what we are searching and what we are buy bug that's not correct. >> we are talking about the safari browser which is the most popular for mobile users. it blocks trackers. u.s. and european regulators are looking at whether they used special computer code to go get around the controls in order to do just that in order to track users. internet companies track on-line activities all of the time so they can sell morte targeted expensive ads. they were doing it even when the browser was set to block that kind of tracking. google says it bypassed those privacy settings last year only in order to embed a social networking feature on ads and the subsequent tracking was inadver inadvertent tent. they are looking at whether it violated the legal succeettleme with the government in which google pledged no the to misrepresent the prooi see
