president obama. work on your game. >> dana: >> one thing he does well, kill flies. >> dana: when we learn about the fire prevention or dealing with a fire that breaks out in your half, the goal is to smother the fire not make it worse. i'm sure at the briefing room. when you have bill on your case and you don't have good facts to back you up, it might be good to give a little. let them have their point. don't tell them they got it wrong. it wasn't just the press. the first thing i thought is what did they say? they spent the week thinking oh, my gosh, i have to figure it out. this is on judicial activism. they do complain about the judges but there is a distinction here. apples and oranges. one is if the complaint judges who make law when they there is not a question in mind.

this is a clear question so the supreme court. is this law constitutional or not? i understand where president obama is coming from but he is hitting on the wrong point. >> bob: i respectfully disagree with you on that there. there are a number of cases where the liberal supreme court overturned case particularly in the civil rights. where conservatives come down on the court. not the least of which is congressional district lines, a big issue. to this day, we have rules on the district. i can make a case that they shouldn't be. shown good faith. not say that the conservatives have not made this point. it seems you should make that point again. probably we shouldn't use the word shorthand. get back to what the president

this question is yes. he believes, his personal opinion women should be admitted. >> if i could run augusta, not likely to happen but of course i'd have women in augusta. >> dana: someone has a tan. >> bob: best the entire year. there is a club in washington, d.c. it refuses a lot of women to join the club. what the sate did, rightfully so, said all right, you lose your tax exemption. $100,000 in property taxes. if augusta refuses to do it -- this crowd has been running it for years. if they won't allow women in, then tax them as not a tax exempt organization but profit-making organization. >> andrea: penalize them. >> bob: sure. >> dana: what do you think? >> kimberly: there is a penalty. >> dana: do you have an opinion on this? >> kimberly: i thin think women should be members. if there is a course that is

too long allow them to play on a course more suitable they enjoy. >> dana: i would so much rather go shopping than spend the day on the golf course. >> brian: so you don't think women -- >> dana: i think a private club should make their own decision whether or not they should allow. if there is a penalty, i guess they would pay it. >> brian: you can do whatever you want, augusta, but we're not going to keep the masters there because we're embarrassed by the fact you keep women in. >> dana: these people weren't even embarrassed by tiger woods. why would they be jassed about this. >> andrea: i don't think this is about women. this is about a private business being pressured now by the white house, whether it's women or dogs, whether it's women who formerly were women -- formerly were men. c'mon, this is a business decision they should have the right to make. if you continue to put pressure on businesses, which this administration does, thinking it can tell a private business what to do, it's wrong.

here. he is a friend of mine and i have been in several rides with marion where he expressed similar views to this. let me say in the black community, in washington particularly, but in any minority community, you are going to find most of the small shops, most people shop, they don't shop at the big shopping centers. they shop at the little stores with the prices jacked way up. it was for a long time that they were owned by view wish merchants which is a big rip between blacks and jews and now the asians moved in. my point to barry when this was raised years ago and also jesse jackson, why can't you get black owners to get in when the businesses come up? their argument is -- it's not a bad argument, tough for them to get financing than it is for a lot of the korean businessmen. this is marion barry at his -- marion, you know better. how many times? >> dana: i don't think he does know better.

this is not like, this is not the first time he said something like this. other african-american leaders said similar things. a colleague of ours wrote an excellent column about this. she talks about law-abiding entrepreneurs that the families usually work together. it's not their fault that the crime is so high. thugs are the reason that the crime is so high. washington, d.c. has a significant problem, but that i don't think is one of them. data shows that asians decrease number, probably because they're moving out because of the violence. >> brian: he goes on to say it's dirty. it's not good for it. they don't do anything the community. they don't have fundraisers or girl scouts come by they don't buy cookies. they don't play a role in the community. for the inartful way he

cameras. what are you thinking when you are watching? >> kimberly: this is so upsetting to me. it breaks my heart. i find it depressing. at home you need to see kindness and compassion and respect for others. it's difficult to grow up without the taunts. i was bullied at school. it was awful. i had big glasses like that, too. big lips. people said horrible things. and it's happening to my little boy in kindergarten throwing ball at his head. >> brian: horrible. good move to take cursing out and bring it to the kid and get the message across? >> bob: whatever it takes to get the movie as wide as you can. i'd do it. i don't like it's censored like that, but everybody needs to see this thing. this has been going on for too long. too little has been done. when i was in high school we had a bully patrol and we would find bullies and handle it our own way. the fact is -- >> kimberly: did that work? >> bob: it did. believe me, it did. when you go home and it starts at home, so many of the

fathers or the mothers of these kids are themselves bullies. you know, sometimes it's just not as easy to have a consciousness raising class. sometimes you have to punch somebody in the nose like the father. >> bob: you learn to stand up for yourself. the message came across. gave a stat. i don't know if it's true. >> -- million -- >> dana: this documentary is getting wide acclaim for good reason. i heard about it watching governor huckabee's show three or four weeks ago. he had an interview with that family but pointed out the motion picture association should take it from "r" to pg pg-13 so people could see it. the thing about the kindness point. i don't know who out there doesn't have god-given instinct that that is wrong. so what happens over time to make people feel that way. i'm glad it's now pg-13 hopefully more kids can see it and have a natural reaction.

for life from football. we heard people say they were bounties on players to give them concussions and knock them out of games and break bones. that was the accusation. suspensions came down. something startling came forward. they were shooting a documentary at the same time for a ormer saints player who has lou gehrig disease at which time they picked up gregg williams, the defensive coordinator saying this before the playoff game against the 49ers. listen. >> you need to find out in the first two series of the game, about wide receiver number ten. >> brian: they looked at a player frank gore about that who played at a high level in football. frank gore, he has problems and knocked his head, hit him

as many people believe. or as others believe will god recreate heaven on earth? there was a book written about little boy called "even is for real" who almost died in a hospital. near death experience and came back down. his father was a minister. came back down and reported on heaven. he talked about being with jesus and being with mother mary. a fascinating read. if anyone hasn't read it. >> eric: number one for two years. >> bob: but there is a group of christian scholars who believe -- by the way, the estimate do not purport with this but say god will have heaven on earth when we reach judgment day. as a christian, i'm a little bit not sure myself. but i think it's a fascinating discussion. and this kid's story, dana read the book. if you do nothing else, go buy it. >> brian: i met the kid. i hope there is heaven on earth. the roads around here, don't have to go somewhere eps. that would be great.
