their hotel in colombia, they were working ahead of president obama's visit there last week and six of the people from the secret service out of a job. and chairman of the homeland security committee saying this. >> i would expect in the very near future to have several other secret service agents leaving. >> an and susan collins, a ranking republican on the senate homeland security committee saying there's no evidence that the women allegedly involved as prostitutes were underage. all of this as the probe is about to expand. with the senate committee pressing hard to find out exactly what went on. steve centanni with the news live. steve, you've been able to learn more about the latest agent implicated? >> right, the 12th agent to be implicated, different from the others accused earlier, harris, because he didn't have a room at the hotel where the scandal came to light. according to the associated press, he may have been involved in a senate incident

earlier than the others, and at a different hotel. a location with a much greater security implication. >> what was striking to me and significant is that the 12th agent now put on administrative leave as of friday, was not staying at the hotel where the other agents were, but at the hilton, and the hilton is significant because that's where president obama was going to stay. >> in the meantime, congressmen peter king, chairman of the house homeland security committee fired off a letter asking 50 questions of the secret service director, whether they used in the form of per diem, to pay those prostitutes, harris. >> and we saw this development. the president's senior campaign strategist actually talking about the scandal. >> and the president's top reelection advisor is david axlerod appeared on two sunday talk shows saying he was surprised and disappointed by

the scandal. >> i must say that in my experience, the secret service hats been completely professional, so impressive. i always felt like they were, they were willing to do anything to protect the president and the people around the president. aen so, this was really disappointing. >> now the chairman of three different congressional panels are pushing for more information, but so far, no hearings have been scheduled, harris. >> and steve centanni, thank you very much. another scandal to tell you about though, this one dealing with your tax money. the general services administration now about an indoor investigation that's growing. you may know that the gsa coming under fire after lavish spending on gifts, trips and $800,000 training concerns, gsa is supposed to be looking for wasteful government spending. joe lieberman wants the government probe to find out how widespread the problem is. the senator calling the culture at the gsa, quote,

sickening and while on fox news sunday called on the administrator general to investigate the entire agency. >> we have a responsibility on our governmental affairs committee the oversight part of our jurisdiction to not just walk away from this and i'm with senator collins, asking the inspector general of the general services administration, gsa, to begin an investigation of the other ten regions. >> harris: congress holding several hearings on the gsa debacle and jeffrey neily in charge of that conference pleaded the fifth in recent days and refused to answer any questions during his appearance before the senate. now to afghanistan, america' longest war there, ten years and counting, new tonight, u.s. and afghan leaders making a deal. that agreement could redesign our role there for years to come and the latest plan lays out what will happen after the

scheduled withdrawal of combat forces in 2014, including what the remaining american troops might do. the money, billions in additional age for afghan's fragile government. and the security analyst, kt mcfarland expressing doubt that the new deal will work and the financial support may not be enough to keep afghanistan from plunging into chaos once our troops come home. >> when we leave afghanistan, are we going to still be talking about tens of billions of dollars? even if we're generous with afghanistan, i think, that tells you, that economy could well start collapsing. >> afghan leaders sag they're optimistic about the agreement, before president obama and hamid karzai would sign it there are key deals. >> harris, through the hoops with afghans to get this far is that much of a landmark agreement. what is it at the end of the

day? the strategic partner agreed a frame work how the u.s. is going to deal with the afghans after 2014, that's when the official combat mission is supposed to end and this agreement lasts for another ten years, yes, the united states is going to be in afghanistan until at least 2014 in some shape or form. we don't know when this is, we don't know how many u.s. soldiers will stay on or capacity, especially at this time and don't know how much money america is going to have to give afghanistan in order to support it, we think between two or three million dollars and memorandums of understanding will be done in that time. what happens now? well, president obama's got to actually, after this congress has been consulted on it and wrapped up in too many for the n.a.t.o. summit in chicago taking place in may and that's when the international community decides itself how much money it's going to give to afghanistan and how many

countries don't want to. and a huge sigh of relief and where it's going to go with afghanistan and of course, ten difficult years and given the state of the flight that continues to go on here, who knows how difficult the next ten will be, back to you, harris. >> dominic, this you very much. remember the drone the u.s. lost over iran last year? now, iran says it's using reverse engineering to begin building a functioning copy of our drone. iran flaunting the capture of that as a victory. the u.s. acknowledged losing it last year, but says it would be difficult for anybody to gain any real knowledge from it. but, when the white house asked iran to return the high-tech signal, ahmadnejad sent a plastic toy version of it instead. and right now, 150 law enforcement officers looking for one child. per neighborhood block cordoned off and the possibility of a kidnapping

when he vanished in 1979. the fbi and forensics teams began ripping up the basement in soho and tonight they tell us they found a suspicious stain in that basement. the evidence on its way to the fbi lab in quantico. we've been reporting officials looking at any clues that will lead them to what happened to etan, disappeared while walking to the school bus stop for the first time by himself. and anna, some reports have that stain as possibly blood. >> harris, investigators, according to a source that is indeed close to the stain. and they used the process that picks up blood, but it's not a positive test and that's why it's headed to the virginia lab by the fbi. forensic experts tells the time that's passed may pose a problem linking it to etan

patz. >> over 33 years if it were a blood stain, the red and white blood cells deteriorate and invaded by bacteria and useless as far as looking for dna. >> the fbi and n.y.p.d. began digging up the concrete floor and the soil beneath it. and authorities are not revealing whether any significant evidence such as clothing or bones have been found, but say that the concrete would stop water from getting to etan's remains if they were down there and slow the decomposition process. >> harris: any updates surrounding the handyman using the payment at the time that etan disappeared? >> a source that's close to the case tells us there is an unrelated molestation claim that is one of the several reasons for the fresh scrutiny over the now 75-year-old miller.

miller is said to have access to etan around the time he disappeared and concrete freshly poured after etan his searched, but never dug up. ray kelly is not calling miller a suspect. from a statement from miller's attorney he maintains miller's innocence saying he has absolutely no responsible for the terrible tragedy that befell etan's fate and grieves as all new yorkers have for decades. the prime suspect in this case has been jose ramos, a convicted child predator, and he's scheduled to get out in november. never enough evidence to convict him in the case, but he was held responsible in a wrongful death civil suit. the investigators wrapped up late this afternoon, but earlier than yesterday and confirmation from the fbi that they will be back out here

tomorrow, harris. >> harris: anna, thank you very much. right now, a desperate search underway in arizona for a missing girl. the parents of isabel mercedes celis vanished from her bedroom. she went to bed and when they went to her room she was gone. there's word the child's window was open, but no evident of a break-in. >> here we are buildings as well as open desert area, we have a variety of different locations where we need to look and search and especially when you're dealing with such a small child, there could be innumberable places they could be hidden or evidence could be found. >> harris: police saying they are treating this as a possible kidnapping. now, scouring the east side of tucson all weekend for clues. so far, no signs of the child. casey stegall live in our west coast news hub, casey.

>> reporter: so sad. multiple law enforcement agencies are on the job including the federal bureau of investigation and u.s. marshal service, canine units and helicopters have converged on the neighborhood, not to mention the dozens of volunteers from the community who have come forward to help look for this first grader. but here is what is really puzzling. investigators say that there were no signs of forced entry into the home, where six-year-old isabel mercedes celis lived with her parents and two older brothers, but cops are still characterizing this in their own words as a possible abduction. the little girl's family trying to remain optimistic as the clock ticks down without any news of her whereabouts. >> and you don't think anything like that would actually happen to you and all of a sudden, you wake up one morning and you're in that scenario and everything goes through your mind. angry, upset, frustrated, confused.

>> usually when a child goes missing as we know, an amber alert is immediately issued, well, that was not the case here. sadly, because authorities tell us they do not have the information they need to best track her. >> typically when we issue an amber alert or the criteria, we have some sort of definitive suspect description or vehicle or last known location or clothing description. in this case we simply don't have pretty much any of that stuff. >> reporter: this is all we really have at this hour, 3-8, 44 pounds, light brown hair was braided when she went to bed and missing two front teeth. one on upper and one on the bottom and anyone with information asked to call 911 right away, harris. >> harris: 3-8, 3 feet 8 inches call a little thing. casey, i was recently in

meteorologist maria molina is tracking all of this from the weather center. >> you're right. a lot of snow expected across interior portions of the northeast, the trees have already had the leaves come out and possibility coming down with the weight of snow on them and power lines may come down. it's going to be a heavy, wet type of snow because the temperatures are hovering around the freezing mark. it's not winter anymore and temperatures aren't too cold where you've got the light and fluffy powdery snow. and through the overnight hours and tuesday morning, and it will be a pro long-term event and right now, mostly rain and across portions of philadelphia, new york city and boston and along the i-94 corridor not expecting any, and it's along interior portions of the northeast and the center is just actually off the coast of the carolinas, and going to continue to strengthen and track up the coast and produce heavy rain out here, across parts of the corridor and talking about a flooding concern and expecting two to

four inches of rain and it's good news because we're in a drought and too much water too quickly and looking at again, flooding concerns and flood watches are in effect until about monday morning across most of the northeast, and future radar as we head into tonight and tomorrow morning, see that snow coming down heavily from west virginia into western parts of pennsylvania and impacting parts of the city in buffalo and harris, over a foot possible along the higher elevations of western pennsylvania, lower elevations of the city of pittsburgh and up to half a foot of snow possible and tractor in the wind and not pretty for your monday morning commute. >> i was looking today. almost section months ago they had almost the same storm system set up. snowfall before halloween and i guess it was record breaking then. >> yeah, the halloween snow over part of the northeast, an early snowstorm, not a lot of snow and now a late snowstorm.
