with their families back home. never has the result been as terrifying as here. a soldier dropping dead while his wife watching on the other end of the skype line. now there's word that captain clark's widow susan saw a bullet hole in the closet behind the captain after he suddenly fell face down during their chat. stayed over for 2 hours until military personnel arrived and appeared to check the dead man's pulse. how did he die? what killed him? that's what makes this case so weird. captain clark's family says they are as baffled as the rest of us. they have not accepted a conclusion of a spokesman at the medical center where he was stationed who said on friday the captain died from natural causes. natural causes? what about the bullet hole that everybody agrees they all saw in the closet door behind the captain. his body has already been returned home to the state pending investigation.

what's the moral like? what do you think? should we care? >> we should care. it does reflect a reality of the situation. we made significant progress in downgrading the capabilities of al qaeda. make no mistake about it, it is still dangerous for the united states and interests around the world but we have been successful because of the many things we have put in place since 9-11. >> one of the things we put in place are the drone strikes. the documents show they were constantly on the run al qaeda was from the drones and from special operators. now they are wwe are getting wo fellow who was one of the al qaeda old guards the man who played a pivotal role in bombing the uss cole was himself killed in yemen by one of the grown strikes. good news. we are wiping out almost all of their upper and mid level management, aren't we? >> i say good riddens.

helmets. something can be done, maybe opposing more quickly the speering penalties? what can be done to protect you guys against concussions that can lead to these serious brain injuries? well the nfl is trying to do a good job of talking about the way we tackle as alluded to speering each other. as the technology comes out we need those that are putting together our helmets to take those features in the process of helping froekt us from these collisions. the way everything is evolving our technology has to keep up with the athlete participating with the game. >> do you support the lawsuit filed against the nfl that is 1600 former players and their family. do you support that lawsuit? >> it is hard to to understand.

can't say one way or the other on that. it can be hard to diagnose a concussion. the player has to tell the coach something has happened. the majority of concussions don't involve a loss of consciousness. there can be an alteration of consciousness. if the player doesn't report that then of course the coach doesn't know, no one knows. >> can you give me one minute. i hate to do this, doctor. can you give me one minute to give us a track from concussion to suicide? >> a concussion is a mild traumatic brain injury. when there's a concussion it will be due to a force that occurs where the brain is shaken or it can be due to a rotation of the brain. it doesn't have to be an impact or a hit. very much like shaken baby syndrome. this causes damage to the brain and the front part of the brain is differentially vulnerable.
