issue of accountability and whether you've got that. it's interesting that so many americans want cooperation between the different branches and the different parties, but they still expect accountability and they want questions answered. >> yeah. let me ask two questions because this president said that he would cut the deficit in this country in half, and he said if he didn't get the economy going, that this would be a one-term proposition. i want to ask people about that, frank, and the second part of the question is that the president promised a new tone. he says republicans want dirty air and water, republicans, they don't care about kids with autism and downs syndrome and they want the elderly, they want them all to fend for themselves. how do they feel about the economy and the tone and rhetoric of this president as he's running for re-election? >> you got it. first, how many people believe president obama has succeeded in turning around the economy? raise your hands. stop laughing. >> the white house proved again this week they are not willing to stand with the people of arizona when dealing with illegal immigrants. but the administration ought to pay attention to what we are going to show you. this was captured by hidden cameras that were placed long the arizona-mexico border by my next guest. clearly visible are dozen of people crossing into this country illegally. joining me now to explain what he hopes to accomplish by revealing these videos is daniel. because of the obvious security concerns we are concealing his identity. daniel, you have been on before. thanks for being on the program. >> thanks for being me back on. >> when were these videos taken? we will keep showing them. >> these were all recently from 2012 to present day. just continues to show the influx. one of these cameras were on a

trail that was five miles north of a border patrol checkpoint. not on the south side but on the north side of a checkpoint. so just really displays how wide open the desert is. there's thousands of these trails throughout the state. >> is this a known corridor? >> it is and we've given these gps coordinates to border patrol in the past and i guess they continue to work other areas. >> what about those big bundles that they are carrying? can i assume that there is something in there that shouldn't be there? >> yeah. that's typically marijuana in the burlap sacks, and that's pretty typical group. six to eight people, average weight when you get it all together is 250 to 500 pounds. >> now, do you see this coming in live as it's happening? in other words, i know you don't have the chance to watch it at all times, but are there moments where you actually see this unfolding before your eyes and

do you call the border patrol? >> yeah. and it is quite interesting because with ice's new direction with their law enforcement here, we've had those bundles on the ground and we've called border patrol before and there's been times where they haven't been able to send eighths out to pick the dope up or the marijuana up off the ground and we have to rely on the other state agencies. so it's going to be real interesting when border patrol can't respond to us out there when we have large groups of drug smugglers, just how these deputies and these sheriffs and people that's going to respond to our calls are going to react to it. i can tell you i talked to that couple of them today. there's a lot of people very nervous about calling things in because of this tip hot line that the white house has put out. they are scared to be profiled. these are areas where nothing good happens at night except illegal activity. so these agents are very nervous.

>> when you look at some of the videos, and we don't have all of them, do you see examples where you see that they are armed? maybe some of them are but you don't see it. do you actually see arms sometimes? >> oh, without a doubt. and the first time you had us on we had quite a few of armed guys. and i think in one of the clips i sent to you guys there's one guy that is armed walking through one of the washes. but they are armed out there quite a bit. it's just stuff that the public doesn't see or hear. and this footage, there's no politics to it. everybody can see it, see what's going on and make up their own choice and the desert is wide open. >> it's interesting, when the president couldn't get the dream act passed, he said there are some people that would suggest that i can just do this on my own but i'm not allowed to do 2, the constitution doesn't allow it. and eight, nine, ten days ago that's exactly what he did. and on top of it now with the

supreme court ruling, the president is basically tieing arizona's hands and saying we aren't going to help you. it's all retribution now because arizona was trying to do what the federal government failed to do. what's your reaction to that? >> it blows our minds out here. i mean, it's so just mind-numbing that he can avoid the constitution that way and sign the dream act in and then tell federal agencies not to do their job in a particular state over the outrage of the supreme court passing some part of a bill or not, blowing me away. i don't know how he gets away with it and i hope it wakes a lot of people up this election season. >> last question. i heard that some of the illegal immigration had slowed because of the bad economy here. do you see that as you have been monitoring this now for years? >> well, it always slows down in the summertime just because it gets so hot. but i tell you what, i'll guarantee you, with the ice
