3:00 pm
welcome to a new hour inside america's news headquarters. >> topping the news this hour, flash flood watches are in affect for parts of the southwest following historic rainfall this week. now leaving some streets only accessible by boat. plus this. >> it is beneath the dignity of his office. >> why governor mitt romney is calling out president obama's rey lengths -- re-election
3:01 pm
theme and renewing calls for an apology. their war of words coming up next. >> and is your smart phone picture perfect? we will look at some of the leading brands out there and separate the best from the rest. >> well, we start with politics. increasingly personal attacks are unfolding on unfolding on the campaign trail. president obama and governor mitt romney are taking their war of words to a new level. trading jabs and everything from diewlg campaign ads -- diewlg campaign ads and stump speeches and we have more on how nasty things are getting. we were told things would get nasty, molly. >> it always does. that's the nature of politics, i guess. they are particularly going at each other over governor romney's time at bane capital, a private equity firm. he left bane in 1999, butcumente government listing romney as ceo for three years after that. bane says it was a lag in updating the paperwork. but the obama campaign is
3:02 pm
highlighting that discrepancy suggesting that romney is being dishonest and may have committed a felony. romney did interviews with the broadcasts and the cable newschannels to push back on these attacks. romney says the obama team is resorting to, quote, ridiculous claims about his time at bane that rquote, beneath the presidency. it is to take the focus off the economy. >> there are a lot of people in this country that are hurting. the presidency has been unsuccessful in getting people back to work. they are casting about at a way to make attacks and save the president's skin and save his campaign. that is simply not going to work. >> the president speaking in the pouring rain in virginia and did not mentions the bane -- mention the bane controversy but painted him as a businessman who helped ship jobs overseas. >> mr. romney has a different idea. he invested in p cs that have been called pioneers of out
3:03 pm
sourcing. i don't want to pioneer in out sourcing of the i want some insourcing. i want to bring companies back. >> today an obama campaign spokesperson says romney is either misleading the american people or the government about his tenure at bane. but he stopped short of repeating the felony remark. romney says americans, quote, expect more from the president than these kinds of attacks. >> molly, thanks. >> president obama and republicans are trading jabs over extending the bush era tax cuts. the weekly republican enter net address ohio senator bob portman says the president's plan to let cuts expire for americans earning over $250,000 a year will actually hurt small businesses. listen. >> today instead of lifting the burden on job creators, the president is once again calling for a massive tax increase on nearly one million small businesses that employ tens of millions of americans.
3:04 pm
i guess he thinks the private sector is doing just fine. the private sector is not fine. raising taxes on job creators during a job shortage makes as much sense as shut offing the water in a drought. >> the president is dismissing the, quote, unnecessary drama he calls from republicans over his plan. >> they believe if we spend trillions more on tax cuts for the wealthy it will somehow create jobs. even if we have to pay for it by gutting education and training and raising middle class taxes. i think they are wrong. >> the president maintains that under his plan only 2% of americans will see an increase and 97% of small businesses would remain unaffected. a fox news alert now, and we are learning more about two americans kidnapped in egypt. a gunman forcing pastor michelle louis and other members off their tour bus. they were traveling and the gunman also took their egyptian guide as a
3:05 pm
translator. egyptian authorities say they are stepping up efforts to free them. kidnappers are claiming responsibility and demanding the released of a relative in egyptian custody, and they are also threatening more kidnappings if their demands are not met. we'll update you if we get more information. and seskt state hillary clinton meeting for the first time with the new president of the muslim brotherhood. mrs. clinton arriving in the region today. she is urging the you president to work with the country's military leaders to complete the transition to democracy. secretary clinton also has another goal, and that is keeping the vital u.s. alliance with egypt on track. leland is live in jerusalem with more. >> reporter: this could not come at a more critical time. for 30 plus years egypt has been one of the u.s.'s key allies. and now the relationship is, shall we say, getting shaky at best. they sat down in the
3:06 pm
presidential palace in cairo just a few years ago. morrisey was in a cairo jail because of his membership in the muslim brotherhood. and now he is a president who has exposed a tougher foreign policy when it comes to the united states and israel. secretary clinton came bearing gifts offering a couple hundred million dollars in debt relief hoping to get in return increased intelligence cooperation and also continuing things here with the status quo with israel. 24r* is a bit of a power struggle going on in egypt between president morrisey and the army. morrisey wants all of the power and you can see the discourse and looking at this video that came outside mrs. clinton's hotel. the four seasons were in cairo where there were protesters. interestingly enough there were protesters from the muslim brotherhood telling mrs. clinton she was not welcome in egypt. and there were protesters against the muslim brotherhood.
3:07 pm
that's what we are seeing inside egypt. there is a big division between those who want an easy -- islam sigh t regime and a secular regime moving forward. the concern for the united states is egypt will go the way of turkey which at one point was a strong nato ally and a nato government running it which was a key western ally, and then they elected themselves an islamist president and they moved away from being pro west over the past couple years. in israel there is great concern over what happens next inside egypt with a muslim brotherhood president. they say it doesn't matter what secretary clinton says at a news conference or what president more see said in a news conference. it is positive in good words and waiting in israel for good action to follow those good words. >> leland reporting live. >> more stories from overseas. this one from iran.
3:08 pm
the islamic republic saying it is prepared to blockade a waterway vital to the world's oil supply. the head of the country's navy saying iran could prevent a single drop of oil from getting through if its security is threatened. it is a strategic passageway in the gulf. it is a transit point for 20% of the world's oil supply. tehran doing more than talking and leaders are promising more naval forces in international waters where the u.s. navy is also doing patrols. a fox weather alert now, and parts of the u.s. is dealing with massive flooding and record rain this weekend. in arizona a 38-year-old man was swept away by floodwaters near phoenix. police say his truck was trapped in a flash flood. and check out the scene in suburban houston. streets completely submerged and now only accessible by
3:09 pm
boat. maria molena is live. >> hi, julie, good to see you. we are expecting more rain in those areas already dealing with flooding. areas out west from arizona to parts of montana and along the east including the city of houston where as we head into tomorrow you can see some heavy downpours from some thunderstorms. the heaviest of the activity out east right now is falling across eastern parts of kentucky, the state of west virginia, down to parts of alabama, and that's basically where you can see the shadings of yellow and red. that's where you will have some of the heavier rain. the houston area, you did have scattered showers and storms earlier today. you are pretty much dry for now, but we are expecting another round to fire up especially as we head into tomorrow with some very heavy rainfall from some of the storms as we continue to go over similar areas. out west are a number of flash flood watches for utah, arizona and southern california an additional 1 to 2 inches of rain are possible from some of the heavy storms that do develop and track in
3:10 pm
northward. as we head northward, idaho, western parts of montana and eastern portions of washington state and oregon could see some strong to severe storms firing up as we head into later today and into tonight. some of the storms could produce some damaging wind gusts in excess of 60 miles per hour and very large hail. stay alert if you live out here as the warnings arish you ad throughout the day. the big story has been and still is how hot it is across central parts of the country. take a look at rapid city right now. 103 dries is your current -- 103 degrees is your current temperature and with a little humidity it foals hotter. right now 96 in the city of dallas. as we head into tomorrow, more of the same. very hot temperatures across the midwest. 103 is our high in rapid city. 97 in kansas city and back into the 90s in the city of chicago. you are going to stay there monday, tuesday and a lot of this heat will continue to expand eastward. philadelphia, 96 is your high
3:11 pm
by tuesday. 95 on tuesday as well in the city of detroit. our next heat wave is coming up shortly. >> thank you very much. from those heavy rains maria was talking about to a record drought across the nation, look at this map. every state highlighted in red is feeling the affects of on going hot, dry conditions. the situation is so bad that the usda is declaring a natural disaster in 26 different states. now worries that the production of crops including corn and soy could take a big hit. it is sending the price of our food higher. >> hi, rick. this is being called the worst drought in the last quarter century. forecasters are not expecting any relief this weekend unfortunately for the midwest. as we just saw from maria, these temperatures are in the 90s, and in someplaces even in triple digits. christmas trees and vegetable crops are shriveling up. corn and soy has been causing
3:12 pm
the price of these commodities to spike. indiana seems to be the epicenter of the agricultural catastrophe. and it is spreading to illinois and iowa which is the country's largest corn grower. drought and heat have lead the u.s. department of agriculture to slash its u.s. corn production forecast to 12.97 billion bush shells. that's down from the previous outlook from 14.79 billion bush shells. this will be affecting other isles at the grocery store as corn is a key ingredient in so many products. parts of the midwest are getting scattered showers, but it won't be enough to make a difference to the already scorched crops and hay in the livestock pastures. >> there is no available moisture in this soil. if we have it it is just like sand. >> many are comparing it to the dust bowl of the 1930s. it not only destroyed crops, but lives as well. millions of acres of farmland
3:13 pm
damaged and hundreds of thousands of people forced to leave their homes. watering bans are now being put in place in some areas. residents in wisconsin face a $492 fine if they water their lawns. as you mentioned, the declarations of the natural disasters are being put in place so residents there can more easily acquire low interest loans as they weather things like the drought and the flooding and the wildfires. back to you. >> anna in new york city for us, anna, thanks so much. we have the new information coming in and new video as well. take a look. this is home video taken out of virginia. a tornado spotted there. we were talking about tornadoes, tornado watches and tornado warnings. the tornado actually touching down on the ground and it means imminent tornado warnings. can we listen to the sound on
3:14 pm
the home video here? >> i have to get these dogs in there. get in the interior room. it is picking up. >> get in. >> damage has been reported in the area. a tornado touched down in the area of virginia at 1:30 eastern time this is located six miles south 1k -- 9 miles northeast. it is not moving at a very fast pace so residents in the area know to get underground and seek shelter knowing these warnings are imminent in their county. >> you can hear the homeowner or the guy shooting the video talking about getting his animals inside and getting them into safety and of course these frantic moments before a storm comes in people having
3:15 pm
to take the precautions. we will keep you posted. more coming up after the break. >> we sure will. more news to cover for you, the department of homeland security warning popular software used to monitor devices on-line is vulnerable to hackers . organizations around the world use the niagara framework it is called to control medical equipment, security cameras and you name it. the alert coming after a washington post report pointed out the system's vulnerabilities. niagara, the users are urged to take safeguards like disabling guest accounts and one tech expert coming to the company's defense saying niagara follows the industry best practices and it is, quote, secure. when we come back, an 80-year-old woman swept away by devastating floodwaters in southeastern japan. and the new warning for hundreds of thousands of others trapped in the storm's path. that's next. >> and president obama and governor mitt romney, well, both are trading jabs at the campaign trail they are on. but we have a fair and
3:16 pm
balanced debate on exactly what they are saying and the possible negative tone for the rest of the election season.
3:17 pm

thank you for being with us. a federal judge upholding

mississippi's strict anti-abortion law, but giving the state's only clinic more time to comply with new credential requirements. 23 people killed in a m boing at aed withing in of a -- at a bombing in afghanistan. among the victims, the father of the bride who was a local warlord turned politicians. 50 others were injured. and a storm hammering southeastern japan. 29 people reported dead or missing. about 400,000 others were forced to evacuate. as we mentioned at the top of the hour, the war of words is taking an ugly turn on the campaign trail. governor romney stepping up the call for an apology about a ridiculous and absurd attack over president obama's re-election team at his time at bane capital. slamming a comment that the former governor may have committed a felony as an attempt to shift focus away from the issues that matter most. listen. >> with now 41 straight months and unemployment above 8%, and
3:21 pm
what does the president do? he says he is going to raise taxes on people. he is trying to gut welfare reform, and he launches attacks in this nature. it is beneath the dignity of his office. >> ron, as the president of the united states, shouldn't obama beacon sen traiting on where he plans to take the country if re-elected and how he will improve unemployment numbers in assisted of grabbing at straws with romney? and do you believe obama owes romney an apology? >> absolutely. the obama campaign absolutely owes romney an apology. desperate times call for desperate measures from the obama camp. unemployment is still at record highs. it is not coming down anytime soon. people aren't -- do not feel better than they did four years ago. he promised things would get better.
3:22 pm
now obama is bringing up the dirty tricks bag. they are going after the romney campaign in anyway they can. what they are trying to do is define mitt romney before the american people get to know him so that americans don't find him to be a credit alternative going into the voting booth in november. >> martin, on friday president obama defended his attacks on romney's tenure at bane capital and said essentially if you are the head of a large private equity firm or hedge fund your job is to make money and not create jobs. he points out mitt romney is a former president. in fact, he is a former finance guy. we know he is not a former president. he is running to become president. what is he saying? mitt romney is not qualified to be president because he is a successful businessman? look at the state of the economy right now. who is qualified to make it better? >> that's not what he is saying. romney is denying he had anything to do with bane capital during the period of time they were involved in out sourcing. what obama is pointing out and his campaign people are
3:23 pm
pointing out is that romney was chairman, president and ceo of bane cap pal during -- capital during that time. i serve on a corporate board. certainly the president, chairman and ceo of a company knows what is happening with that company and involved in those decisions and can't deny he had anything to do with the company. that's the issue. in earlies it of the issue of the felony, that was a bad decision by the obama campaign. i wouldn't accuse him of committing a felony. but that does detract from the fact that there is a legitimate issue here. bane capital was out sourcing at a time that he was -- that romney was chairman and ceo and president. the chairman, ceo and president of the company where i serve on the board knows what is going on with that company. >> ron, are you saying that mitt romney is lying? is that what democrats are trying to say? >> that's absolutely what they are trying to do. facts have come out saying he was lax in his paperwork.
3:24 pm
everybody knows romney was at the salt lake city olympics during that time. he had nothing to do with it. but what is really interesting is we are now talking about president obama's out sourcing of jobs through the stimulus package with solar energy and all kinds of energy initiatives that created job offers seas in assisted of here at home. they opened a pandora's box here by talking about this issue. >> julie, i would like to observe something if i could. both of the campaigns are way too negative right now. the romney campaign has been very negative going after the president. they are raising the question if he is fitting to president. what will happen is if you keep these negative attacks up starting in the summer -- >> i am not hearing negative attacks on the campaign. i think the negative attacks are coming from the president's campaign. >> julie, let me finish. i watched the ads. i live in northern virginia. there have been a number of
3:25 pm
negative ads in virginia run by the romney campaign and the organizations these super packs supporting him. look, what i am saying is both campaigns need to calm down a little bit. if this keeps up, if we have this negative level of campaigning for three or four months, i think there will be a low turnout. i think people will be turned off. people aren't going to vote, and it doesn't serve democracy. both camps need to calm down. >> the president is held up to a certain sten deared. when he comes out on national network television interviews and this in particular i wanted to show everyone a clip of where he was asked how he would measure romney's business experience considering he is a successful businessman and whether it qualifies or disqualifies him to be a good president here is how obama replied. >> i don't think it disqualifies him. i also think it is important if that's his main calling card. if his basic premise is i am mr. fix it on the economy
3:26 pm
because i made a lot of money. >> martin, romney never made that claim. he never once has come out and said he is mr. fix it and he never said his successful business record means that he will step in and make miracles. he is over stepping again there. >> julie, everybody supporting romney has said that for months and months. that's been the main thrust of his campaign. let's don't play games here. clearly the romney campaign has made that point. the president is justified in saying that just because you are a successful businessman doesn't make you a successful president. there is nothing wrong with saying that. let's get on with it. the point made earlier, both campaigns need to say what they would do. the president has said he has the package of job creation proposals congress has refused to enact. he thinks the top 2% should pay higher taxes than everybody else , take care of the middle class. romney's position is there should be tax cuts for everyone.
3:27 pm
and we need to focus on the issues and most have made points, but the media wants to go off on a tangent and just talk about the negative things. the media should be holding the candidates to the standard of exactly what we would do if we were president for the next four years. >> we have listened to them question romney and his tax returns. he says his accountants will be releasing them when they are ready. there is a lot of talk about how much money romney has. let's not forget in 2007 when president obama released his income tax return it showed a $4 million income. he also had to deflect charges of elitism. how is he to say romney is out of touch with the working class? that is an argument we hear over and over and over again. >> julie, give him a chance too -- >> congressman, with all due respect i would like to get in here. >> go ahead. >> i tell you what, the obama
3:28 pm
campaign is throwing in the kitchen sink against romney right now. it is neck and neck across this country, and they know people are starting to look at romney as a viable alternative. they are nervous about it. now the president is taking off the gloves. we are talking about calming down. we need to talk about the obama campaign calming down. what they are doing is forcing the romney campaign to escalate to fight back. romney has to fight back. there is no way he will sit on his hands and let oat bough ma campaign define -- the obama campaign define him. >> no one feels better off than we do. >> we have to go. >> romney gave 22 years of tax returns to mccain when he was being considered for vice president. that's a legitimate question. >> he is giving more than required. he will give what is required and more. i don't know what more you could possibly ask for if he is going above the grade.
3:29 pm
we appreciate you coming on today. >> thank you. >> 34ed -- medicaid is a major topic. they will opt out of the medicaid expansion as part of obama care. we will look at who is opting out and why and what it means for millions of americans coming up.
3:30 pm
3:31 pm
3:32 pm
3:33 pm
welcome back, everybody. it is the bottom of the hour. it is time for the top of the news. a historic meeting for secretary of state hillary clinton. she is in egypt in a meeting with the country's new president urging both civilian and military leaders to complete their transition to democracy. and in egypt we are just learning the identity of one of the americans kidnapped in the sinai peninsula. they forced pastor michael lewis off the tour bus and other members of the
3:34 pm
congregation and their egyptian guide. tribes men are claim reg responsibility. and a record drought across 26 states, mostly in the midwest causing some prices to spike already. business news now and a settlement between credit card companies retailers could change the way we all use plastic. the settlement which has to be finalized could be worth more than seven and a quarter billion dollars. retailers suing big banks and visa and mastercard over the swipe fees that stores have to pay every time somebody uses a credit card. now as part of the deal they could charge you an extra fee. kyle harrington is the founder and rt partner -- and partner of harrington. seven and a quarter billion dollars. what are they admitting to having done? >> here is the deal. it is swiped fees and inter
3:35 pm
exchange fees that these credit card companies charge the per chapt and then it gets passed on ultimately to the consumer. what i think this does, this settlement and the legal discussion is it shifts the competitive balance from the visas and the master cards of the world to the merchant and to hopefully the consumer. this is a two-pronged approach. the merchants look as if they are going to win here meaning the small business owner. that's a good thing. they will be able to be charged less for the consumer using the visa or mastercard. but what i want to make sure happens in this settlement, and this just happened i think late yesterday. what i would like to see happen is if the merchant is charged less by visa and mastercard, i want those expenses passed down -- i want the consumer to also be charged less as well.
3:36 pm
>> there is a part of the agreement that would allow merchants and retailers to charge customers more who want to pay with credit cards, right? >> the argument from visa and mastercard, rick, is the following. they believe they can charge these fees to merchants because people spend more when they use plastic whether it be credit or debit card. we can look at the numbers. i believe it is true, but the fees they charge, the visas and the master cards, it seems as if as i look through the settlement it isy gree jus in nature. >> this is a lot of money, kyle. companies don't hand over billions and billions of dollars willingly, and yet this offer is on the table without a judge's order you wonder if that number is what it ends up being. what else are they skimming off the top? are they willing to put that number through without anybody
3:37 pm
ordering it to do that? >> rick, you make an important point. i think the issue here is transparency. i think the consumer, the merchant want to see more transparency about exactly the fees they are being charged for using their mastercard or their visa. and so i think the discussion and the narrative is a healthy discussion to provide more transparency on the issue. >> it sounds like at the end of the day the best thing for consumers would be to tear up these credit cards and use cash. >> yes, you know, i think there is a shift from not only using your credit card, but using now your debit card. and then people now more and more are using cash. >> that's not a bad idea. it keeps you from over spending and buying things that you can't afford to buy. carrying big balances for your credit rating. >> i think you are right. i think you have all been victims of spending more than we necessarily have bayousing
3:38 pm
our credit card. -- by using our credit card. when you look at these exorbitant rates and you get a view into some of the transaction fees we don't even really know the full transparency of. >> a final question of the banks and the visa and mastercard, the credit card folks, they have to figure out a way to make some of the money back. if they are going to hand out payments of over $7 billion and will they find a way to recoup the losses? >> it is another great point. i said this historically on some of the fox business shows that these banks are going to look for ways to monetize their losses. if this takes place and is approved by the judge, oh you bet they will look for other ways to try and recoup some of these expenses. >> the judge could actually reject this deal if too many merchants -- this is a judge
3:39 pm
down in washington, i believe, if too many merchants balk at it. this is a settlement that was announced late last night in a lawsuit that has been in the works since 2005. this is not a new suit, not a new case. but potentially maybe we will see good news for consumers out there if they see some of their purchases come down in price a little bit if the retailers let the savings trickle down. kyle, good to see you as always. you can listen to them on the radio. >> thank you very much. president obama and governor romney trading punches in their race for the white house. but which base is more fired up about the election? we have new polls ahead for you >>- q. i and wildlife officials -- >> and wildlife officials are hunting down a shark that killed a surfer. we'll tell you where coming up.

3:43 pm
3:44 pm
time for a quick check of the headlines for you. the so-called robbers fire burning in central california doubling in size and forcing hundreds of people from their homes. the extreme heat fueling the fire. an autistic hiker was found after being lost for three weeks in the hot utah desert. wow. william lefevre was severely emaciated when he was found. he said he survived on frogs, tree roots and river water. police in australia are searching for the remains of a surfer killed by a great white shark. they are trying to capture the shark. it is the fifth such attack in australia this year. a brand new poll shows an advantage over president obama. it basically mines governor romney supporters are paying attention to thinking about the election than those of the
3:45 pm
president. take a look. according to the poll 70% of governor romney supporters are engaged in the presidential race compared to 62% of president obama. what does this mean for the race of the white house? susan is a professor of law and political science at usc. she is a fox news contributor. always good to see you, susan. thanks for coming in. why do you think more romney backers are into this thing right now? >> well, i think a big part of that could be that romney went through a tough, engaging primary campaign, and i think republicans woke up some months ago to this presidential election. many voted, participated, worked and even the ones supporting other candidates have made strong efforts to reach out. frankly i think the democrats have been a little sleepy here. obama got a by if i will into the finals. until now the democratic campaign other than fundraising has been fraught.
3:46 pm
>> all of the barack obama on supporters in 2008 who were emotional and swept up in the historical aspects of the race only four years ago, what is up with these people now? if they are not enthusiastic now the election in less than four months? >> i remember four years ago. you had obama supporters who were ver emotional. you had a tight contest between obama and hillary clinton. you had democrats on all sides very engaged in the race. there was this idea that that obama was going to come into office and it would change the landscape of politics. frankly we have had a tough economy. as the president has said more than once, we are going to grind it out in this election. that's too bad for everybody. as martin frost was just saying, it is really ugly on both sides. >> i think a lot of people are wondering if obama supporters
3:47 pm
aren't into it now, it is getting late in the game. i president what to ask you about the support governor romney is getting. this is someone who was criticized for being too detached. he was not able to relate to the common person out on the street. he was not able to engage folks on the campaign trail. that does not seem to be a problem for him though at least according to the poll we are mentioning. >> the polls of voters who are engaged are supporting a candidate. the president in presidential elections -- i respectfully disagree. four monthss is a lifetime in presidential politics. i ran a campaign in 1988 where my guy was going to win in july and was toast in november. these elections are decided by the people in the middwell, people who -- middle who don't follow politics the way you and i do. i sometimes joke that baseball of politics. it is how i follow baseball.
3:48 pm
see how the red sox are doing and wait for the world series. i think a lot could change between now and then. >> i follow politics and baseball, although my phillies are giving me a lot of grief this season. before we go, i want to ask quickly about headlines the last couple days about con law de saw rice, the former secretary of sta being mentioned as potentially on the short list for vp for governor romney. you are a democrat, but i know you think this will be a great choice. why? >> brilliant choice, actually. i got to know conde rice on occasion over the past 10 years or so. she is an incredibly impressive woman. second of all, by putting an african-american woman on the ticket, you do make history. to some extent you may cut into the african-american vote which up until now belonged to owe hua ma. and you -- obama. as a democrat i will be honest, you give me the list, palenti and portman and the
3:49 pm
rest and the one person who can bring excitement to the ticket and make people like me nervous is conde rice. >> let's hope your red sox and my phillys have a great second half of the season and we will watch the rest of the election season. always good to talk to you, susan, thank you so much. >> great to talk to you, rick. >> julie? >> all right, well smart phones are all amazing. they all offer amazing features, fast internet, but what about the camera? you know we all use it for the camera aside from e-mailing. so which are best for capturing the precious memories? you don't want to miss this.

which smart phone takes the best pictures? >> it is a real debate. consumer reports put some popular smart phones to the test. senior electronic editor is with us with the results. anybody who owns an iphone says that is number one. we will talk htc1. this has something the iphone does not which i think is pretty awesome when it comes to rapid photo taking. >> it has two features. the first is burst shot that
