u.s. markets are up despite the economy all but shaken up. and closing in on 16 trillion bucks, you have to wonder what is up. former stock exchange dick grasso is one that they have had. dick why is this. and what appears to me a disconnect and a rocky recovery. it is a strong year to date market. >> neil, what the market is telling us. one it anticipates a resolution of the fiscal cliff issues if not before the election and clock runs out in december secondly, the market is pricing in or attempting to price in a resolution of the row row crisis. and third, i think the market is by historical standards at a relatively cheap level.

>> neil: so far it looks like isaac will avoid tampa you but that doesn't mean it will not create a lot of folks problems a tropical storm watch was issued in the tampa bay. and if isaac stays out in the gulf, those tropical storm force winds extend 185 miles from the center of the storm. they are expecting that tampa will see severe weather come

sunday night and monday. it is it 50,000 delegates and protestors plus that are expected to come here are in for roughly weather. possibly twisters touching down. and all on which path isaac takes. it will be rough here on monday. postpone or plans the convention. they are concerned about the visitors. they will focus on whether the resident will be evacueed if things get bad and rnc will focus on the delegates and whether it will go forward. it is scheduled to begin on monday and so issues there delegates will face rough weather on the way in.
