when children start paying dues, that's when we will represent the interest of children. that tells you a lot. >> it in fairness to the unions, their jobs is to take care of the members and not the interest of the members. but the sad part is, a lot of people think teacher's unions are about education. the teacher's unions are about teachers and not children. you point out how the unions moved away from an education initiative and teacher protection. what can we do about it? >> we can give teachers freedom. i don't know if you realize this. teachers of the year in jersey and nevada and michigan were let go and teachers who had terrible track records were kept because of union teneurrules. you can't get rid even if ther doing a lousy job. you can't keep a job in 22 states that has union in it unless you pay the union.
