the people watching are making ton of money. people tune in and it's novocain for brain. reading headlines about egypt and the debt. sometimes you want to relax. people like to watch this stuff. >> bob: why do they tune in to it? >> andrea: one, it is like a train wreck. you can't help like jerry springer. i admit it. i watch the shows and you think oh, my gosh is that really true? a lot of cases its is true. it is sad. i think it's color blind. the breakdown of the american family. and the lack of good fathers and that is an issue that as you said is color blind completely. >> eric: if you tune in to it, wow, i feel better about my life. >> greg: often times i will drive by a train wreck and go that looks like "jersey shore." see how i reversed it? we have to stop complaining about the kind of entertai entertainment.

york times" article headlined "more guns equal more killing," science reporter elizabeth rosen hal refused the notion that armed security reduces gun violence. the research? she went to latin america and saw unsafe places had guards in restaurants and stuff. she concludes guards with guns mean more murder. this is a science reporter. as recent magazine notes like explaining the birds and bees to a teen, armed guards might be a response to high homicide rates rather than a cause of them. anyway, we have been here before. relativism which views good and bad behavior is relative, poisons all debate. using rosenthal's office we should disarm the military. clearly their guns lead to more war, i think. this is sometimes reporting. in the times, it makes me wish i were a liberal. then all i say is "x" is bad because "x" is bad. fracking, bad. got no evidence but it has to

low-wage job, but they don't. they are only on the low rung of the ladder for a short time. that's why it's low-paying and a low rung. keep it low -- >> bob: how do you know that? >> greg: i studied it. low paying job has to be on the low rung to get people up on that. if you make the low rung high paying the unskilled worker can't get up there and move up. that is why the biggest myth of all time is sweat shots are bad. sweat shops for emerging economies and workers with no skills and over time the country moves away from it. >> bob: first minimum wage job i had was security guard at funeral parlor. >> dana: there wasn't a lot of business there, wasn't there? not a lot of poom walking through the door. >> bob: one of the biggest funeral parlors in new york city. it had to walk around and see the caskets every night. >> andrea: make sure what? >> bob: people don't steal rings. people used to take tough in it, the rings and that stuff. >> dana: that is another part of this story.

internship part which is valuable. you can learn skills and then you can see if you want to work there. it gives an employer a chance to see if they want to hire you. an employer, when you're that age and not making production difference in the country, the employers put out and the minimum wage increase going around the country, we put up a new one. some people want to increase that more. that actually has led according to the studies to more teen and young people unemployment delaying their ininvestment in themselves for later on. >> eric: nothing good come from the minimum wage law in the country. i know you will lose your mind over there. let the market bear the -- >> bob: pay them $2. >> eric: then people won't work at that company. work at mcdonald's or somewhere elsewhere the wages are higher. they won't get skilled workers. >> bob: before you had
