senator rand paul despite the criticism thrown his way by lindh sea gram and john mccain. he made clarification of the drone policy was the best thing to come out of congress in years. no, i don't think this or any other president would ever use drones on the american people but blind faith in the executive not enough. it's important there are rules established for the use of this deadly technology. senators mccain and gram should know that. one honest man can still make a difference.
