suspect ariel castro beat her so badly in the face she might need reconstructive surgery. she also lost hearing in one of her ears. >> later this morning the accused dark knight shooter heads to court in colorado. james holmes, remember him, he will plead not guilty by reason of insanity. if the judge accepts he will have to undergo a examination by a psychiatrist. he is accused of opening fire inside of a colorado movie theater killing 12 injuring dozens more. he will receive a detailed briefing on fbi to determine if britain can learn lessons from how the united states responded. he is expected to express condolences from the victims in the u.s. it's his first trip to america since president obama won a second term. here's a good story for you a special ceremony in wisconsin

every detail of your life. seems the tables are being turned on the irs. they are demanding an investigation into the internal revenue service. they admit some of the low level workers wrongly target a conservative group among them especially tea party or patriots in their name. and while the agency is apologizing for its mistake some members of congress say sorry isn't enough. they are calling for more scrutiny in the investigation. i don't care if you are a conservative liberal democrat or republican this should send a chill up your spine. this is something we cannot let go. we have to have a full investigation. >> it is absolutely chilling that the irs was singling out conservative groups for extra review and i think that is very disappointing that the president has been personally condemned

this. >> as for the tea party itself t meaning taxed enough already the members want those responsible to be fired. these people either need to be terminated or they need to resign. it's a clear abuse of power unelected public servants are supposed to serve our citizen ry. they were acting like rulers in charge of their little kingdom. this is not how america works. we don't have teams. >> white house secretary jay carney says quote if the inspector general finds there were any rules broken or conduct of government officials did not meet the standards required of them the president expects that swift and appropriate at the presents will be taken to address any misconduct. based on republican con can gres man darrel issa chairman of the house over site committee is promising to look further into this adding quote this is something you have to institute

dieting and weight loss that could hurt your efforts. what is fact and what is fiction is dr. mark seigel from the medical a team. >> this is nis we can all use. one of the people you hear is the best way to lose weight is doing cardio? is that true? >> that's fiction. high intensity interval training. you need bursts of heavy workouts resting and then maybe some cardio. you have to mix it up. that's your best way to lose weight. >> kind of like plyometrics. >> exactly. you want to mix-up the isometrics with the running with the elliptical. change it up make sure there's a high intensity part of it. >> what about incorporating weights into it. a lot of people think weight training is good for your joints. >> that is a fact.

the weight training actually exercises your muscles exercises the tendons and nerves so you don't end up with as many injuries. it's running that is high impact. if you are out there running you are much more likely to wear down the knees. there was a study that shows the knees of weight lifters are in bert shape than runners. >> another thing with weight training a lot of women think if they lift weights they will get bulky. >> that's fiction. it's the testosterone that makes you bulky. you see the ads of women weight lifters you say i am going to end up like that most people wouldn't. women can get nice and triple. it is harder for women to lose weight than men. i tell you that is a fact. >> that's one of the advantages. we are always talking about women are at an advantage. one of the advantage they don't

financial bubble bursting. student loan debt sat at $966 billion leaving the average student almost 25,000 dollars in debt. the council says that means student debt now exceeds credit card outstandings and has parallels to the housing crisis including significant growth of subsidized lending in pursuit of a good in this case higher education rather than homeowner ship. borrowers increased by 72 percent in 2004 and 2012 with 17 percent at least 90-days delinquent. the bankers say it's one example of why the fed's billion dollar monthly bond buying program may not out weigh the risks saying the mortgage lending boom in the same way. the issue debt doesn't pose financial liability mortgage debt did.
