the irs official who was in charge of the division that targeted the tea party groups. lois learner gave a short statement to the committee and then refused to answer questions, but amazingly in her statement she said she had done something wrong and violated rules and regulations. >> i have not done anything wrong. i have not broken laws or violated rules and regulations and i have not provided false information to this or any other congressional committee. >> i miss heard her the first time. in unrelated news, a new fox news poll show 68% of americans feel the federal government has gotten out of control and is threatening the basic civil liberties of americans. can't imagine why said the host sarcastically. all of this raises the
