>> they knew the forecast called for it and it is tough to get out of the way at times. flash flood killing a 29-year-old woman in san antonio, texas. more than 100 rescues were made and people trying to make it to higher ground. san antonio's fire chief spoke a short time ago about hidden dangers beneath the water surface. one of the things about rushing water, there is so much debris.

areas? >> they have barricades and signs up. you know, the emergency responders have done a good job warning people to stay at home and avoid the road ways if at all possible; but it is rough out here. one woman passed away and another woman is missing. she was so close to being saved. they were so close to getting her, they broke the window and she was in the car and moments before she washed away. and they are still searching for her right now. there are still people trying to cross the low water crossings and the message here, don't do it. it is not worth the risk. >> someone told me to stay at my home. i would be on my officer. and you talk to some of the people plucked from the scenes. what are the rescues like?
