♪ >> this is "the fox report." tonight in oklahoma a memorial service for the tornado ravaged moore. a community that lost 10 children, 14 adults who braved many more injuries as well for those who survived and suffered the losses of homes and businesses. now moving forward in their effort to heal and rebuild. also on "the fox report" it could have been another columbine style tragedy. a teen charged with attempted murder for what would have been a horrendous act. an alleged attack against a high school. investigators say the would be killer is a student.

former commander-in-chief. >> i am harris falkner we begin in oklahoma a week after 76 tornadoes ripped through america's heartland. the powerful and deadly touching down in moore. a memorial going on right now for those affected by the disaster as the rest of the nation mourns right along with them. 24 people lost their lives 10 of them children. the twist hit an ef-5. it ripped an 18 mile long corridor of destruction through the oklahoma city suburb flattening blocks entire blocks homes two schools and a hospital. 177 people injured 12,000 homes damaged in the storm countless businesses. president obama touring one of the plaza tours elementary school where 7 of the children died. casey seigel, we have a look

moments ago inside the church. >> yeah, we did. i want to talk about that in a moment. first president obama's visit on the ground. the governor of oklahoma and a handful of teachers were along those president obama met with at the site of the former plaza toerers eleme-- towers elementa school. not much left of the school. 7 children died on monday as they were trapped inside. he also got a tour of a neighborhood badly damaged getting an up close and personal look at the destruction. he also stopped at the local fire station where he had a chance to shake hands of first responders and also pass along america's condolences to the family of those who lost their loved ones. >> we know moore is going to come back stronger from this tragedy. your mayor said you are already putting new streets in.

tea party and patriots. they were looking for that. even now months after the irs says the practice has stopped some groups that apply for tax exempt status are still lookiwa for approval. lawmakers are expressing doubts over whether the justice department can impartially handle investigating itself. steve centanni says everyone agrees the irs improperly targeted where is the major agreement at this point? >> they can't decide where to go next. either way some republicans are suggesting this is a major turning point for the president. here is a taste of that argument from the sunday talk shows. >> there needs to be a speedy resolution p this mentdedled is in of losing his moral authority if we don't get to a resolution. >> this was abuse of power and has to be fully investigated.

time. james bank of the sister network sky has more. >> it was a day of high emotions in southeast london with thousands of people travel to go pay their respects drummer lee rigby. there are thousands of floral tributes close to the spot where he was killed. people came today from various religious beliefs and various political backgrounds, but perhaps the most poignant moments was when his family visited the spot where he died for the first time. his widow rebecca walks amongst the floral tribute and placed a bunch of flowers with a card from his 2-year-old son. this is a family that has seen their son deployed to afghanistan and returned unharmed only to be killed at the edge of the barracks here
