marital affair. a tragic accident late last night and it left 7 people dead. a trailer became detached from the truck and it then slammed into the mini van. some of the victims aren't children. all 7 victims were in that mini van. they are being treated at the hospital. two people in the tractor trailer were not hurt and authorities are investigating if thunderstorms played a role in that crash. >> one of disney land's employees in the section of the park. 22-year-old christian barns is being held on $1 million bond. cops say he filled a bottle with dry ice and dropped it in a crash can. luckily no one was hurt. there is no word yet on a motive. >> stars joining forces in oklahoma at a benefit concert for the victims of the deadly moore tornado.

off in nebraska. luckily no damage. flood waters breaking down the door of a building at karl sanford college. this is in galesburg, illinois. maria molina is tracking all of these storms. >> any break expected for folks? >> unfortunately the storm system producing severe weather in parts of the plains and also the flooding in the midwest is still on the move such a slow moving area they will have similar conditions today and tomorrow. severe weather threat from texas, oklahoma including moore oklahoma yet again and up into parts of iowa could be looking at damaging winds large hail and isolated tornadoes for today. part of the reason we are looking at this severe weather threat is we have warm humid air ahead of the system. to the east of it you are lacking at temperatures well into the 80s and even take a look at new york city. 91 degrees for your high

temperatures today. it will be a hot day to the east of the storm system eventually cools down once the storm is east and past your area. it is such a slow mover you will be dealing with the heat across the eastern part of the country for several more days. oklahoma parts of missouri up into parts of the great lakes could be looking at large hail damaging winds in excess of 50 miles per hour. tornadoes will be a big threat through out the afternoon and into the evening hours. take a look at how much rain we are expecting 2-4 inches of rain that will continue to produce problems in terms of flooding in illinois, indiana and across parts of arkansas and missouri. >> seems ter alwawe are always see. there's a move scandal the irs will restore some of the integrity after the conservative group. the agency just appointed a new risk officer. but there's real growing outrage that no one is being held
