much more accurate and new research that is much more related to the cardiovascular disease. talking about the studies that came out of london actually this week, now when you wear your watch instead of looking at the time you would see your blood pressure. that is important because it gives you a continuous way to monitor your blood pressure. as mark mentioned best time to measure it is when i sleep. now you can bring that to your doctor as microchip in it and gives you a very accurate way of measuring central blood pressure. >> jamie: i know, you want people to stop smoking and eating so much. >> first of all, david is right about central blood pressure. i wanted to add before doctors start pushing those pills, lifestyle changes is key. get people to exercise and lose weight and get them to stop smoking.
