two-ways. either they can say any one listening can say who it is. or alternatively you both get to call your experts. then they cancel each other out. you have a prosecution expert saying it is trayvon martin and defense -- >> which will happen. >> if the jurors have no idea that helps the defense. while each side has its own version own theory of the case only the prosecution has the burden of proving beyond a reasonable doubt. they put stock in the tape in assorting that's trayvon martin in the background. >> proving beyond a reasonable doubt how difficult will it be to find an impartial jury? there's a ton of publicity surrounding this case. >> they are starting with 500 hoping from that 500 they can find 6 who can be fair.

let's remember one important distinction a lot of people think you can only be a juror if you know nothing about the case. it's okay if you know about the case it's okay if you watched hundreds of hours of coverage or read articles so long as you can assert you can be fair. if a potential injure or says judge i have watched these articles but i am still repair to do convict if the evidence is sufficient i am still prepared to acquit that's good enough at least to this question of prior exposure tos publicity. >> let's go to the evidence briefly here. the most important thing for the defense and the prosecution. >> i think the most important thing for the defense and that is consistent with the interviews george zimmerman gave to sean hannity is the photographs of the medical records are consistent on the face with george zimmerman's account of events. as a prosecutor i can tell you how they are going to handle that. ladies and gentlemen he had months to review the photos and records he tailored a version to
