says it's a little bit too early to tell whether or not this was an official tornado or extremely strong winds. whatever it was it caused damage like this. you are looking at a root system of a large tree knocked down on top of its home. when you compare it to the house you are looking at two stories of roots right there. about what is suspicious is some of the homes have trees on top of them like this. you look at the top of it much smaller than the one knocked over. most of the neighborhood looks like this. was there is no power police are still patrolling the neighborhood. live the red cross is helping young families in their homes. the silver lining is there are no reported injuries. heather, back to you.

ohio saying premiums are going to rise 88 percent. fox business network is here to explain. good morning, diane. >> good morning. ohio department of insurance announced new figures show the average individual marked health insurance premiums in 2014 will come around $422 an 88 percent increase from 2013. those figures are based on rates from 14 insurance companies for a total of 214 plans. ohio congressman bill johnson says they are very worried, though. >> that is a bipartisan report by the ohio life incident. i can tell you, greta, this comes right off the trail of a report that was released by the energy and commerce committee where i serve in washington that says healthcare premiums are going to go up all across the country in some places by as much as 400 percent. >> states like oregon, rhode
