better. >> and that's it for forbes on fox. have a wonderful weekend, keep it right here. number one business block continues with cashin in and my buddy eric boler. >> sarah palin is here governor and i fired up with distrust of the government. now we are learning irs is giving themselves cent million dollars in bonus and what does sarah think about that? >> and does the fbi own or currently use drones and if so, for what purpose? >> yes, and for surveillance. >> talk about shock and a we. fbi using drones to spy on americans. now the governor weighs in and reaction from my shocking interview with father of whistle
8:31 am
blower mr. snowden. and what he said will shock you. cashin' in blowing the whistle on big brother right now. >> hi, everyone. i am eric poling. we'll be going full speed a head and explore the latest in washington. and also colonel allen west is here. joining me in the hot seat good friend and fox news contributor sarah palin. governor, welcome. we can't trust the irs. they proved that by targeting conservatives. and they are giving union employees 70 million in bonus paid for by the taxpayer. it is not sitting well with you. >> no only a government would collect a bad deed. it is a shame and more reason to distrust our federal government and the nonsense going on in
8:32 am
d.c. >> that's the overriding theme of the she. and can we trust them in governor, can we trust them? >> well, can i trust our federal government? is the bear catholic and does the pope live in the woods? no, i don't trust our federal government. eric, that is a $17000000000 trillion question. when you have a government that doesn't announce to the american public that we are bankrupt and instead they dig more debt and spending money on ridiculous items and programs, that is just one example as to why it is that the american public can't trust the federal government. it seems that washington is for sale and we have so many companiesine in the recent weeks, eric that lead people to understand and acknowledge that we need a healthy distrust of
8:33 am
our government. >> this week, the tea party said it is time to abolish the irs? >> right on. this would give us reason to head toward a simiction of a tax code and adopt a flat tax and you know, that way we could abolish the bureaucracy that is so burden system and expensive and engaging in ridiculous antics today in the irs. it would allow sledgehammering of cony capitalism and also corruption within. the tax cheats and all of that scenario. and would give us great reason to make more sense of the cofferes that are filled by the american's public fruft their labors. >> the irs gave us a comment that said on the screen. regarding the 70 million in bonus. the irs is under a legal
8:34 am
obligation to comply with the collective bargaining agreement which specifies the terms by which awards are paid to the employees. >> and that is not just drive you crazy? >> it drives me crazy. you can anticipate that the obama administration will not even push back on what this union is demanding for its employees. it is a shame here. the obama administration will kowtow to the friends who are union thugs and the leadership of the unions are thugs and they will not push back. unfortunately because it gives a bad name to the brothers and sisters in the union who want to produce well for the american public and do their job. it is the leadership that is engage in the thuggery that obama will not push back. >> we have no idea how high up the scandal goes. if the irs is able or willing to
8:35 am
target conservative groups. we learned that the fbi director muler said they are targeting americans with drones. your thoughts? >> that's very disturbing. i think what muler is telling us hey, america on u.s. soil, we are going to shoot you down just a little bit, because he's talking about the minimal impact of drones on u.s. soil. and now, what this allows us to understand though, that ram paul was right when the senator engaged in the filibuster and what he asked for a couple of months ago. he asked for the unanswered questions of domestic use of drones and the impact on the american public, what were they and what was going on and was it actually happening. he was chidded and mocked and ridiculed by the obama
8:36 am
administration and some in the senate for engaging in such a thing. ram paul was right and finally we are getting an answer. yes, drones are used on the american soil. >> and so now the irs is targeting the conservative groups because they don't agree with the ideology. he didn't specify who and why they were using the drones. again, can we trust them? we are building a little argument here? >> we are building a strong case against that trust of today's federal government. i personally do not trust any government that is led by barak obama when he is fulfilling the promise to fundmentally transform the most exceptional nation. as i said so many times we don't need a fundmental transformation we need what is good and free and right about america.
8:37 am
i don't trust the government ufrnd the leadership that wants to change what we know is so good about america. >> okay, governor, one more, we'll continue to build this case. ed snowden, nsa whistle blower who went to china and then hong kong and then china said the nsa was blanketing and taking information from verizon telephone customers. i got an exclusive interview with his father. take a listen on how he assesses the situation. >> what is occurring is similar to every morning, the government walks up to your mail box or afternoon, and they pull the envelopes out and open them, and they look at your mail and copy it and they archive it in case they want to look at it in the future in case you do something wrong in the future. they reseal the informs and put it back in the mail box and do it every day over and over
8:38 am
again. >> the irs is targeting conservative groups. they are droning certain americans and nsa listen nothing americans, violating the fourth amendment constitution that said you need problemable cause. they didn't look for the problemicable cause. we are either in iran or communist china. your thoughts? >> any american would say hey, something is wrong here. especially in regards to the discussion about snowden. snowden is not the problem. here we are told, relax and don't worry about government spying on all of our communication, and building that apparatus to be able to spy on all of us. that is no big deal. but it is criminal, the person who told us that told us what our government is doing. snowden is not the problem. the problem is government violating our fourth amendment right and taking away our privacy. and i was a victim of my e-mails and my communication being
8:39 am
hacked when i ran for vice-president. in that campaign, i said the same thing, what difference is it from a hacker coming in and opening up physically my mail box and going through my mail to be used against me at some point. government in this case is doing the same thing that that punk hacker kid did during the vp campaign. it is not ethiccal or moral or legal measure taken by our government. >> governor, i appreciate you being here and spending time on cashin' in. when you add them up, can we trust them, the answer is a big fat no in my opinion. governor sarah palin, thank you for joining us and hanging out on cashin in this morning. >> thank you so much. coming up. hits to your privacy keep companying up. all governments will share your personal and medical information. are you cool with that?

>> i am uma in washington. it could be a long legal battle. and the contractor who admitted the secret service program. and julianne a safrj is in touch with snowden's lawyers and trying to get him in ice lapd. president obama is sounding out on economic, and saying time for excuses is over. and the only excuse for not getting immigration done is coming from the white house. breaking news in the george zimmerman trial. the judge ruled a joyce -- voice identification. it would have confirmed it was martin calling for help.
8:44 am
hope you are not shy about sharing personal medical records. the new rule requires that state and federal and local agency to swap health information on anyone signing up for the programs. they would be enforced by the irs. colonel west, you can't be happy with this, sir. >> absolutely not. it is the same as nancy pelosi said. we have to pass the bill in order to find out what is in it. we'll find more heinnous and nefarious things about the obama care law as we get closer to the full implementation. the states were complaining about an invasive and intrusive government with king george iii and that's what we are seeing here. we don't trust the irs because

of them targeting certain groups and we see them getting promoted and we don't get to the p.m. or the truth and be concerned approximate the type of organizations that will be charged the exchanges and knave dpators as well. >> ooel get to that in a minute. johnathon, no where it said you can check don't share my personal information. i am concern period this one. >> eric, elimination of private health care is the elimination of health care. and obama is socialization of health care and you should expect no privacy at all. your health and private records become public good. no matter if it is cost savings or efficiency or whatever justiction they choose to come up with. spying is done with public safety and national security. it is the same thing. he who pays the bill makes the
8:46 am
rules. >> and wayne, the group that admitted targeting conservative they have to share the well. tion to state and it sounds like an invasion of my privacy. a shredding of the constitution? >> it is, eric. you are right. the whole idea. the whole bill is 2200 pages there and regulations are like 20,000 pages and impossible to comply with. it is a disaster. they have to turn it over and start all over. and when nancy pelosi said pass it and we'll discover what is in it. that is irresponsible. these people allegedly represent us. we are giving them the privilege of representing us and they turn it back and throw it in our face. we ought to get rid of them. >> we find more things and these
8:47 am
things are not liking and more taxes and invasion of our privacy. >> i agree your name is uncomfortably etched somewhere. i don't think the irs or -- but, i will also say look, i understand why they have to do it obviously it is part of the exchanges where they find out if you are getting the coverage you are entitled. i would like to have it done in code with a number assigned. i agree there are concerns about privacy. >> colonel west. i rather have the states do it, dow? >> absolutely so. we don't understand what the slippery slope can be. you start with upon invasion of your medical records and what ends up happening and as far as who is seeing the information, it comes back to data mining. >> and it is happening in real- time eric. going back to 2010 under romney
8:48 am
care. private patient files that were tossed in a dump for anyone to check them out. and in 2011, an hiv positive pilot had his information shared. briefly in the uk, they are building the government health care a national gene database. and everyone's dna is tracked. >> let me add one more. wayne, when you think of all of the database and mining they are doing and apply it to the national gun reggistry, conservatives have to be up and arms too much information that the government is controlling and seeing. >> i agree with that. except for conservative. you are a citizen you have to care about your privacy. every agency, irs, we have now obama care, and everyone of these agencies that build up a bureaucracy invades your

privacy and they should get rid of them and cut them in half. and the whole idea of big government is too big and out of control. >> we'll have to leave it there. mayhem over money and morals in dc and how uncle sam is choosing booze and wine over women and children. we'll explain. out there owning it. the ones getting involved and staying engaged. they're not afraid to question the path they're on. because the one question they never want to ask is

johnathon our proprietaries are out of whack on this one. >> if you want to subsiddize wine, you should drink it which i do. if you are against cronyism, be against all subides for booze and green energy and film production and women and children and infants. i disagree with you that it is a question of priorities. i think coburn is inconsistent. he is be against all subides. . and they should help them. cornell west. what about the democrats. they blame sequester and they ended up cutting the assistance and we are spending monowineries. >> you can raise the level of pain and that's what you see happening here and it is priorities and in the military we understood our task and purpose and priorities and it

calls in to question. what is the mission of the u.s. department of agriculture? we saw the farm bill get voted down in the house of representative because it is now 80 percent. you know supplemental nutrition program and we have this type of spending. the social safety net is out there for a purpose and we don't want it to be people being dependent on it. >> is john drunk or right when he said cut all subsidies. >> i think johnathon can be both drunk and right at the same time. >> i said one glass. >> i like it best when he's drunk though. in and case, this is what i previously said. it is the agency of the department of agriculture totally out of the control and a lot of this is unnecessary. you can cut all of these agencies in half and be a head
8:55 am
of the game. they are spending money where they shouldn't be. and they are spending where they shouldn't and there should be rules about this and the only way to cut them back is say you can't do that anymore. >> they are spending like drunken soldiers and sailors. that is an insult to the sailors. >> i don't know what is in the wine. right, johnathon should let all of the poor kids on the street and gutter and the government shouldn't help them. they are starving, give me a break. >> what a monster i am. >> i have to say what are you doing with the kids? who will pay for them to get food? >> hold on, guys. i will give cornell west it is not about whether or not social service. but if we should spend things on wineries and cut social services. >> it is the priorities that are there. and look at the programs that we

have. the snap program and others and electronic benefit transfer cards and there is no means testing. look, we have a government that is using taxpayer dollars to solicit people to go on the programs. >> thank you for joining us this week. >> coming up, the white house tour still cancelled and i hope the president is listening before he heads on the next trip. over pie charts all day. i want to travel, and i want the income to do it. ishares incomes etfs. low cost and diversified. find out why nine out of ten large professional investors choose ishares for their etfs. ishares by blackrock. call 1-800-ishares for a prospectus, which includes investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses. read and consider it carefully before investing. risk includes possible loss of principal.
