and with obama care be able to pay for their health insurance by knocking them down to part-time employment. they then don't have -- they won't fit the employer mandate, which is what the obama administration has been pushing the employer mandate if you've got 50 employees or above, then they have to, of course, buy into this health care system. >> and certainly that's a bit hypocritical. we were talking about this earlier on "fox and friends." >> first of all, the hypocrisy of it. the obama health law says employers have a responsibility to provide health insurance for their workers unless the employer is obama care itself. so the call centers are saying we can't afford this. we're going to push our workers down to part-time status. but the more important issue here is that the employer mandate is having this impact all across the country. people have to cobble together a living with two or three part-time jobs and no benefits instead of a full-time job that offers benefits.
6:09 am
>> right, so it's a problem for you and me because if we sort through obama care, we're dealing with people who are part-time employees and potentially wouldn't have a level of expertise as a full-time employee. but really small businesses, it affects them, as well. part-time employees rather than full-time employees and something they don't have to pay their health insurance and keep their doors open. >> yeah. let us know what you think about that. to me, that sounds like hypocrisy. acknowledging the very thing they're saying is not happening. >> when we got our jobs here, did we go through a criminal background check? >> probably. >> i'm pretty sure we did. >> how did you get in? just kidding. >> it's normal, do a criminal background check. make sure you don't have any felonies. well, now, states attorneys are saying that they are fighting the federal government, the obama administration specifically on these criminal background checks.

you notice this funny rock. >> yeah. well, we were just canoeing into the brule lake. we saw the camp site. we got out to check it. perched up on this rock we saw a pink leash. he looked in. there was a message on the rock. somebody had scribbled in in charcoal that said a message, lost dog, tomah. we knew the dog was there, at least. we figured it was long gone there was just so many places for it to go. >> casey, i imagine a lot of people would go by that rock and say, oh, this is just some dumb thing. what made you guys actually -- you guys went out and searched for the dog. >> yeah. it was the day after we had pulled in that we eventually were kind of exploring the island. we were just initially kind of, like, looking for wood and stuff like that for a fire. and we came into a clearing and there tomah was in the clearing.
