>> good morning. there is a multi state stomach bug outbreak that traces back to lettuce. the department of health says an unnamed salad mix is responsible for this outbreak. officials are confident all of the packaged salad has been removed from store shelves. u.s. food and drug administration says 370 people have contracted the bug in 15 states. it can cause weight loss and last for months if not treated. the nebraska department of health and human services says the agency is still trying to identify the specific brand or brands. we will let you know. >> thanks, heather. panic at daycare center after a car comes crashing right into the building.

this happened in kansas city. a man in his 80s driving that parked car shoving it through the wall into the area where dozens of children were napping. i guess the kids karan into the parked car. two kids became trapped under the vehicle and another inside was hurt. they are all expected to be okay. the elderly driver also suffered injuries. the cause of the crash is still being investigated. a prominent medical researcher who laced his wife's pfertility supplements with a lethal dose of cyanide is pleading not guilty to criminal homicide. the doctor entered the plea at the arraignment a day after he waived extradition in west virginia where he was arrested last week. a multi-million dollar settlement to the student who was forgotten about for five days in a dea interrogation room. the justice department improving a $4.1 million settlement for
