in syria this morning the timetable for a u.s. strike may now be changing. >> president obama is preparing to meet with members of congress. but one of the key allies is throwing up a stop sign. doug luzader is live in washington with the latest. >> just gets more and more complicated, doesn't it? here's what we know this morning. we know about the four destroyers sitting off the coast of syria. we think they are loaded with tomahawk cruise missiles getting in position for a possible attack. now to the southeast in the persian gulf. second aircraft carrier in in the region. it's a lot of firepower.

elizabeth prann thank you so much for that update. the wildfire burning through yosemite national park. it torched 192,000 acres about the same size as new york city. meanwhile a new weapon is being deployed by the national guard to stop the flames from spreading. surveillance drones are flying over the fire hoping to detect new hot spots before they spread. >> now to extreme weather to tell you about this morning. 27 schools in minneapolis have been shut down for the remainder of the week because of tins sea fair. there will be no class today or tomorrow after several students had to be treated for heat related problems over the week. a lot of classrooms don't have air-conditioning because it is typically not warm there. the high will push past 90 degrees. my nephews are happy today. >> three florida teens charged with brutally beating a classmate on a school bus last month could learn their fate.

ainsley earhardt is live with the latest. >> always hard to see that video isn't it? good morning. all three suspects in this case only 15 years old. they have been charged with serious crimes. loud the three were charged with aggravated battery. reddin is also charged with unarmed robbery. this stems from the vicious beating on the school bus and it was all caught on camera. (indiscernible) >> leave the boy alone. leave him alone. leave him alone. >> prosecutors are seeking nine months probation for the teenagers. lawyers say that is common for first time offenders. they have not said if they will recommend a tougher sentence for reddin who is also accused of

action by other oil producers to make up for this like saudi arabia could pump in more oil to make up for a shortage. washington wants to relax mortgage down payment rules by making lending less strict. isn't this what happened in the housing in the first place. qualified residential mortgage released shortly by 6 government agencies no longer required lenders to obtain a minimum down payment from borrowers. there are other rules making up for that but no minimum for borrowers. the prior version of the rule requires 20 percent down. housing advocates share the new rule because they say a stricter version prevented too many qualified and responsible low to middle income borrowers. the jobs recovery has been slow. several have exploded recently according to analysis of bureau of labor statistic figures according to the wall street. the biggest jobs are operators in oil gas and mining which

only make their daughter more sick and their parental rights should be respected. susan stratford has more on this. >> a lethal form of leukemia without treatment doctors say a 10-year-old amish girl will die within a year. >> it is uniformly fatal. >> with chemotherapy there's an 85 percent chance of survival. the family started chemo last spring but stopped because they felt it was killing her. >> they decided no more. we can't -- we aren't going to allow our daughter to go through this. >> doctors disagreed with the parent's decision and a registered nurse along with children's hospital took the parents to court asking to be appointed emergency guardian overseeing the child's healthcare. the judge john loan denied the request finding no evidence the parents are unfit.

now an appellate court has reversed that decision basically saying parental suitability is irrelevant if the minor's interests will be promoted by the appointment of a guardian. so the case is going back to the probate court to be heard again. >> i feel obligated to offer what we can for this family to mover forward and hopefully what will be appropriate therapy for the girl. >> the family says they have already chosen holistic medicine for their daughter's treatment and prayer believing only god decides someone's fate. >> although there are all of these dire medical predictions they would refute that by saying that this is a matter of beyond the providence of mortal man. >> sara's father says she is feeling much better without chemotherapy. a lot of people will be watching the case.

sold on federal health insurance changes. it was supposed to be signed between september 5th and september 9th. he told companies next week that will be pushed back until mid september. as for why the department didn't give a clear-cut reason for the delay saying only it needs to be flexible in working with the insurance companies and resolve unspecified technical issues. it has a series of delays including putting off the employer mandate over a year. that has 50 full-time employees to provide health insurance for them. experts say even a small delay the insurance company deals could throw off the timetable for the law's implementation. told fox business network the department remains on track to start the 6 month enrollment period on october 31st. just as planned. coming up we will tell you a warning every woman will want to hear before she picks up her
