place by myself. >> bill: how would they try to extort money? >> they call your family, throw threats at you and your family. and tell you you know that we need your money. >> bill: did they threaten you with violence? >> yes. they, there were threats on my life when i got in there. >> bill: how did you handle that? >> i think i did all right because i'm alive now. >> bill: did you fight? >> there is not much of a fight. it's -- there is a little bit of you know, they roughed me up a little bit but it was quickly resolved and we went back to talking. >> bill: what is fear factor as far as you're concerned? were you fearful? >> i mean there is a time in there where i had to keep that in mind. but i -- i won't concentrate on that because i didn't want that to make me have mistakes
