good morning to you. in the news right now fort hood shooter nadal hassan was forc y forcibforced to shave his beard. he started growing it after the attack in 2009 say his muslim faith required it. his trial was put off several times over his refusal to shave it. he is on death row for shooting several including a pregnant woman. they joined the aclu in a lawsuit that claims the collection of phone records and data violate first amendment rights. the nra says it is worried the data mining deters others working for the administration. the lawsuit halts the program and deletes all call records. north carolina republicans look to go remove the state income tax. leaders would replace that tax with a more flat consumption
