terror watch list despite them having no link to terrorism at all. the document shows 16,000 numbers were illegally monitored. it gives authorization for the surveillance calls it a flagrant violation of the law. >> disturbing images out of north korea. satellite photos shows the country may be restarting the facility. it shows steam rising from a building that houses the plutonium reactor. it was supposed to disarm the nuclear program in exchange for economic and energy health. north korea conducted three nuclear tests since 2006. >> e-mails written by lois lerner raising doubts about the agency's claim that targeting tea party groups was not politically motivated. the wall street journal reports in 2011 lois lerner said it was

today. that is major water there. >> maria molina is tracking that storm and the rest of our weather for us. >> hi good morning patti ann and heather. it is a dangerous situation we have ongoing across parts of colorado. the national weather service has issued a flash flood emergency ongoing right now. i want to read parts of this to you. it is a very dangerous and serious situation. emergency management reported collapsed houses and major flooding occurring along the creek. multiple creeks have been forced out out of their banks because of heavy rain and water levels. a flood occurring in the burn area west of the city of boulder and within boulder, colorado. incredible flooding ongoing right now at this hour. the reason we have flooding ongoing across parts of colorado, new mexico, utah and arizona is we have picked up significant rainfall over the

past 40-hours some areas seeing as much as 6 inches of rain even higher amounts. we have burn areas that can't absorb water so a lot of runoff does occur. a number of flash flood warnings are in effect and several watches. more rain is possible today. this is going to continue to be a concern today and even into tomorrow. very hot temperatures have been in place out here and strong storms are going to fire off possible severe weather. temperature wise a little better today. patti ann and heather at 85 degrees. we are going to continue to cool down the cold front. temperatures in the low 70s across the northeast through several days. not just northeast but west as well and that is part of tennessee. >> ready for that. thank you. >> could we be facing another government shut down. they are pulling their plan to

you have to watch this story. chipolte causing quite a stir after several of the new york and new jersey locations ran out of black beans. so how could something like that happen? teresa is live in new york city with the latest on this. teresa, what is going on? >> it is an issue for so many chipolte diehard. they ran out of black beans a crisis of epic proportions. they got a bad batch and didn't want to serve it so they tossed it and are waiting for new shipments that could come today. it seems like a simple issue but people were outraged this outage. they were taking to twitter saying their dinner was ruined that they can't believe something like this could happen. they were about to cry over it. for some people, though, the issue is a little more serious like vegetarians and vegans. the pinto beans they offer is

ongoing right now is forecast throughout the day and even as we head into tomorrow. talking about flooding being a major concern out here. one big thing is to make sure not to drive through any flooded roadways. it can be difficult to tell how deep the water is along some of these roadways across parts of colorado and also the state of new mexico. that's what we are tracking out west across parts of the rockies. as we head further to the east we have the threat for severe storms today across parts of pennsylvania, parts of up state new york and even into new england. we have a strong pull from this headed eastbound ahead of the system along the east coast. it has been hot and humid and will provide the fuel for many of the thunderstorms to fire up through out the afternoon hours, evening hours and even into the overnight across parts of the i 95 corridor. temperature wise not bad today but still on the warm side. 80 for the high in new york city. upper 80s and 90s making it into sections of the southeast.
