they are sit could require some costly changes for coal fire plants. the new rule requires all new plants limit emissions for carbon solutions for megawatt hour. the 2012 drafts which set the cap at #,000 pounds. it will kill jobs raise electricity costs and hurt the economy. coal is the largest source of u.s. electricity providing 37 percent of the total last year. but it also emits disproportional amount of greenhouse gas wormore than natl gas. it will have to utilize expensive car upon capture and seek station policy not only costs billions to install but has to be used in new jersey coal plant worldwide. it is not fair to require technology that hasn't proven itself either way this law is a ban on new coal plants.
