terror attack killing at least 78 people. taliban homicide bombers setting off devices a church, as christians lefts services. 110 more people have been wounded. the group says the attack was in retaliation for the united states drone strikes in pakistan's remote tribal region. >> the president and the first lady attending a memorial service today to mourn victims of monday's mass shooting at the washington navy yard. the memorial service being held near the navy yard, at the marine barracks. 12 employees died in the rampage before police killed the gunman. the president and first lady are meeting now with the victims' families before the service. we're going to bring you the entire memorial service beginning at 5:00 p.m. eastern time.

>> heavy rain is possible today for parts of the country, including the battered state of colorado. flood victims there getting their first look at the devastation from recent extreme weather. it has been a week since relentless downpours triggered major flooding that has left several people dead. jd, it's been tough. >> i wish i had better news for this area. getting inundated with more rain. let's look at the satellite imagery. you can seal the rain starting to form across the four corners region, including colorado. so let's zoom in and i'll show you where we're seeing the potential for not only heavy rain but thunderstorms. severe thunderstorm watches in the area for the four corners, until 8:00 p.m. local team, tim, and we could see some heavy downpours. so west of the area of denver -- some of these storms moving

east, so we're going to have to watch this, the potential for hail, damaging winds, heavy downpours, isolated towards. the last thing this area needs to see. flashflood watches and warnings in effect for parts of utah, colorado, additional one to three inches possible, and where you see the maroon-shaded areas, we're seeing flooding imminent or occurring. here's your forecast satellite radar imagery over the next 24 hours. the rain showers and higher el vegas snow moving through the region today. we could see a chance for showers on monday and then things clear up tuesday, wednesday, thursday, put the ground can't take anymore moisture. that's why we're concerned with this area. they're still doing a search. taking a look at this being monster of a storm. cat gear 2 -- category 2. east northeast of hong kong. hong kong escaped the worst of the storm. but we're still dealing with 90 miles-per-hour sustained

well, the budget battle is raging on capitol hill these days, putting president obama's affordable health care act in the crosshairs, a new fox news poll asking just how concerned are you about your health care under obamacare. 43% of americans are very concerned. 25% somewhat. i think i passed math and that is 68%. so, 14% not very. 1% -- 17% not at all. so the work to defund obamacare, is that really going to happen? doug shawne, a fox news contributor, former pollster for bill clinton. let throw out one more poll. which would be better on obamacare, go back to the 2009 system? 54% say yes, new law, 35%.

we are back with our political insiders. look at this poll here. now, this is a rasmussen poll and asks people whether you really want to shut down the government over defunding obamacare. 51% support it.

40% oppose. but i read this poll, and it was very tricky the way it was worded, and i'm not sure it says what it says. >> on the right, they are living in an echo chamber. they take this poll, which says 51% want to shut the government down, and -- the conservatives, talkwide hosts, talking to each other. they don't talk to or listen to anybody else, and they have convinced themselves this is the way to go. shut it down, and when i fight them, the government shutdown, we did it in are 96, a political disaster. they've said it wasn't that bad. >> it was bad. >> i was in the white house. >> bill clinton was headed into being defeat until that shutdown, resurrected him, allowed him to win reeleaks. >> ended the gingrich revolution. >> there are sometimes when poll
