opinion of obama care. unfavorable now at 60 percent and favorable at 34 percent. that is a hard ship to right if you are turning around public perception. i think the numbers are great news for republicans so long as they don't blow it like shutting down the government which they are talking about doing. you cited the numbers. foreign policy only 40 percent. and economy 41 percent approval and obama care 32 percent approval. that is after years of trying to sell it to the american people and americans are not buying and the republicans are in a strong position if they handle it right to use the popular disconinent over obama care to win the midterm elections. and while a majority of the americans oppose obama care,

it is sometimes called sequencing. when you hear that, hold on to your wallet. it means we are about to give up. as a measure of good faith, we will reduce the economic sanctions and we'll say and we expect serious concessions by the iranians on the nuclear program. and then those concessions won't be forth coming. we won't get what we want and they know that once you start to roll them back, it is very hard to turn back in the other direction. of course they want relief? why wouldn't they? they have affected life in iran. if they can make it sound like a human rights violation, he might be ready to do it again.

selig will formally announce he is stepping down after the 2014 season. here's more details. jim, was this unexpected? tell us more. >> no, it's not unexpected. commissioner selig said he would leave after the 2014 season. he signed several extensions, and his last one he said it would be his final season. as of january 2015 he will step aside. he will have been in the position for 23 years so he will complete one more full season. he came on in 1992, replacing fay vincent. station there until 1998 when it became official. he has presided over mark grand jury, $1.2 million in revenue, now $9.2 billion so it's been tremendous growth. also seen the all-star game make a difference now in the world series. he ordered that so that the home
