>> you made it through the workweek. good morning to you. welcome to "fox & friends first". >> appreciate you starting your weekend early with us. we have this to tell you about. a scare in the air for fliers after their pilot has a heart attack at 30,000 feet. united flight was on the way from houston to seattle when it made an emergency landing in boise, idaho. the pilot was taken to the hospital. no word on his condition this morning. the u.s. and russia ends weeks of diplomatic dead locks coming to an agreement on the syrian weapons deal. the syrian council resolution legally forces syria to the chemical stockpile and orders russian troops to give up

right. a machine gun discovered inside what is supposed to be a secure closet at new york's jfk airport. a contractor working there stumbled upon the weapon still in the plastic packaging case. they are trying to trace wehere the gun came from and how long it has been collecting dust. the terminal where it is found has not been updated since the late 1990s. the guy accused of preying on miss teen usa cassidy wolf was captured the fbi. jared abrahams was charged with extortion and cybercrimes. he hacked into her web cam and threatened the public with pictures he took of her while she was getting undressed. she talked about the investigation last month on "fox & friends." >> you need to be so extremely careful with what you do on-line nowadays because you never know what people can be doing to you

from the skies to the road now. several recalls. 900,000 vehicles around the world including minivans and infinity m for excessive accelerators. they can malfunction causing the vehicle to slow down and at times completely stop. toyota recalling 615,000 sienna minivans from 2004 to 2009 in the u.s. because they can shift at a park and roll away. that problem has been blamed for 21 accidents including two minor injuries. mcdonalds might ask you want a side salad with a big mac? they will start giving customers a choice of a salad fruit or vegetable. they plan to make the changes in the 20 biggest markets around the world first. those markets account for more than 85 percent of the overall sales. why get a big mac if you don't

eric and ryan jenison pled not guilty in a deadly listeria outbreak in 2011. 33 people were killed nearly 150 others sickened. the melons were contaminated from dirty water and old hard to clean equipment. the jenisons could face up to 6 years in prison and up to $1.5 million in had fines. an amazing rescue and it is caught on video. he falls on to the tracks. people waiting jump in rush down to help him. he woke up confused and told them he had had a couple drinks before hand. transit workers said the man was never in any danger of being hit by a train. >> looks like he was to me. >> he's there on the tracks. >> incredible. >> now it is time for the first degree weather update with maria molina. it is the weekend as we mentioned. >> look at you pretty in pink. you have been tracking the storms around the country.

they are charged with killing him as he returned to his barracks in may. the 28-year-old is also accused of the attempted murder of two police officers and possession of a firearm. former beauty queen takes a plea deal after being accused of tossing homemade bombs in a salt lake at thcity neighborhood. you may remember this, she and three her teenagers pleaded guilty to possession of a chemical device. the charges will be dismissed after completing 200 hours of community service. each was fined $500. sthooivengs, heather. the curiosity rover makes a big discovery on mars. the robot found water in the dirt. for every cubic foot of soil there are 2 pints of water. it has been on mars since august of 2012. the main mission is to find any evidence of life on the red planet. we have probably all done this
