hello, well yum to justice, thank you for being with us tonight. this week, the obama care debate rages on. the president of the united states lowering himself into a level rarely hit if ever, seen in american politics. his comments laced with ridicule and sarcasm. >> now they've gone beyond holding congress hostage. they're holding the country hostage. >> but it gets better take a listen to his top advisor, his senate majority leader and the guy who invented the internet. >> we're not for negotiating with the people with a bomb strapped to their chest. >> legislative arsonists at work. >> we're not going to bow to tea party anarchists. >> i think the only phrase is political terrorism. >> bombs strapped to their chests? arsonists? terrorists? you call people terrorists?

you want to talk terrorists? how about shipping thousands of assault weapons to mexican drug cartels for free? which has been used to mass witha ker americans and mexican civilians. would that qualify as terrorism? and anarchists? you force us to purchase insurance, fine us if we don't, hire 16,000 new irs agents to come after us, something your irs has been doing against your political enemies, and we're the anarchists? what is with the name calling? it's beneath you, or beneath the office that you hold. mr. president, i think that we can all agree that your signature legislation was written by a committee whose own chairman didn't understand it. passed by a congress that doesn't read it.

inconvenient truth. as the direct result of obama care, 300 companies have either eliminated jobs or reduced full time jobs to part time jobs. you promised we can keep our doctors. but those health care exchanges, you know the ones that begin this tuesday, they don't identify the doctors. and what about the doctors closing up shop or cutting back patients because they can't keep up with the paper work? and affordable? many across the country will face hikes of 30%, 40% or 50% or more. by the way did your lawyer in over his head review your landmark legislation? to me it sounds like he did. because every time it's supposed to be rolled out, there is another problem and another delay. could you do me a favor? could you give them a note

from me? you cannot change a law passed by congress without congressional approval. you can't just say, okay. this one is not going to work, so, forget about it. and, dig your heels in more by ridiculing anyone who open yoiss your law as rich, fat cats. who already got good health care. >> the tea party biggest owners some of the wealt in amea cynical ad campaign trying to convince young people not to buy health care at all. think about it. these are billionaires, several times over, you know they've got good health care. >> mr. president, with all due respect, if your health care plan is so great, why aren't you enrolled in it? why don't you change course a little and lead by example? if your plan is so great why did you exempt your union

the countdown to obamacare continues. -- ben carson still with me. dr., i went out on the street ask people what they think about obamacare. not one person understood it. how are people this week, when she exchanges are supposed to start on tuesday, are going to know what to do in the first place? >> this is so symptomatic of government programs. look at the tax structure. none understands it. the same thing with the healthcare issues and particularly with the irs in charge of enforcement, you can imagine the havoc. and we do need health re form. no question. we spend twice as much as the next closest nation. this is easy to fix. i have a stack of -- >> how would you fix it?

>> well, first of all, what do you need for goodhawkhawk? you need a patient and a health care provider. along come this middle man to facilitate the relationship, now the primary entity with the patient and healthcare privateer. first you have the success. getted the middle man out. do that with health savings account. we can do that for far less money than we're spending with cmf and it can be a very basic health care account to which people can add as they please, and you can buy bridge insurance, catastrophic insurance. the nice thing is 80% of encounters between physicians and healthcare providers can be taken care of through health savings account. >> one person on the street said my son is a doctor, and he is pulling back on his patients because he just can't do the

paperwork. so, given something lick that, the fact that the majority of americans are against this, white too you think the administration refuses to acknowledge that there are problems? >> because what is the most important thing that a person has? it is their health. if the government can gain control of your health, they've got you, and that's why this -- that's why it was so important to push this through first thing when you have complete control of congress. twisting arms, doing everything you needed to do in the back room. we have to get control of the people. so totally antithetical to the founding principle of the nation, so to be for and by the people, you were supposed to have control of your own life. now the government has insinuated itself into the most important part of your life and they will continue to. >> with the irs, which we know has been targeted with going after the political opponents of this administration, if you have

to get approval from these people, or if they're involved in this in any way, shape or form, that's a frightening thought. but, doctor, if the unions are getting waivers, shouldn't the american people be able to do the same? >> yeah. the whole country should get a waiver, a permanent waiver, and we should sit down and start working together to come up with something that makes sense for the people. >> what are the people in the medical community saying about this? >> a lot of my colleagues are telling me they sure well-they could retire like i have. i got out at the right time. i was planning on getting out even before all of this happened, but a lot of doctors are going into con sieger practice with not a lot of middle management, and that

means the numbers left to take care of the extra 30 or 40 million people, plus the people who are already there, this is going to be unmanageable. we're going to end up with people waiting are few long periods or time. not being able to find physicians, just like in other socialist countries. why would we settle for that? i think it's a wakeup call for the american people. we need to realize that maybe this battle may be lost but the war is not lost. not if people wake up right now, realize there are opportunities to put people into positions of power. >> before we go, do you think the house is going to be able to delay this for a year? implementation of obamacare? >> whether they can or not, they certainly should make every effort to do so. there are tens of millions of people who didn't vote in the last election because the don't think anybody represents them. sometimes the people who oppose obamacare go right up to the wall and then they cave. they need somebody who will not

she was connected to this incident in 2011 when authorities found bombmaking materials in her kenyan apartments. witnesses last week say they saw a female attacker inside the mall who matches the description. who is the white widow? and holiday are so many women being recruited into the world of terrorism. with me, author of "bomb shell. " women in terror." mia, you wrote the book on female terrorists. we haven't heard of that many women as terrorists. what's going on? how are they being recruited and why are they doing it? >> well, actually, judge, if you read the book, one of the things it's surprising to find out is that women have been involved in terrorism from the very beginning, going back to the

19th century. so there's nothing surprising about women's involvement in terrorism. what has been new is a lot of these islamist groups started using women in the last ten to 15 years and they have been very effective not just at recruiting women, but using the women to recruit other men. >> but going on for so long, then you said it's just in the last 10 to 15 years the islamists are using them. is it this particular organization? the gee had des -- jihadis are using women? what are you saying? >> absolutely. when i was doing the research for the book, i traveled around the world and i interviewed women who had been part of terrorist organizations, and if you go back to the '6 0s and '7s so, one group was named after in part one of the leaders was a woman. and had women in the provisional ira, the head of eta, the baath

separatist group is a woman, soily are women all over. what is different about samantha lewthwaite and other women in the jihadi groups they use their jennifer to get men into participating and they're effective online to raise money, races awareness -- >> i'm going to go to you, eric. in terms of the -- you are so familiar with this particular part of the world. i mean, isn't there a shame that is accompanied by the need to have women do this? mine, are they really trying to embarrass the men? >> no, judge, not really. the vast majority of islamic terrorists are, let's face it, young males of middle eastern and south asian descent. so what a coup to get a caucasian woman. you going through the airport and you see a cause cakes woman,

you're probably not giving her a second glands and expect her to be a terrorist and that's the benefit for the jihadists. they look for white women, white men, and even the handicap. we have seen this in iraq, female suicide bombers from europe. we also saw it in chechneya. this is the white widow we're talking about in the kenya attack there's a group of female suicide bombers in chechneya called the black widows and have wreaked a lot of carnage in russia. >> is the idea they're a widow is the fact their husbands have already been killed and they're taking up the jihad of their husbands? >> there have been a few cases where woman's whose husbands became famous. lewthwaite was not the first one. another woman, her husband was one of the first suicide bombers

to days before 9/11, and what happens with these widows, they become almost the guiding light of the jihad in places like europe. so it's not unusual to see women's involvement. what they have done is up until now they played support roles. we don't see in the jihadi groups very many women who are operational as opposed to, say in chechneya, where the women are on the front lines and blowing up a school. >> eric, the idea of these women in muslim countries, and there is a reluctant on part of the security to pat them down, that certainly works to their benefit. yes? >> sure. it is a great benefit. i have to say, with a lot of these females, these suicide bombers ex-they have a lot of baggage. thank back to the boston bombers, the wife of one of the bombers converted to islam. she had a lot of personal problems, and a lot of times these islamic terrorist are very

>> charge dismissed. >> what about the kid seth that holloway 'brought into his home now charged with a felony. >> he is in trouble. mr. holloway said this will be a real learning opportunity for this young man. what he did here was potentially dangerous to a lot of young people. there was alcohol at the party, drugs at the party, underage people. >> no doubt. montgomery, no doubt in my mind there are cell phones taking pictures of illegal acts taken on. i was the d.a. long enough to know what guess on at underage drinking parties, and alcohol is at the core, and shame on those parent whose don't have the parental skills to make these kids apologize and responsible. your kids are -- you're as bad as your kids. >> a terrible example to setting are trying to change the focus from the children and it it on mr. holloway.

is the obama administration making another grab for your guns? a treaty just signed by secretary of state john kerry has angered conservative lawmakers and the nra, despite claims the treaty won't affect u.s. gun owner rights. supporters say the treaty will

help end human rights violations, but opponents worry it could step on constitutional rights. with me, conservative:almostist and gun rights advocate, a.r.w. hawkins, and the president of the national gun victims action council, elliott fineman. gentlemen, i'll start with you, awr. how that the treaty infringe on the second amendment rights of americans. >> because it requires -- doesn't require -- it urges countries that sign on to it, urges them to keep records of end use or end users for ten years, and an end user in the case of a light weapon, like an ar-15, would mean that once it goes from manufacture torii tail to the person who buys it, the person who buys it is the end user, and this treaty urges the government to keep documentation on them for ten years. that is not simply registration by another name. that just registration, and we

need to understand that plain and simple. a back are door way to register all gun owners in america. >> if the country that receives a weapon -- the treaty is about small arms -- they then have to notify the united states government that someone sent a weapon here to another country? >> right. this treaty treats export, import, and end user, all three areas, and the thing we have to understand, it's like wayne lapierre said-this treaty requires manufacturers of civilian shotguns comply with the same regulations as manufacturers of military attack helicopters. that's the best quote to give you. >> elliott, if the purposes to prevent small arms from landing in the hands of those who would commit human rights violations, why aren't governments covered by at the treaty as well as individuals? >> well, this is a treaty

between governments. >> but it's about individuals. isn't it? >> well, the notion that individuals will be caught up in the treaty is one of the misrepresentations. this governs expert sales. in fact it's a $70 billion market of which you, we, the u.s., controls 80% of it. so these sales are happening now, and these export laws are the laws we follow right now. the idea is to codify them all over the world. so there's nothing -- >> i understand what you're saying, elliott. my question is, if the whole point of this is to make sure that there is not -- that human rights -- people who might commit human rights violations are not receiving these weapons, so that they then back into where the weapons are coming from and then start a registry that is being kept for ten years, why isn't this applicable

to countries as snell not individuals but to the government. >> this is exactly what the treaty is. it's a treaty between the governments, governing the sale of the export -- >> the sales by individuals, not the sales by the government. >> well -- >> there's a difference. >> the sales are made by companies. when you -- >> or individuals. all right. awr, what do you think? >> neither here nor there are. >> what i say, elliott is flight a way. this race treaty between countries. governments, but it binds the governments to do the things required, and one of the things urged is a ten-year keep of documentation, which is a gun registry. another thing required, the point of the bill, is to stop arms from moving illegally across borders. even if this bill didn't urge people to keep records, judge, think about this. how do they know what weapons are moving across borders unless they first know the origin of

happen to a 49-year-old teacher convicted of a statutory rape of his 14-year-old student? that man was previously told to keep his hands off the young girl's thighs. judge baugh was willing to dismiss the charges if the sex offender completed a program. shortly there after the 14-year-old commits suicide. but claiming that the victim was as much in control as the teacher and that she was, quote, older than her chronological age of 14 years, the judge sentenced him to 31 days in jail.

after the public outcry, the judge tried to resentence the teacher to the mandatorily required minimum of two years in state prison. too late. the teacher is out, free man, walking the streets. what i want to know as a judge, is why judge baugh who has been a judge since 1984 didn't even know the law of his state. why he was willing to dismiss all charges in the first place. and why he would trash a 14-year-old deceased victim. was he so overwhelmed by this defendant predator's goodness and so underwhemd by the victim that he felt the justice required 30 days. now the montana da is appealing in the hopes that the teacher is

sentenced to the two years he should have gotten in the first place. he's a free man walking the streets. he didn't have to register as a sex offender but go anywhere he wants. as a judge, i know it's hard to come up with the right punishment but i don't think anyone out there thinks this is right. it's bad enough to have a convicted rapist on the streets after a month but judge todd baugh says he has no plans to resign and is soon up for re-elect. i hope the people of montana do to judge baugh what he is so fond of doing to criminals and that is kick him out onto the streets. now the results of tonight's poll. we asked you what tv fictional president would you want in the white house? the consensus was that almost anyone would do a better acting job, would do a better job acting like the president than
