there are new details on the woman behind the wheel of that car yesterday that smashed into a barricadeut outside the white house and led police on a high-speed chase. it was 34-year-old miriam carey. she was shot dead by police with her one-year-old baby in the back. she's been identified as a dental hygienist, lived in
