it is now eight days since the obama care exchanges have been open for business. is it fair or reasonable to get a progress report on how the affordable care act is doing. >> matt will say the week has had glitches and therefore the program is a failure. the problems are in respond to a demand. 8.6 million people who go to the web site for information and looking to start application, that is an indication. one thing to keep in mind, this is six month open enrollment and you will see it more so in the last few months before the enrollment closes and i think it is too early to tell. >> we'll bring in matt here. republicans are pushing for a one- year delay for the original man date. would the administration go for that right now?
