the noble peace prize? yes, you are the one. give it back. >> let me see if i got this right. the national mall including the world war ii memorial honoring those who gave their lives for us is closed. veterans who fought in that war and their families unable to gain access because of the government shut down. but then within days after those vets tried to gain access to the miraculously the mall opened. wom hello. welcome to justice. a special sunday edition of justice. this week in spite of the government shut down in spite of veterans and their families access to the national mall the obama administration changes course, shows its true colors and opens the mall. not for american citizens but for undocumented immigrants. really? the obama administration opened the mall so that undocumented immigrants, aka, illegal aliens could protest and demand amnesty

for all 12 million of them. they want u.s. citizenship and all of the benefits that go with it and they want it now. guess who one of the featured speakers of this protest was? no other than her royal heinous, nancy pelosi. and for their listening pleasure the protest dubbed cam meino amr cano included a concert by the mexican band. the protestors get to do whatever they want and be moaning their own economic status they take over from new york to california.

they disrupted traffic frightened children on their way to school and practically bankrupted local businesses. 2600 of them arrested at a cost of $17 million in new york city police over time alone. not to mention the cost of taxpayers for the clean up itself. now the organizers of this week's cam mean no mer cano rally said the national mall was opened and they were given clearance based on their first amendment rights. really? you know, this seems like nothing more than blatant favoritism, preferential treatment by the obama administration and buying votes for the 2014 election. you contrast that with a not so subliminal dislike for veterans and their military. you remember benghazi and the

refusal to bury the young men and women in action. somehow the military doesn't seem to matter. it is all about politics. the rest of us nothing more than talk in a political chess game. we close the mall to americans, keep the vets out and open it up to those demanding a piece of the pie at our table so we are never invited to dinner in the first place. we ditch the families of those who gave their lives and reward those who broke the law to come here. mine is not a commentary on illegal immigration. that is a whole other issue. what i am talking about tonight, is the disrespectful treatment of american citizens by an administration out of control that rolls out the red carpet for those we never invited in.

the america that i am watching is almost unrecognizable. thank you president obama. many today gathered to protest the closing of the world war ii memorial. here with a report on that is peter doocy. >> as the crowds started to swell at the world war ii memorial protestors took down the metal barricades that surrounded this entire memorial and laid them on the nearby grass allowing hundreds of veterans and others to stream into the world war ii memorial that is officially closed while the government is shut down. >> these are open air memborial very open to the federal government. >> what do you both hope to see happen after today's rally? >> hope to see the politicians get their acts together and quit punishing the citizens.

is going there might be a few fist fights next week. in a speech this week president obama talked about this that he likened default to a nuclear bomb a weapon too horrible to use. should the president be trying to use these kinds of fear tactics on the american people? with me conservative radio host chris plant from dc and pollster kelly ann conway with me here in new york. i am going to start with you. we have heard that republicans are anarchists and terrorists and they have bombs strapped to their test. what do you think of the president's tactics or lack there of? ? >> i suppose it's a substitute for a leadership. it is a substitute for negotiating. personally honestly and what my listeners are saying this is

reprehensible. >> the problem is republicans are indeed suffering despite what you say is reprehensible. how do you explain it? >> ter resterrorists with wombs attached to them and arsonists. will our friends in the news media. enough of the american people have a little bit of news are buying into it. republicans come up with offer after offer, compromise after compromise. the president and harry reid continued to shoot them down including yesterday more opportunities and compromise. >> i have to tell you with all due respect people are tired of hearing the other side what they want to know. what can be done at this point

and can you talk about what congress can do not blaming each other? >> okay, well that's kind of hard because i think chris and i like this every week once or twice a week. the reality is, even though i am a progressive liberal proud democratic talk show host 45 percent are conservative and they even say enough is enough. what the republicans can use is stop the fragmentation and reunite. both sides need this to act in the best interest of the american people. bottom line is these are separate instances. your guys wanted to de fund obama care you got a government shut down. >> the american public don't even go over it. >> absolutely. >> now what do you do? >> when you have china saying we need to have a de americanized world, both left and right need to realize that we are their employers. we can vote them out left or right and they have a

when we have to pass that debt ceiling. if we don't i don't think it is going to cause a default but it could cause a severe contraction in the stock market. >> i was listening to christine who is the managing director of the imf today. it was very interesting, steve, to hear her comment about the world leaders looking at our economy and saying, you know what? if you guys lose this one or if you do default, there is going to be an enormous ripple effect. the united states then loses it's kind of premiere status in the world. is she right about that? >> no, i think that is a little bit of an exaggeration. the united states is going to come out -- we are going to come out of this okay. it's a question of when these guys are going to start acting like adults and come to an agreement. the united states of america is the gold standard for currencies and we are still the hub of the

world economy. they have there's a problem around the world people rush to buy dollars and rush to invest in the united states. but does it put a little black eye on our economy? yeah, it does. it looks like we have barn numb and bailey circus in washington, d.c. right now. that's not good for our standing. these other countries can hardly talk. they have debt crease cease themselves. >> if a deal is reached by thursday what kind of financial reaction will we see then? >> i think the market is trooling for a deal. i think this would be my advice to your viewers, josh, who are in the market or in the bottom of the stock market. we may see a major fall but once that deal is made the economy

ee oo in the eyes of the law donald lae miller is a dead man. an ohio board declared him dead after he was missing for several years the wife needed to formalize the death and needed social security benefits. this week the very much alive donald walked into court to testify to his own existence. get this. he lost. he wants the social security number reactivated so he can get his driver's license. ohio law doesn't effect decoration of death to be overturned. for miller it has been 22 years. miller's ex-wife also wants him to stay dead. if he is brought back to life she then has to pay back the years of government checks that she got because he was dead.
