signed in february of '10, we're spending $300 billion more per year on health care. so costs continue to rise. this isn't doing anything for costs. >> it's making it it it worse. you're going to drive premiums through the roof. this is the same thing, i have said it before, but it it happened in massachusetts. they didn't learn from the mistakes. the way to really get costs down for premiums would have been to open up insurance over state lines so somebody who is young and healthy who can't log on now could go to a state and allow the insurance companies to compete each other to provide the best product. for example, in a state like massachusetts. intreat ro fertilization is mandatory. you have to cover that. what does that do to everyone's premiums? it raises it. >> you know a lot about this. i don't need to understand why

the insurance premiums? -- nobody is into obama care yet. why have the costs of insurance premiums gone up dramatically and obama care is not in place? >> i can answer that. last year kathleen sebelius came out passing a rule saying insurance company premiums could not raise above 10% or they would get the accounting version of a colonoscopy. so what did they do? they raised them all 9% across the board. that rule doesn't apply this year. shockingly they are not allowed to put price controls on the bill. so the insurance companies are jacking them up anticipating that what is happening now is going to continue happening. >> i have one next week. >> jay carney gets one from none other than chuck todd. watch. >> five days before the launch the president said it's a

the extent there's an extremist or radical political view in washington, i believe it's the president of the united states. >> he knows how to flip the argument back around. bill o'riley also thinks president obama is trying to destroy the right. >> don't expect much compromise. that's because partisan feelings are so bitter that it will be difficult to reach. the president is a sensitive man and is furious with people attacking him personally. the birth certificate, the socialist stuff, the president internalizes that and despises though who dispense it. therefore, he's on a mission to destroy the hard right. >> what do you think of that? >> i made some notes. president obama should be trying to destroy the right because the right stands between him and his great remaking of america into a nonexceptional campus of organizers and planners.

if i were him, i would take some kind of responsibility on this. it's his hallmark item of his first tenure. it has his name. he could have struck a different tone yesterday and he did not admit that they were working on problems. he could have explained what the problems were and when they were going to be fixed by. they just left him out in the open. and no one has been fired. if you look at the scandals. irs, benghazi, fast and furious, no one has been fired. >> do you remember newt gingrich was caught off guard kwb you guys can't stand the fact that you called it socialized medicine. for a lot of people who live on social security, it's the only thing they've got. >> you think republicans want to get rid of social security? >> yes. absolutely. >> i'm one of them. i agree. i think social security has been a scam.

i would give away all my money that i put in there and just start over and let me handle it. one more thing on extremism. there is a drive to portray the advocacy of small government. we're redefining normal political ideas as something extreme, which means that what is next? what will be categorized as extreme next? just simply the desire to achieve. to do something better with your life can't be seen as bigted because what you're suggested is you want to surpass somebody else in your success. that's the next step. >> they have done that with lower taxes. >>. let's talk about it for a second. who ruined people's lives. >> he didn't blow up anybody. your guys blew up people. >> don't say he never blew people up. he destroyed people's lives. >> he went through a whole list

woman and two others with simple assault and disorderly conduct. so it looks like the girls also have been charged in this. >> this is what the police often have to do. they have to arrest everybody because if you look at that, it's hard to tell where this thing started and when it ended. so you just arrest them all and you sort it it out in court. the thing that bugs me most is sports in general. grown men who wear other men's jerseys and paint their faces. this guy paps his van. it's kind of creepy. i don't like you because you like them. it sounds extremely political. >> if you have been to one of these games, the security is tiger than ever now because of what greg talks about. the fans that drink too much and get violent. this time it's women too.

91-0. now we had this debate a couple weeks ago on the mercy rule in california in little league or youth league football. what do you think? is that bullying? >> what's more embarrassing losing 91-0 is when your mother calls or writes to accuse that you've been bullied. bullying now applies to everything. so there's a point that it's actually meaningless. you have media and celebrities that always take a topic and beat it into the ground. in the sense they have bullied bullying. it's now -- you can say i'm bullying if i talk too much. i'm bullying you guys. >> i'm going to bully dana for an answer. tim buck nan has to defend this complaint from the parent. >> and the school principal has to investigate and prepare a written report on the case. so you wonder why people don't want to stay in education and to empower principals.
