leave you are significantly richer. as far as the constitutional amendment. i was under the impression 14th amendment dolt with that. >> some people made a big deal that the president and his family and his cabinet and secretaries and their families will not join the affordable care act, should they have to? >> i guess. it is a little complicated to how that happen. the fact that congress is going into the exchanges and the executive branch isn't has to do with congressional maneuvers a counter that republicans initiately proposed like a poisoned pill and the democrats liked it and that's how it ended up in the bill. the thing about it is, the exchanges are not set up for major employers for individuals and small businesses.

his attorney said it was fair and not a poling and adding that cordell was relieved to have the case over with so that the families can continue the healing process. during the sentencing hearing, we heard from the daughter of the victim and angela and she read a statement to the court and in that statement, she said her children, her, the victim's grandchildren will never get to so him again and she was hoping that matthew would get the full eight and half years sentence. >> my father got a death sentence and did nothing wrong. eight and half is nothing. less than that is unjust. after eight and half years matthew will have his life a head of him. my dad is never coming back. >> he's not eligible for parole or early release. he will be six months in

>> was he not sincere? >> i think he has remorse. i think i would have put the video to one side and dealt with him to his real remorse and he murder guilty. but at the time he came forward with this, the police were about to charge him with this. they were getting ready to charge him and all of that is thrown in the pot and on top of that in florida maximum.was 15 and minimum would be closer to what he got. >> are you okay with six and half or not. >> i absolutely. they are horrible cases and the cases where i have no problem sentencing a murderer or rapist and serial killer. it is a case decent people make a stupid mistake and somebody is day and next week or month they are in prisop with rapist and murderers. it is a hard case.
