would come back to the podium. he did kind of smile. i did come back today and tried to get more answers. >> did you get them? or did you get referred to hhs again? >> i will be talking to hhs and any one who has information. just for the record. a lot of administration and even with this administration, i heard your lead in talking about the most transparent administration. at some point all administrations hunker down and bunker down. it's about what information you want to release. that's for all administrations, but this is a very big issue. and they're trying to make sure, one, that they're getting it right. and two, that they're giving out the right information. they're really playing damage control because they did not understand the bigness of this whole thing when people, people have overwhelmed the system,
10:51 pm
overwhelmed the administration by the entry in this. i would say -- >> i agree with you. there's a point that every administration gets sick of. they don't want to answer. but the problem is -- and i'm sure you saw these ads that they're putting out there. they've got a happy guy and a happy girl. i'll play it for you. have you seen it? >> i have not seen it, but i want to hear it. go ahead and play it. >> we're wrapping it up. but there's a point to get there. my question to you is, at what point do you feel like you're kind of being lied to here? do you feel like that? >> can i tell you something? i've been doing it 16 years. and you do get to the point where you're tired of the spin. you say there's propaganda, for the president of the united states to talk about his system and the glitches or the kinks in his system, he's acknowledged

there's a problem. so you can watch the videos and say whatever you want about the videos, but we do know there's a problem. and that's one of the reasons they're trying to do this grassroots approach. there is a definite problem with the website. but they're trying to play damage control. >> let me play it for you. now look at what the white house put out. this is pretty funny. >> my name's daniel, and i'm going to college for computer science. i enrolled in a plan on healthcare.gov. i wanted to sigh if could i do better on the health insurance marketplace. and i did. once i was on the site it was pretty easy for me to pick plans. because of my income as a student, i only pay about 70 bucks a month. getting coverage at this price, i'm thrilled. i'm covered. >> you can be covered too. >> i'm thrilled. it was great. it was easy. i saved money. that's not what's happening to most people.
10:53 pm
>> you're absolutely right. i'm hearing hours, delays. but at the same time, you know, the white house is not acknowledging -- there's some problems with the website. and what we're understanding, without them giving the technology, there's a capacity problem. there are log-in problems, problems all over the place. they're trying to work it out. they're excited about this major piece for this administration, but you've got to remember, they're trying to save it from all the critics. it's amazing to see the number of people who are uninsured in this country who want insurance. and they're not ready to provide it at this moment through the website. but through the phone and grassroots efforts they are. >> but even the phone tells you to go to the website. and the prices are higher in 45 out of 50 states. this is deep. april, listen.
10:54 pm
