before we bring back our studio audience it's time to expose another obama care lie. let's let's see what the president promised about his health care plan and how much it would lower premiums for families. take a look at the this. >> if you have health insurance through your employer you can keep your doctor, your plan. the only thing we'll do is lower costs so those cost savings are passed on to you. we can cut the average family's premium by about $2500 per year. i'm not interested in capping premiums. i want to lower them by $2500 p per family per year. we will start by reducing premiums by $2500 a year. >> we'll bring down premiums by $2500 and bring down costs for the country. you will have a clear contrast.

john mccain, bush light health care plan or a plan that lowers premiums by $2500. >> we know those were lies because the cost of obama care for a family of four will increase by $7,450. not exactly the $2500 decrease the president promised. that's a $10,000 swing. with us congressman mike rogers from michigan. >> good to see you, sean. >> we'll scroll the heritage foundation went state by state, looked at the prime premium increase for a 27-year-old and a 50-year-old. 45 of 50 states have increases instead of decreases. >> it's incredible. think about what they promised up front, sean. 85% of americans before the bill was passed had health insurance the vast majority of which they

liked and wanted to keep. 15% didn't. think about what they did. they said, we'll fix the b problem by destroying the health care you know and like. and at least have some cost aware ness of for 85% of americans to fix the 15% that didn't have it. they have rubed it and it is having real life implications. the website says they can't function dealing with millions of americans' health care plans. presents security questions, too. the i have a small school system in my district. they figured their costs. it looks like it will exceed $100,000, not because of a new plan. just fees, mandates and premium increases. they have nowhere to go to get the money. do you know what they will do? this is important. they are talking about laying off one or two teachers. gone. lose their job. this is no way to fix the

problem. costs are up. the number one reason people can't get health care in america before the bill was passed, cost. guess what the number one reason is after the health care bill passed? cost. we need to re-look at this. it's not fair to working american who is had a plan through their employer. they were playing by the rules and the president said, that's not good enough. we'll punish you to fix the 15%. so now everybody is unhappy. that's no way to solve a b problem. >> it's not. we are putting the heritage study numbers up state by state. the average man will see a doubling of his premium. the arch woman, 62%. this was passed in the dark of night. now that we have the rhetoric versus reality, shouldn't the country have a debate bf they jump in to this law knowing the it is different from what was promised? >> i think so, sean. the sad part is they will say, well, republicans never had a plan to replace it.

that's not true. under federal law they said insurance companies couldn't compete across state lines. i live in michigan. i could go down to indiana and get my optical insurance, my house insurance, car insurance, but i couldn't get blue cross/blue shield of indiana because i live in michigan. we said, let the market work. before you screw up health care and by the way more people got letters that their health care is cancelled than signed up for obama care so far. we ought the to use the free market principles, force insurance companies to compete over state lines. that lowers prices. health care high risk pools. that takes care of people. there are a lot of great answers. this roll out shows you they are not likely to do it well. >> lanny suggesteded go to the free market ambassador they could help solve the mess obama

created wasting this money. one quick question about the hearings today. even the obama care contractor couldn't log on. they didn't have time to test it and the administration changed it a month out. $634 million we spent on this? >> yeah. the iphone first rolled out. think how sophisticated it is. cost $150 million. works pretty good. over $600 million and this doesn't work at all. the other part we are not talking about, they are adding new lines of code to fix the problems. it is clear by their testimony they never really did an end to end real time security test of the system. that means your personal information is vulnerable at least through the weak points. they are doing it every day. adding new weaknesses every day. we don't have a sense that it's safe and secure. your personal information. we really need to stop this

another. >> one broken promise feeds into the next. they keep the premium increase as low as they can. so they restrict the provider network which means not only do you have higher premiums, you can't keep the doctor you want and the plans are have to meet the mandated essentially health benefits so the costs increase and you can't keep the plan you had before. now you need the obama care government approved plan. >> doug, you are a pragmatic democrat. for example, if uh you said something to me, sean, i promise i will be at your house. you would be there or call me to say you wouldn't make it. >> you know i would. >> the website is not like amazon. we know that. people are getting fired or having hours reduced. >> correct. >> all of this combined tells me this is a bait and swip.
