accused of hacking military computer systems. over the past year she was able to hack into systems including nasa and the army corps of engineers. he has been released on bail until february of next year. two senior members of the al qaeda linked terror groups al-shabaab. military officials wouldn't give any details about the counter terrorism strike. but the explosive expert was a person of interest. we have been saying it the white house is confirming it. americans may not be able to keep their healthcare plans under the obama care. they have known this since 2010. kelly wright joins us now from washington with more on the huge blow to americans.

after the storm. a lot of death and destruction here on staten island. 23 people were killed. it was the highest death toll of any of the five boroughs of new york city. other people were trapped and had to be rescued. thousands of homes were damaged. you can see the homes that were here have since been rebuilt. fema has doled out over $100 million to people here on staten island. more aid is needed to get things back to the way they were before the storm. president obama visited this area after the storm and he was very inspired all of the fact that people had come together and it was really a sense of neighbors helping neighbors here on staten island. it was at the midland beach neighborhood. >> kerry drew live in staten island. thank you. two florida girls go to court today for allegedly bullying 12-year-old rebecca is

texas and up into oklahoma. i want to start out with a winter site. we have a number of winter storm warnings in effect and advisories through sections of wyoming and february february. we could be looking at slippery roadways out here and 10 inches of snow in higher elevations in parts of the rockies wind gusts with the storm system up to 40 miles per hour. in terms of the heavy rainfall that is when you will be seeing 6 inches of rain possible into sections of arkansas and eastern portions of the state of oklahoma. now severe weather is also possible. large hail and damaging winds. moir widespread risk as we head into texas and parts of iowa and nebraska. temperature wise to the east of the storm system. it will be warming up like in raleigh, north carolina. same goes for you in atlanta. patti ann and ainsley in the northeast when we see temperatures warming up as well.
